Abstract

Dunia pendidikan masih menghadapi tantangan yang cukup mendasar yaitu masalah mutu dan daya saing pendidikan, Penelitian ini menentukan kriteria-kriteria perankingan dan bagaimana menerapkan metode  weighted product  ke dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk penilaian hasil belajar mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi jurusan agama islam yang ada di kabupaten  pringsewu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai  bobot  untuk  setiap  atribut, yang kemudian dilakukan  proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif  yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan ialah kemampuan berbahasa arab, keahlian membaca alqur-an, mampu menghafal hadits, dan mengerti bahasa international (inggris). Perlu kita ketahui agama islam ada di seluruh dunia maka di haruskan mahasiswa pun mengerti dan memahami bahasa international yang harus di pelajari. Dengan adanya kriteria yang sudah di tetapkan, maka akan diberi beasiswa untuk tidak membayar satu semester tiap kali mendapat satu kali beasiswa. peran dosen sebagai pengajar dalam proses belajar mengajar sangatlah penting bertugas melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Yang meliputi pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengembangan iptek, pengabdian pada masyarakat serta kegiatan penunjang lainnya.

Abstract

Traveling is a necessity for everyone, traveling is the best way to relieve stress that is being experienced, whether in the form of stress from work pressure, stress due to many college assignments, and other stress. Traveling is more memorable when done with loved ones such as with family, with partners, and also with closest friends. However, determining a tourist spot according to everyone's wishes is not easy, especially since the choice of tourist spots is not small. Metro City is one of the cities in Lampung province that has a relatively large number of stunning tourist attractions. From the problem above, a decision support system can be developed to choose the right recreation area using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The criteria needed to make the following agreement are budget, interval, age, facilities and time. As a result of this study, the best alternative recommendations for tourist areas in Metro City were made.

Abstract

Teknologi komputer memegang peran yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan disegala bidang. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat sangat mempengaruhi kinerja sebuah instansi, karena waktu dapat dimanfaatkan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya sebuah sistem informasi  didesa ngaripsangat membantu instansi pemerintahdalammelakukan kinerja di ruang lingkup sebuah kantor pemerintah desa serta dapat menerima ataupun memberikan sebuah informasi terhadapa masyarakat maupun instansi pemerintahn yang lebih tinggi sehingga dalam waktu yang capat  pembuatan laporandapat meminimalkan kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi dan dapat memberikan laporan secara cepat dan tepat.  Adanya suatu sistem terkomputerisasi dalam sebuah desa,  akan dapat mempermudah pencatatan dan pengolahan data, mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan menghasilkan laporan  berdasarkan kategori tertentu sesuai yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

This research produces information on e-data for research and community service, which can help the administration department at LP4M IIB Darmajaya. The current problem is that submission of research proposals and community service by the proposing lecturer or researcher is carried out conventionally, i.e. not referring to the paperless concept, submitting proposal files, administrative inspection processes, filing not having a special database, so it is ineffective and efficient. The waterfall method through the stages of needs analysis, design, coding, and testing, e-data information can help LP4M management. The proposer or researcher can upload with a template, the reviewer can evaluate the proposal, the results of the review are informed to the researcher, and inform whether the proposal is accepted or not. Super admin of LP4M, can inform, update, coordinate, and organize documentation. Another benefit of this system is that the faculty or other management department requires information related to research data and service data as forms that can be downloaded through the system. This shows that the performance of e-data increases the productivity of research and service document administration that can be utilized by the Darmajaya academic community.

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu komponen paling dimiliki oleh sekolah dalam memperlangsungkan hidup, yang menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pihak pengelola lembaga pendidikan untuk dapat memberikan suatu keputusan yang tepat, efektif dan efesien dalam pengelolaan data dalam persaingan didunia bisnis yang makin kompetitif memacu sekolah untuk berupaya lebih keras dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolahnya. Maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan guru teladan yang ada di MA Al Mubarok. Dan untuk menentukan siapa guru teladan di sekolahan tersebut dibutuhkan kriteria dan bobot dalam menilainya. Untuk menentukan siapa yang menjadi guru teladan digunakan Metode Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) Metode ini dipilih karena mampu memilih alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternative yang ada. Dari sejumlah alternatif yang ada yang menjadi alternatif terbiak adalah Budi Santoso S.Ag dengan nilai 0,7338. Budi Santoso menjadi guru teladan dengan nilai tertinggi di MA Al Mubarok

