Abstract

Poor Student Assistance (BSM) is government assistance in the form of a sum of cash that is given directly to students who come from poor families. BSM recipients are students who have been determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) based on a predetermined mechanism. Assistance provided by the government to students from underprivileged families is not transparent so some BSM are not on target. In an effort to minimize target inaccuracies, a study was made with Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which is a decision-making method for determining the best alternative out of a number of alternatives based on certain criteria. The ranking of beneficiaries is determined using a comparison of the Simple Additive Weighting Method and the Weighted Product Method, which are the MCDM model. Manual testing was carried out on 5 (five). From the test results of the Simple Additive Weighting Method, Alternative 4 obtained the highest score. While the results of the Weighted Product method test show the highest results in Alternative 3. The difference in the calculation results of the two methods used is influenced by several factors such as the performance rating value of each alternative, the weight of the criteria, and mathematical calculations for each method, and because the criteria used do not have different weights so that the calculation results become less significant.

Abstract

Kartu Indonesia Pintar merupakan bagian dari kebijakan dari Presiden Ir. Joko Widodo. Penerima program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP)  untuk kalangan siswa-siswi yang bersekolah seringkali tidak tepat sasaran. Di dalam proses pengambilan keputusan siapa yang berhak atas KIP belum jelas aturannya khususnya di SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah. Proses pengambilan keputusan masih menggunakan input data yang dilakukan oleh operator sekolah melalui aplikasi DAPODIK, sehingga pengambilan keputusan penerima KIP banyak yang tidak tepat sasaran. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan guna membantu, mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan dalam penentuan penerima KIP. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan adalah metode clustering. Metode clustering yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode K-Means Clustering dan Average Linkage Clustering.

Abstract

Insurance companies play an important role in a healthy economy, as they provide a security service to goods and people. The Venezuelan insurance market has faced great challenges in the last decades in a narrow environment, where knowing the closest competitors is of utmost importance. The public governing body that regulates the comparison between insurers has only made use of the premiums charged as a rating factor, however this governing body makes public an additional range of indicators, for this research we have selected five of these indicators from the last three years and contrast whether the premiums charged represent a unique rating characteristic. Several machine learning methods have been applied for this study, from dimensionality reduction techniques, unsupervised clustering and optimal clustering performance criteria; all of them have allowed us to discover the hidden patterns of the data and present a clustering that reaches 100% accuracy, of the same number of classes as the government entity; which reflect the naturalness of the data as opposed to the arbitrary one given by this same entity. From its derived groupings, it is possible to affirm that the parameter of premiums collected does not represent a determining grouping characteristic, allowing the Venezuelan insurance market to compare itself efficiently with its competitors.

Abstract

A personnel management information system is a systematic procedure to collect, store, retain, retrieve, and validate data needed by an organization regarding human resources, personnel activities, characteristics of organizational units. PT Tri Canis Aurum is a private company engaged in acacia tree nursery services. In its business process, PT Tri Canis Aurum is still experiencing obstacles, namely the rectification process, managing employee data, calculating salaries, monitoring attendance, monitoring violations, applying for permits/leave, resigning, and assessing employee performance. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based personnel information system at PT Tri Canis Aurum to solve solutions to problems faced with employment. The methodology used is the iteration method, the problem analysis used is PIECES. At the design, the stage used Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). System development using Visual Studio Code and MySQL as the database. The results of the development of an employee information system at PT Tri Canis Aurum can help simplify the employee recruitment process, file employee data more effectively and efficiently, facilitate the attendance monitoring process, communicate between field supervisors and directors more effectively, more accurately calculate salaries and monitor violations

Abstract

Corona virus has become a global threat at the end of 2019. The spread of this corona virus is very fast to all countries in the world.  The World Health Organization (WHO) has determined the status of the corona virus as a global pandemic called the Corona Virus Desease 2019 (Covid-19). Indonesia was detected first case of Covid-19 on March 2, 2020. After that, the number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia increased every day and had a real impact on various sectors sectors, such as the economic and education. The Indonesian government has handled this health disaster, one of way that has been done is by holding a COVID-19 vaccine. Includes one dose vaccine, second dose vaccine and vaccine booster. The existence of this vaccine booster has received various opinions from Indonesian netizens who were conveyed through social media of Twitter. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the sentiments of Indonesian netizens about booster vaccination. In this study, data was collected from the Twitter dataset by crawling using the Rapidminer. Then, the data preprocessing stage is carried out consisting of: case folding, tokenizing, filtering and stemming. Sentiment classification is divided into positive sentiment, negative sentiment and neutral sentiment. Sentiment classification resolved using the Naive Bayes algorithm. This research resulted sentiment of vaccine booster during Covid-19 based on Indonesian netizen, include tweets of 23% positive sentiment, tweets of 15% neutral sentiment and tweets of 76% negative sentiment with an accuracy rate of 89%.

