Abstract

This study aims to examine the Onboarding process as a key element in enhancing employee performance and retention at the Ukhuwah Foundation in South Kalimantan. Effective Onboarding is intended to help new employees perform their tasks well and adapt to the work environment, thereby improving productivity, engagement, and employee loyalty. By implementing a systematic Onboarding process, organizations can prevent failures during the transition period and ensure new employees feel integrated. This study employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to collect relevant data. Data analysis is conducted using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, which includes the stages of data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing to ensure the accuracy of results. The findings of the study indicate that the Onboarding strategies implemented at the Ukhuwah Foundation significantly support the adaptation of new employees, strengthen their understanding of the organizational work culture, and enhance task efficiency and job satisfaction. Therefore, structured Onboarding becomes an essential instrument in creating a conducive and productive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital teaching materials based on religion and local wisdom to improve students' creative thinking skills at SMK AT-TAMIMI Situbondo. The study uses the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. A total of 14 grade X students were involved. Validation results from material and media experts averaged 90% (very feasible), and student responses reached 92% (very feasible). These findings suggest that the developed digital learning materials effectively enhance creativity while integrating cultural and religious contexts

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and social impact of the free nutritious meal program in schools. The social impact of the government's implementation of the free nutritious meal program will undoubtedly affect students, teachers, educational staff, and the school environment, such as the canteen and surrounding food vendors. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive case study approach in an Early Childhood Education (PAUD) school and one Islamic Senior High School (MA). The study showed that the implementation of the free nutritious meal program was quite effective in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) but less effective in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). A key finding was that the free nutritious meal program had an impact on changing the relationship between the Madrasah Aliyah school and the surrounding community, particularly the canteen and food vendors. However, it had little impact on the Early Childhood Education school and its surrounding environment. The study concluded that the free nutritious meal program triggered conflict between the school and the canteen and surrounding food vendors, while it had no impact on the Early Childhood Education school.