Abstract

These changes in the performance of course affect the effectiveness of public services and the performance of the village apparatus, starting from the service system of the apparatus, the productivity of the apparatus, and the accountability of the apparatus in carrying out government affairs delegated by the Regent. Given the pandemic situation which is gradually easing, the government has again changed the work system for personal public services while still adhering to health protocols. The return of the old model of public administration performance system certainly affects the productivity and accountability of the village apparatus. This research was conducted to measure the Performance of Village Apparatus in Kalirejo Village, Central Lampung using the Weighted Product Method which is a decision-making method using multiplication that connects the value of the criteria, where the value for each criterion must be raised to the power of the weight of the criteria concerned. The Weighted Product Method was chosen because it could complete every existing alternative. The function of the Weighted Product Method determines the weight value for each alternative and the assessment criteria which have been determined. There are seven criteria used in this study. Those criteria are Education, Productivity, Public Service, Quality of Human Resources, Accountability, Facilities, and Income per Per-capita. The results of this study are the development of a model which can be used as a benchmark for assessing village officials in Kalirejo village, Central Lampung as a trial object of research. This decision-making model can also be implemented with a mobile web application for a broader range of measurements with larger data.

Abstract

Facial recognition is one of many popular and difficult tasks in computer vision. A variety of research have been conducted on this subject, each of which suggests a stand-alone approach. While many studies strive for more accuracy, this study research aims to increase the efficiency of human computers by classifying emotions based on human faces using a self-based neural network. The usage of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based on the Visual Geometry Group - 19 (VGG-19) classification model, which has been employed in ImageNet data sets and improved for emotion classification, is proposed in this paper. The classification process was conducted using FER-2013 dataset, which consists of over 35,000 facial images captured in various settings and contains 7 different emotions. The dataset was divided into three subsets, with 80% allocated for training, 10% for validation, and 10% for testing. With an accuracy of 71.80%, the proposed technique surpasses most self-based models.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja adalah proses di mana organisasi mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan individu.  Selain itu penilaian kinerja dapat dibuat untuk memberikan informasi tentang promosi dan penentuan gaji suatu karyawan.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kesehatan Kadudampit sebagai salah satu fungsi pelayanan kesehatan.  Terdapat masalah kualitas kerja karyawan dilapangan yaitu tidak stabilnya kinerja karyawan tiap bulan disebabkan karena kurangnya pengawasan yang tidak maksimal sehingga dapat berdampak pada pelayanan kepada masyarakat. dalam menerima pelayanan pada puskesmas.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process  yang  menghasilkan suatu keputusan yang lebih objektif dengan pemberian nilai pada setiap kriteria kriteria yang telah ditentukan  dan mendapatkan hasil dari penilaian dengan nilai sikap 2.3446, kedisiplinan 0/860, kehadiran 0.820 dan 0.549.  Sistem yang dibuat berbasis website diuji dengan metode Software Quality Assurance dengan menggunakan 5 orang user secara acak mendapatkan nilai rata – rata 81.   Artinya bahwa hasil pengujian ini dapat diterima oleh pihak pengguna dalam melakukan proses penilaian kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Essentially, education serves to create generations or people who are excellent thinkers, doers, and decision-makers. Based on academic performance, students' character sizes. Naturally, achieving good marks is influenced by a variety of things. The goal of this study is to examine the variables that affect student learning achievement using the linear regression method. The procedure is as follows: Convert the date to a number, eliminate any missing values, eliminate overlapping data, normalizing data (transforming a domain), Determine the correlation between the target attribute and the other attributes with the highest positive values, then select the target attribute.  According to the 9:1 ratio, divide the data into test and train data.  Find out how well the created model performs and what parameter modifications will result in the greatest performance. The calculations' findings and the developed model demonstrate that the qualities G1 (first period grade) and G2 (second period grade) are important determinants of elevating student achievement. In a comprehensive year-long learning assessment, the G2 (second period grade) attribute had the biggest influence on students' performance.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan masyarakatpun semakin meningkat. Begitu pula dengan kebutuhan akan teknologi.Teknologi diciptakan  untuk memberi kemudahan kepada manusia, salah satu contohnya adalah Laptop (komputer jinjing). Perkembangan produk laptop pada saat ini sudah berkembang begitu pesat dan banyak sekali persaingan. Banyaknya produk laptop yang ditawarkan, akan membuat konsumen bingung dalam hal pemilihan produk. Konsumen akan lebih selektif dan teliti untuk memutuskan dan kemudian membeli dari beberapa pilihan produk laptop yang ada. Untuk membantu konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan produk laptop, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan menggunakan FMADM (Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decission Making) dengan metode SAW (Simple additive Weight). Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan sebuah alternatif pilihan berdasarkan bobot dan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang terbaik, yaitu produk laptop yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini, diberikan 4 alternatif pilihan produk laptop yaitu Laptop merk Acer, Toshiba, Asus dan HP. Setelah dilakukan proses normalisasi untuk tiap – tiap kriteria, dan perkalian hasil normalisasi dengan bobot untuk setiap kriteria, maka didapatkan  produk Laptop merk Acer sebagai produk pilihan karena mempunyai niali akhir terbasar yaitu 0,91.