Abstract

Traffic accidents often result in victims who need help quickly. Communities who know about incidents are often confused about how to take victims to health facilities quickly because there are no vehicles available to transport victims, besides that at the location of the incident there is usually a crowd of residents which causes traffic to be obstructed. This research will build a prototype accident report application that can be used by the public in reporting a traffic accident incident, POLICE and Ambulance Drivers will get information about the location of the incident that occurred to provide fast handling, and the built prototype will be measured access speed using various types of networks (GPRS, 3G, 4G), this is to see if the application can be used in various internet network conditions. The results of this study are an application that can be used to improve services for health facilities and the police, the results of the access speed test show that the built prototype can run well even though it uses a GPRS network with a speed of 1,37 seconds.

Abstract

Kalimantan Islamic University Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is one of the largest universities in South Kalimantan which has quite a large number of students. In recent years, the construction of new campus buildings which are not too far from the main campus has been realized, such as the Banjarbaru campus building which is approximately 60 minutes from the main campus as well as the Handil Bakti campus building which is more or less 10 minutes from the main campus, there are still problems regarding monitoring the use of lecture halls, this is because interest in new students has increased in recent years even though Indonesia has recently been hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused several private universities to experience a decline in new student admissions. Pada Currently at UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin monitoring of lecture rooms is not running optimally, sometimes there are still schedule conflicts in the use of lecture rooms, especially in the Banjarbaru campus building. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can monitor the use of lecture rooms if the rooms are used alternately or for activities. incidentals such as borrowing rooms for student activities. The method used in this research is the WATERFALL method in developing a website-based monitoring application for lecture hall use. Based on the results of research that has been carried out as well as pretest and posttest testing of application users in each faculty, it is stated that the application system developed is very helpful for UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin in monitoring the use of lecture rooms and operating the application is very easy for every faculty admin to practice.

Tanggamus Regency is one of the in Lampung Province, the most of income of them is trade, so that it product a various, such as a good product and service. Dekranasda of Tanggamus have a product by handcrafts which the marketing of process is of Dekranasda still manual, so it’s known by the public, there for they must have a good strategy to increase competitiveness with information utilizing with e-commerce application system by mobile based. So that this system can develop product marketing, product transaction as well as information about micro small and medium enterprises, Dekranasda of Tanggamus Regency, so that able to access by public in indoesian or foreign countries. The Development this e-commerce system using waterfall model with trough steps such as analysis, desain, coding, implementation, and system maintenance. So, with the formation of e-commerce dekranasda of tanggmus can be a fool for buying and selling transactions for costumer and ca be used as a promotional media od Dekranasda Tanggamus Regency.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 is going on in Indonesia have a major impact changing patterns of consumption of goods and services from offline to online. The distance restrictions that must be carried out to prevent the spread of Covid-19 transmission and break the chain of the spread of this virus, require the public to avoid crowds from crowded places. The presence of the Batam Online Supermarket online market application in the city of Batam is certainly one of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 and as an example of the rapid development of digitalization of technology. The biggest challenge in the market online lies in customer satisfaction, so this research adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DM IS Success Model. Of the 370 respondents who were obtained from the Slovin formula and taken using probability sampling technique, then they were tested for validity test analysis, reliability testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing, t test and F test on variables using SPSS 23. Based on the result, this study showed that the variable of system quality, information quality, service quality were significant on the user satisfaction, meanwhile the variable of perceived easy of use and perceived usefulness were not significant on the user satisfaction in using BOS application.

Abstract

Household furniture is an item that is very much in demand by many people, especially mothers, the higher the number, the more demand. To get the desired information so that a store can sort out the inventory that must be met. So it takes a prediction for the sale of furniture products that are most requested by consumers which aims to facilitate the provision of stock goods. The purpose of this research is to apply data mining to determine what products or goods are most in demand, moderately desirable, less desirable. From the various data that the authors observe at the Smart Kitchen Store, namely the Smart Kitchen Store, it is still difficult to predict product inventory in the future. With this problem, we need to group the data based on the characteristics of product sales. In the grouping process, a grouping method will be used using the K-Means Algorithm as a manual calculation method and in its implementation a data mining software using RapidMiner Studio version 7.1 will be used.The results of the study consisted of 3 clusters, namely, 42 Most Interested Products (Double Stan Hangers, Napkins, and Stainless Dish Racks), 46 Moderately Interested Products (Super Mop Floor Mops, Surpets, and Electric Grater) and 32 Less Interested Products (Shower Hood 4 stacking, Ring Light, and stainless hood). at the Smart Kitchen Store, so that the data is used as a reference for the Smart Kitchen Store to manage the stock of goods so that the store does not disappoint customers because the goods or products you want to buy are not available.
