Abstract

Poverty is a major social welfare problem in Indonesia. Various efforts have been made by the government to overcome the main problem of social welfare in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Constitution Number 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare, such as providing social assistance, social rehabilitation, social security, social empowerment, and social protection. Areas that sometimes reflect the large number of poor and underprivileged people are often located in slum areas on the outskirts of the city which are sometimes free from supervision and control from the local government. The Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Management Site (TPS3R) which is a waste management system and technology that is intended as a solution to overcome the problem of waste and its impacts. Through this TPS3R, not only the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste can be reduced, but also products with economic value are produced from waste that is processed by involving the surrounding community so that it obtains benefits. In addition to involving the community to obtain benefits from the existence of TPS3R, this study will examine the variables that determine the eligibility of social assistance recipients using the Bivariate Person and Alpha-Cronbach methods, the aim is to provide social security to the community in the TPS3R area in maintaining the sustainability of the area to remain clean and healthy. To optimize the determination of the eligibility of assistance recipients in the TPS3R area of Pringsewu Regency, the determining criteria will be applied to a system using the Decision Support System model with the implementation of website-based tool tests. By using a website-based system, poverty alleviation programs in the TPS3R area of Pringsewu Regency can be carried out quickly, effectively and efficiently and on target.

Abstract

Dalam era yang sangat modern ini masyarakat dituntut untuk mengetahui dan mengerti perkembangan tentang pentingnya teknologi yang ada. Teknologi memberikan kemudahan untuk membantu setiap kegiatan manusia baik dunia akademik, pembangunan dan lain sebagainya terutama dibidang pemerintahan (E-government). E-government didefinisikan sebagai suatu mekanisme interaksi baru antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat dan pihak-pihak lain yang berkepentingan, dimana pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Suatu penyampaian informasi menggunakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web akan lebih mudah dalam menerapkan e-government pada Desa Tresnomaju. Pada saat ini Desa Tresnomaju masih menggunakan sistem manual yang pada akhirnya masyarakat tidak dapat memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan setiap saat, sehingga banyak sekali informasi yang tidak diketahui. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas suatu layanan data dan informasi, sebuah aplikasi website sangatlah dibutuhkan. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, maka diharapkan Desa Tresnomaju menggunakan Sistem informasi berbasis Web dengan tujuan agar dapat mempublikasikan ke masyarakat luas serta memudahkan masyarakat mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan setiap saat hanya dengan menggunakan komputer yang sudah terkoneksi oleh internet.

Abstract

The Lubuklinggau District Court Office is a judicial institution whose duties are to receive, examine and decide cases of traffic violations. Mechanisms for resolving cases of traffic violations in Lubuklinggau, starting from delegation, decisions, making reports and access to information are still done manually because there is no direct integrated system between the Police, the Court and the Community. From the problems at hand, the authors are interested in creating a Web-based Information System for Decisions and Announcement of Fines and Ticketing Case Fees which is expected to facilitate the process of resolving ticket cases. The method used for this research is the method of data collection, by making direct observations to the research site (observation), conducting direct questions and answers to sources (interviews), documentation and literature study by reading literature books. This system is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Sublite Text as a program listing, the waterfall system development method, system testing is carried out using black box testing. This system can be a solution to the problems faced by the Court and the Police in processing ticket data that is well-systemed and integrated and the public can easily access e-ticket information in the system and the system created will improve services at the Lubuklinggau city district court. This results in the output of accessing the online decision announcement by the public affected by the ticketing case.

Abstract

Bidang usaha yang bergerak dibidang Stasiun Radio yang  berguna sebagai penyedia jasa berita dan hiburan. kesulitan dalam proses pencarian dan mengelola data karyawan,  absensi karyawan, waktu hadir karyawan ataupun pertukaran shift para penyiar yang terkadang lupa atau tidak tercatat karena hilangnya dokumen atau lain sebagainya, adanya kesulitan pada waktu tertentu dalam mengatur atau menghandle perubahan gaji yang tidak menentu, data cuti dan perhitungan cuti karyawan yang tidak tercatat sehingga hak cuti karyawan tidak terhitung dengan baik, tidak tercatatnya data karyawan yang telah resign atau telah mengundurkan diri, pengelolaan data PHK (Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja) karyawan sehingga perhitungan pesangon yang terkadang sering terjadi kesalahan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode waterfall, observasi dan wawancara. Pada implementasi ditampilkan proses login, penginputan : data karyawan, absensi, pengajuan cuti, pengunduran diri, klarifikasi surat peringatan dan PHK, perubahan gaji, pengembangan skill, penilaian kinerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini menangani semua pencatatan master karyawan, perubahan gaji berdasarkan penilaian kinerja karyawan dan UMR, pengunduran diri karyawan dan pencatatan dan pengklasifikasian SP dan PHK yang akan diberikan kepada karyawan, sehingga  HRD, RD, Finance Administration dan Manager Perusahaan dapat mendapatkan informasi dan laporan dengan mudah. Sistem ini juga memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan proses absensi, cuti, pengembangan skill. Pengontrolan dalam pencatatan dan keamanan data dapat ditangani dengan baik karena setiap user mempunyai password masing-masing dan diberikan menu yang sesuai dengan proses yang akan dijalankan

