Abstract

E-Government adalah istilah yan sangat popular saat ini, dimana secara umum e-government adalah upaya mengaplikasikan pelayanan kepemerintahan melalui system informasi berbasis computer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai langkah dalam mengimplementasikan komitemn pemerintah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang ada untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi e-government di daerah pugung. Dengan adanya sistem informasi di daerah pugung akan sangat membantu masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam melakukan pencarian data sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan pemberdayaan yang ada. Dengan adanya sistem ini pula, dalam waktu yang cepat data bisa dicari sehingga dapat meminimalkan waktu, biaya serta kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Penulis melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan sistem berdasarkan pendekatan metode system development life cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi tahapan perancangan, analisis, desain, dan implementasi sistem. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem informasi e-government ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, HTML, JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT dan basis data MySQL yang dikembangkan dalam website. dari hasil pembahasan di dapatkan sebuah kesimpulan layanan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat, dan akurat, serta dapat di akses kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung.

Abstract

Teluk Kilauan Lampung memiliki potensi pariwisata yang tidak kalah menarik dengan daerah wisata lainnya yang ada di Indonesia. Namun kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dan informasi letak daerah wisata Teluk Kilauan mengakibatkan kurangnya jumlah wisatawan yang datang. Wisata Teluk Kilauan Lampung yang lebih mudah diakses dengan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi yang menerapkan sistem android sebagai media promosi untuk memperkenalkan objek wisata melalui pembuatan aplikasi untuk dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Pengembangan sistem E-Tourism ini akan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle. Aplikasi informasi pariwisata di kembangkan sebagai media promosi yang dapat menjangkau wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan mancanegara agar dapat berkunjung ke Teluk Kilauan yang berada di Provinsi Lampung. Dengan adanya pengembangan Aplikasi E-Tourism ini dapat mempromosikan potensi pariwisata serta mengangkat perekonomian daerah sekitar dan penyebaran informasi kepariwisataan menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Web-Based Orphanage Information System (e-Panti) at the Silaturrahmi Orphanage in Makassar City. The information system for the Orphanage (e-orphanage) is used as a tool in conveying information on the Silaturrahmi Orphanage in Makassar City to people who want to know the official information of the Silaturrahmi Orphanage and can make it easier for the public to donate online. This research belongs to the type of Research and Development (RD) research. The information system is designed using a prototyping development model. The research subjects in the development of this system are the caretaker of the orphanage, the orphanage and the community. The data analysis technique tested uses the ISO 25010 testing standard which includes aspects of Functionality Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Portability and Usability. Based on the results of the research, a Web-Based Orphanage Information System (e-orphanage) was obtained. In testing the Functionality Suitability aspect in the very feasible category, the Performance Efficiency aspect using the Gtmetrix class in the good category, the Portability aspect using the browserstack.com software, where the system is said to have fulfilled the portability aspect because this system can run well without errors and in good category, the aspect Usability in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Orphanage Information System (e-orphanage) is suitable for use at the Silaturrahmi Toddopuli Orphanage in Makassar City and is in accordance with the ISO 25010 feasibility standard.

Abstract

Technology today is growing so rapidly, especially in the field of information technology. It is a natural thing for people who live in today's technological era, CV. Jaya Agung is a company engaged in the trading industry, especially the sale of spare parts for four-wheeled vehicles, CV. Jaya Agung is located at Jl. Daan Mogot KM 14 No.14, Cengkareng Barat, West Jakarta 11730. At this time the CV system. Jaya Agung is still done manually, which is still done by recording and there is no sales report per period, and doing every customer spare part sales transaction who comes to the CV store. Jaya Agung. With this research, it is hoped that the creation of a website-based sales media using the Waterfall method, with this system aims to facilitate the sales transaction process of CV. Jaya Agung to make it easier and customers do not need to come to the store. Provide complete information regarding spare parts information.

