ASWALALITA Journal of Dawah Management is an academic peer reviewed journal published by the Department of Dawah Management IAINU Tuban Indonesia The journal is dedicated to advancing the study and practice of Islamic propagation (dawah) with a distinctive focus on management strategies that are rooted in the socio cultural realities of Indonesian Muslim communities What sets ASWALALITA apart is its emphasis on integrating Islamic values with local wisdom community based empowerment, and the management of dawah activities in rural pesantren based and traditional religious settings contexts that are often underrepresented in global scholarship. The journal explores a broad range of topics including strategic planning for Islamic institutions leadership and governance in dawah human and financial resource management digital media and communication strategies socio religious development, and the transformation of dawah practices in response to contemporary challenges. In addition to theoretical and empirical studies, ASWALALITA encourages articles that engage with participatory approaches, grassroots innovations and the unique dynamics of dakwah management within multicultural and pluralistic societies. The journal publishes original research papers, literature reviews, and conceptual articles in both English and Indonesian. It aims to contribute to global academic discourse while foregrounding the lived experiences and local models of Islamic propagation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an involves learning how to read it, translate it, and understand the rulings, lessons, and instructions it contains. Likewise, teaching the Qur'an includes efforts to guide and guide people in reading, translating and understanding the content of the verses of the Qur'an. By using a qualitative method, and collecting data from literature sources which include primary and secondary sources. The collection of literature data is carried out through a search for the theme of the theoretical basis, and analysis of research models on the Qur'an, there is tafsir, asbabun nuzul, akhlaq and qira'ah sab'ah which are guaranteed sanad to rhythm, there is a complexity in understanding and studying the Qur'an as a provision for plunging in the world of society, especially for those of us who capitalise on the Qur'an translation alone makes a whip for us as people of Islam.

Abstract

Dakwah is a series of ways to call upon Islamic teachings to do good deeds, prevent evil in a wise way without coercion in order to get happiness in this world and in the hereafter. Dakwah is not limited by space and time. In preaching there are several points that need to be carried out by preachers including, preaching really needs an appropriate methodology of preaching, in order to create effective and efficient preaching. Such as the methodology contained in the great mosque institution Ar-Rohmat Plumpang Tuban.To facilitate this research, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted at the Ar-Rohmat Plumpang Tuban grand mosque. Observations and in-depth interviews were conducted to collect data. Other data sources are obtained from books, journals, and all research supporting data. This research resulted in several findings including: it is known that the da'wah methodology found in the great mosque of Ar-Rohmat Plumpang Tuban uses the da'wah bil wisdom (preaching wisely) method, and mau'idza hasanah (advising), mujadallah al-hasan (debate), and bil things (circumstances). Second, in conveying the message of his da'wah it is very interesting and makes the community enthusiastic in following it. In addition, this research will investigate how preaching also requires efforts to deal with challenges and obstacles so that the goals of da'wah can be achieved and can be said to be effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research examines the use of information technology as a strategic tool in shaping the image and branding in Islamic preaching (Dakwah). The study aims to investigate how information technology, including social media, websites, and other digital platforms, has influenced the way Dakwah messages are delivered and received by the public. We also explore the impact of information technology on shaping perceptions and the image of Dakwah organizations, as well as how this contributes to efforts to enhance public appeal and trust. The library research method is employed to gather relevant literature, analyze trends, and formulate arguments in this study. Findings from the literature provide deep insights into how information technology has become a key factor in defining the brand identity of Dakwah, reaching a broader audience, and building stronger relationships between preachers and the community. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the role of information technology in the context of Dakwah and offer guidance to Dakwah organizations and preachers on how to use technology wisely to improve their image and branding. Additionally, this study will also address challenges and obstacles related to the use of information technology in Dakwah and its potential future impacts.

Abstract

This article focuses on the problem (1) What are the values of religious moderation in the learning of class X moral creed at MA Hidayatul Islamiyah Sumberagung? (2) How is the process of internalising the values of religious moderation in learning class X moral creed at MA Hidayatul Islamiyah Sumberagung? (3) How is the impact of internalising the values of religious moderation in learning class X moral creed at MA Hidayatul Islamiyah Sumberagung. Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims to (1) Describe the values of religious moderation in learning the morals of class X at MA Hidyatul Islamiyah Sumberagung (2) Describe the process of internalising the values of religious moderation in learning the morals of class X at MA Hidayatul Islamiyah Sumberagung (3) Describe the impact of internalising the values of religious moderation class X at MA Hidayatul Islamiyah Sumberagung. The research method used is qualitative research combined with descriptive and uses triangulation to test the validity of the data. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of data collection, it shows that the internalisation of religious moderation values in class X moral teaching applies contextual methods through the process of value transformation, value transactions, and value internalisation. The goal is to internalise the values of tolerance, fairness, deliberation, love for the country, and exemplary to students.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berbasis kompetensi merupakan pendekatan penting dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja di sektor kesehatan, termasuk di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi di Puskesmas se-Kabupaten Tuban, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan manajemen SDM. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar Puskesmas di Kabupaten Tuban telah mengadopsi manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi, terutama dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga kesehatan, serta dalam pelatihan dan penilaian kinerja. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya pelatihan khusus untuk manajer SDM. Dukungan pimpinan Puskesmas terbukti penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, diperlukan dukungan lebih kuat dari segi anggaran dan pelatihan bagi manajer. Dukungan kepemimpinan juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan keberhasilan penerapan manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi di Puskesmas.