Abstract

Opinions are ideas, opinions, or the results of someone's subjective thoughts in explaining or addressing something. IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta provides comment and suggestion box facilities in the learning evaluation questionnaire. Opinions that have been collected can be used to determine the sentiment of the campus community. This sentiment information can be used in future campus development. The development of a system that can analyze sentiment automatically is designed by comparing the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) method and the support vector machine (SVM) optimized by selecting the Information Gain (IG) feature. Prior opinion data needs to be prepared before being analyzed. Preprocessing (text preprocessing) used includes: cleanning, text folding, normalization, stemming, stopword removal, convert negation, and tokenization. The results of this study show that the SVM method produces higher accuracy than NBC. The accuracy test shows the highest accuracy of SVM reaches 99.09% while NBC is 96.56%. The application of IG did not significantly affect the accuracy of the analysis. GI greatly influenced the analysis duration of the SVM method, which could shorten the time by 195.71%.

Abstract

Purpose in this study is to find and accused of performance employees the ministry of religion in counseling religion in kabupaten pringsewu and whatever that becomes obstacle barrier performance employees the ministry of religion in counseling held in kabupaten Pringsewu. Of research in the ministry of religious affairs distric pringsewu. Data collection collected by interviews and documentation. Analysis the data used was data analysis qualitative in starting by making data collection, reduction data, and presentation of data and the withdrawal of conclusion. This research using a technique collection, research room namely by data collection through the activities of observation, research, interview documentation to get data clearer in accordance with required in research. In the results of research obtained conclusion on performance counselors religion the ministry of religion in counseling religion in kabupaten pringsewu.The guidance had run quite well where stage the training is do three stages covering guidance, counseling, and lighting. Performance evaluation of among others for the delivery of material, discipline, responsibility, absentee, cooperation. From the study obtained the result that father m.Including extension workers miftahudin religion with the best grades namely 0.91.

Abstract

From youngsters to adults, ice cream is a culinary item that is highly sought after by a variety of demographics. The ice cream combination, which includes a variety of culinary items including dairy products, sugars, stabilizers, flavor enhancers, and eggs, is frozen to create this dish. Aice Ice Cream has a wide variety of goods, which makes it popular with customers. According to various data that the author has observed from Agent Aice Harun, including the fact that there are still challenges in the stock of goods available to meet consumer demand, it is necessary to forecast sales of Ice Cream Aice products that are most in demand by consumers in order to facilitate stock provision. Due to these problems, the researchers conducted. The K-Means Clustering Algorithm approach will be applied manually during the clustering process, and Python data mining tools will be used for the implementation. The final calculation results are the same, showing that 48 things are the most desirable, 6 items are pretty attractive, and 6 items are less desirable, according to the results of determining centroid values arbitrarily using the Euclidian Distance formula manually using Python Tools. Agent Aice Harun is able to supply goods that are in line with consumer preferences as a result. Python computations and manual calculations get the same conclusion. Therefore, it is evident from these data that the accuracy value attained is 100%.

Abstract

Student motivation to learn can be seen from the student's initiative in using their time to study. There are several factors that influence students to be motivated in learning. In this study, researchers used variables in the form of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, learning goals, learning satisfaction, learning attitudes and perceived value to find out students who had high, medium or low motivation. This research uses K-Means to group students based on learning motivation to find out how much motivation students have in learning.

Abstract

Teknologi semakin canggih seiring dengan maraknya  persaingan di dunia bisnis yaitu bidang E-commerce membawa dampak positif bagi para pengusaha untuk memajukan perusahaannya, yaitu dengan membuat website online agar penjualan jilbab mudah dikenal di kalangan masyarakat. Hanya dengan mengakses alamat website WiwikCollection pelanggan tidak harus datang langsung ke tempat penjualan untuk melihat-lihat jenis dan harga jilbab, dengan mengakses link-link yang tersedia pada website Wiwikpelanggan sudah langsung bisa mendapatkan informasi tentang jenis dan harga jilbab bahkan pelanggan dapat memilih sesuai yang diinginkan karna sudah disediakan link-link yang dibutuhkan. Perancangan dalam pembuatan website ini menggunakan Macromedia Dreamweaver, PHP MYSQL dan  XAMPP yaitu untuk mempermudah dan memperlancar transaksi yang dilakukan secara elektronik dan diharapkan dapat menarik minat para pelanggan serta dapat menambah penghasilan WiwikCollection.