Abstract

-In writing this scientific paper the author will explain about the design of Information Systems Public Health Score On Puskesmas Resources Mobile Web-based Treasures using PHP programming materials (Hypertext Preprocessor), Jquery Mobile. Needs required in an Information System development that is using UML (Unified Modeling Language), Database created using MySQL. The results of this application development include Patient data, Disease data, Regional data and Transacation data. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the software that is built is Data Processor Applications Community-based Web Health Benefits. The results of this application is expected to provide convenience in processing / processing data into information fast, precise, accurate and certainly useful for all parties.

Abstract

The current research is mainly aimed at validating the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model in the sidepe population system in Cikedokan Village, Bekasi Regency. In the EUCS model, the Logit model is applied to seven items. This research data is using a questionnaire method. This research method applies the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model by means of quantitative and dissemination of questionnaires to obtain information from the research object. The population in this research is Cikedokan villagers. From this population, 80 respondents were selected and the dissemination of questionnaires was carried out through questionnaires by means of simple random sampling. After that, the collected data was processed with PLS-SEM. As a result, there are 5 paths tested, H1 to H4 are rejected for four variables and H5 is accepted for one variable. There are four variables that do not have a significant effect on user satisfaction (User satisfaction). The Sidepe system in Cikedoka village is less than optimal in its utilization

Abstract

Weighted Product is one of the methods used in solving the problem of FADM (Fuzzy Multi Atribute Decision Making). Weighted Product requires a normalization process because it multiplies the assessment results of each attribute, the multiplication results have not meaningful if not yet compared with the standard value. The weights for attributes serve as positive ranks in the multiplication process, while the cost weight serves as a negative rank. The steps taken in the process of Weighted Product method is by using multiplication for each criteria match rating and rating the each criterion with the weight of the criteria. This method is used to find the best alternative from so many alternatives with the best weights. From the completion of this thesis, the authors conducted a study in how to select candidates for micro business assistance bank Lampung

Abstract

Model teachers are one way to improve school quality. All components in the learning process in schools, the development of the learning process without the support of the presence of professional teachers, schools will not improve. Determination of an exemplary teacher must be done in every school, especially in SMK Grafika Gadingrejo. The problem is how to determine an exemplary teacher with a variety of factors with which to and diverse criteria. To simplify the assessment process, a decision support system is needed to determine the exemplary teacher with a decision support system with the TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. TOPSIS method is a method with a simple concept that is easy to understand, and can solve multi-criteria problems by calculating the values of existing criteria. Based on the results of these case examples show that the results of jewelry use the same system with manual calculations. The calculation of the Topsis Method will produce an output in the form of ranking.

Abstract

Decision support system is the system which is very helpful for decision-maker through data processing and decision model in solving a problem which is semi-structured or unstructured. In determining whether the student will graduate or stay in the class, it is necessary to pay attention to the thing which greatly affects the student activity. In this research, there are five assessment criteria used, namely Memorization, Semester Value, Morals, Imlak, and Reading the Alkitab. There are ten alternatives used, and in this research, the range of values used for graduating students is 29.99, so that the results obtained by the 9th student alternative and the 10th student alternative stay in the class because the value is 29.99. This objective assessment, hopefully, it can help the teachers, ustadz and kiyai in assessing students who have extraordinary potential, so that students can find out their abilities and potential both in the academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

Designing a backbone in the network can overcome several problems that occur, such as speed problems connected between local networks because UTP cables can only be passed with transfer speeds of up to 100 Mbps, while the backbone network is capable of loading up to 10 Gbps. The design and installation of the internet network will be carried out at several Regional Government Organizations (OPD) in the city of Payakumbuh so that the internet network with a backbone can be utilized optimally to improve services to the community. The network performance will be analyzed using the Quality of Service (QoS) method which includes latency, jitter, packet loss, and throughput. QoS is defined as a mechanism that allows services to operate according to the characteristics of the Internet Protocol (IP) network. The results of this study are the value of measuring the performance of the fiber optic backbone network carried out at the Capil (OPD) Capil, Bappeda, and the Department of Transportation. With the QoS method, the results of the tests that have been carried out in the morning, afternoon, and evening are obtained.
