<![CDATA[Penyusun skripsi dapat menimbulkan rasa cemas bagi beberapa para mahasiswa yang akan menghadapi tugas menyusun skripsi. Adanya kecemasan bagi mahasiswa pada semester akhir merupakan persepsi yang mereka buat sendiri karena memiliki rasa kekhawatiran dan kecemasan bagi para mahasiswa yang akan menghadapi tugas penyusun skripsi sehingga mahasiswa merasa kurang percaya diri dalam menghadapi skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa semester akhir yang sedang menghadapi skripsi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Sahid Surakarta yang berjumlah 100 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas Aiken V, reliabilitas SPSS 17.0, kolerasi person product moment, Regresi linier, dan uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian dalampenelitian ini mnunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang menghadapi skripsi di Universitas Sahid Surakarta, penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang menghadapi skripsi di Universitas Sahid Surakarta. R= 0,481 dengan p = 0,000 atau p < 0,05 hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri maka semakin rendah kecemasan. Variabel kecemasan sumbang efektfitas sebesar 23,1 % terhadap kepercayaan diri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitin tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan diri dengan kecemasan terdapat hubungan pada mahasiswa yang sedang menghadapi skripsi di Universitas Sahid Surakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[Efikasi diri merupakan sebuah keyakinan pada individu untuk mampu menghadapi berbagai tugas dan masalah dengan baik. Mahasiswa yang sedang dalam proses penyusunan tugas akhir ditutuntut memiliki kemampuan dan keyakinan dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan dan permasalahan agar dapat menyelesaikan tugas akhir dengan tepat waktu. Kendala dan tantangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa tersebut dapat beresiko terhadap timbulnya stres pada individu mahasiswa. Individu yang dihadapkan pada keadaan yang menimbulkan stres dapat mendorong individu tersebut untuk melakukan perilaku coping. Strategi coping merupakan usaha-usaha yang melibatkan aspek kognitif,perasaan, dan perilaku yang digunakan individu untuk menekan situasi-situasi yang penuh tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan strategi coping pada mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir di Universitas Sahid Surakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Sahid Surakarta yang sedang menyelasaikan tugas akhir. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan strategi coping pada mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir di Universitas Sahid Surakarta dengan nilai r= 0,257, p=0.040 (p<0,05)]]>

<![CDATA[Problems that may impede the achievement of the corporate objectives owned work ethic of its employees , as the company's goals can be achieved optimally require employees who have a high work ethic that allows a company to maintain its existence. Objectives to be achieved in the study was to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the perception of the physical condition of the work environment, employeeattitudes and work ethic UD employees. ES WE Surakarta . The study population was a production employee UD. ES WE Surakarta. Samples taken the number of production employees42 people. Measuring instruments used are scale perception of the work environment, employee attitudes and work ethic of employees. Results of F-test or ANOVA menununjukkan that the work environment and work attitudes have a close relationship to the work ethic of employees with known Fhitung > F on confidence level α = 5 % is equal to 96.776 > 2.83. Ha received means that the work environment and employee attitudes significantly affect the work ethic in UD production employees. ES WE Surakarta.]]>

Brand image can not be built on lies information . A consumer in making a purchase decision is not denied if always pay attention to the image of a brand and its quality , but for mepertahankan and enhance the image of a brand is not easy to have great effort for each company. This research aims to determine the relationship between Suzuki brand image with the consumer purchase decision in Purwokerto Car Dealers New Source . Subjects in this study isthat consumers in the New Source Car dealer located in Navan area totaling 70 people. The sampling technique used is incidental non- random sampling . <![CDATA[A disruption in childhood who became frightened most mothers today is autism. According Hopes and Harris (in Berkell, 1992), a mother with an autistic child will experience greater stress than mothers with children who have mental retardation due to loss of critical interpersonal responses in the autistic children. The purpose of the study The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support to adjustment in mothers of children with autism. And to find out how big the role of social support on adjustment to parents (mothers) of children with autism. The research subject of autistic children who were fostered (in therapy / consultation) in the institution "Ananda Mitra" Colomadu. The research sample is purposive sample because by certain characteristics. These characteristics are: 1) a minimum education level of parents of high schooland 3) Domiciled in Surakarta Solo and the surrounding areas. Based on the results of the calculation of analytical techniques obtained Pearson product moment correlation coefficient (rxy) at = 0.573, p = 0.000 (p <0,01). These results indicate there is significant positive correlation between social support to adjustment in mothers of childrenwith autism, because it can be interpreted that the social support variables can be used as predictors (independent variables) to predict or measure the adjustment in mothers of children autism.]]>

<![CDATA[Delay the preparation of the thesis can be regarded as academic procrastination, which is kind ofdelays that made the tasks related to formal academic (Joseph Ferrari, 1995). Students who feel distress and perform procrastination of the thesis work, need to get support from the people around him.The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between social support to students with academic procrastination in writing his thesis.Subjects in this study Sahid University ofSurakarta student in 2005-2007 and the forces working on thesis or final project. Sampling was purposive sampling with the measuring tool ofprocrastination scale, scale stress and social support scale. Based on calculations between social support variables with the variable academic procrastination obtained a correlation coefficient (r) 0.603, p = 0.000 (p <0,05). While distressvariables with academic procrastination variable obtained correlation coefficient (r) of0.318, p = 0.046 (p <0,05). The results showed there was a significant negative relationship between social support with academic procrastination.]]>

<![CDATA[Health problems tend to increase, mental health is an issue that most real improvement. Some physical illnesses can cause anxiety in a person. A person with a chronic disease, prone to anxiety sufferers Diabetes is one of them. The purpose ofthis study is the effect ofanxiety on blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus in Surakarta Banyuanyar Regional Health Center. Hypothesis There is apositive effect of anxiety on blood glucose levels in people with diabetes mellitus in the PHC Banyuanyar Surakarta. In this study sample was respondents with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type 2 Surakarta region Banyuanyar Health Center. By sampling the total sampling with gauge Scale anxiety scaleand blood glucose levels of people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) Type 2. Based on calculations using the computer program SPSS 15.0 for Windows obtained the value ofr count (0.754)> r table (0.339) or (p = 0.000 <0.05) so that Ha is accepted, it meansa significant difference between the levels of anxiety blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Greater Surakarta Banyuanyar Health Center. Distribution results based on Blood Glucose Levels ofrespondents can be seen that the most dominant is the Blood Glucose Levels respondents in the category DM (≥ 200) that is equalto 16 or 47.1%.]]>

<![CDATA[Work discipline is very important to increase success in achieving corporate goal. In addition through the clearly order or regulation, there also be a clearly description of duty and authority in a work discipline. Therefore it be can easily understood by the employee. The population of this study is more than 200 consumers of Hotel Sahid Jaya Solo. This study was taken 100 consumers who are visiting as sample. Product Moment is used to analysis data. The calculation results of the product moment analysis toward the correlation between work discipline and service quality of concierge staff shows that Rxy is 0.75 or 75%. Meanwhile Rxy on the service quality is 0.75 or 75%. Its mean that the estimation model of the variable from the service quality can explain variable of work discipline 75%, while the remain can be explained on the other variables 25%. The conclusion of this study is there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline toward concierge service quality staff. The higher of work discipline will be followed by the higher of service quality in concierge staff. In the contrary the lower of work discipline will be also followed by the lower of service quality in concierge staff.]]>

<![CDATA[Tuntutan konsumen terhadap produk bersih dan zero accident pada industri menjadikan gelombang baru untuk merevisi pelaksanaan kerja dalam tindakan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Manusia sering dijadikan alasan kesalahan yang terjadi akibat kecelakaan kerja.