Abstract

This research aims to delve into the impact of digital marketing strategies through social media in increasing the interest of prospective pilgrims towards Hajj and Umrah travel agencies. The primary focus of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of utilizing social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, in shaping brand awareness, stimulating the interest of prospective pilgrims, and building positive interactions. The research methodology employed is library research to explore literature and research findings related to digital marketing strategies in the Hajj and Umrah travel industry. The research findings indicate that creative visualization through social media plays a pivotal role in shaping positive perceptions and enhancing the interest of prospective pilgrims. Active engagement, quick responses to inquiries, and feedback management have also proven to strengthen the relationship between travel agencies and prospective pilgrims. However, challenges such as online reputation management and intensifying competition necessitate active monitoring, proactive responses, and differentiation strategies. The conclusion of this research provides profound insights into the role of digital marketing strategies through social media in enhancing the interest of prospective pilgrims in Hajj and Umrah travel services.

Abstract

Politik di Indonesia erat dengan dinamika perbedaan subjektif dalam pemilahan umum, Politik Indonesia terdapat banyak kasus baik dalam teknis saat pemilihan dan kasus pelanggaran dalam proses kampanye yang telah di tetapakan oleh komisi pemilihan umum(KPU) dan Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) , serta merta para calon dari peserta pemilu salah satunya Banyak sekali melakukan kesalahan Kode Etik yang sering dengan menggunakan agama sebagai alat politik untuk untuk mencari suara, dengan kata lain politisasi yang seharusnya tidak dilakukan oleh semua pihak calon peserta pemilu baik itu dari Tingkat Calon Presiden dan wakil presiden sampai dengan DPRD Kabupaten. Abstract

Ibadah haji maupun umroh merupakan ibadah yang memiliki banyak rangkaian kegiatan di dalamnya serta terkait dengan beberapa pihak seperti kementrian agama maupun dengan pihak antar negara. Dengan begitu perlu adanya pengaturan yang mengikat sehingga mengurangi potensi terjadinya kerugian bahkan ketidak sesuaian terhadap apa yang kita inginkan. Seperti pemerintah mengadakan adanya penyelenggaraan baik haji maupun umroh yang disebut dengan ibadah haji khusus. Dalam ibadah haji khusus tentu dapat disimpulkan bahwa ibadah haji khusus ini merupakan program yang dilakukan dengan khusus dalam sebuah biro haji dan umroh yang telah terakreditasi oleh kementrian agama. Porsi haji khusus yang diberikan oleh kementrian terhadap travel haji umroh ini memberikan pelayanan lebih untuk calon jamaah yang tergolong khusus baik khusus dalam estimasi masa tunggu ataupun khusus untuk nominal biaya yang terbilang jauh dari haji reguler. Haji khusus juga memiliki pengelolaan administrasi baik dimulai dari pendaftaran maupun pembatalan bagi calon jamaah. Sehingga haji khusus dan umroh dapat dikatakan sebagai ibadah yang dikelolah oleh suatu perusahaan biro travel haji dan umroh dengan catatan perusahaan sudah terakreditasi oleh kementrian agama yang pastinya sudah menjadi biro terpercaya.

Abstract

This research aims to measure pilgrims' satisfaction with Hajj services at the Ministry of Religion, Semarang City. This research uses quantitative methods with a focus on describing community satisfaction with the Hajj services of the Department of Religion of Semarang City. The research was carried out by taking a population sample, namely Hajj pilgrims, by collecting data using a series of questions arranged in a questionnaire. The sample was 95 pilgrims from the Ministry of Religion of Semarang City from a total population of 2,095 people. This research uses simple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant positive influence between Hajj services on pilgrim satisfaction in the Ministry of Religion, Semarang City. This is shown using the sig value. to calculate the significance test results in the Anova table of 0.000. When compared with α = 0.05, the Sig value. smaller than α (sig. < α), namely 0.000 <0.05, so this research hypothesis is accepted. The resulting interpretation is that the R-square (R2) value is 0.962 or 96.2%. This value shows that variable X (service) to Y (satisfaction) is 96.2% and other variables that influence variable Y (satisfaction) are 3.8%. Keywords : Quality, Service, Hajj
