Abstract

Dijen Binakesmas posyandu Depkes RI (2009) found out that the performance of posyandu cadres decreased, it was known because the coverage of toddlers who came to posyandu fell from 60 % to 43% resulting in many children who do not receive posyandu services and can result in malnutrition. POSYANDU (Posyandu Service Post) is one form of community-based effort. The success of a posyandu is influenced by the active activities of a cadre. The TOPSIS method is one of the multicentric methods of decision-making. To simplify the assessment of cadre performance using the Technique for Order Preference method by Similarly to Ideal Solution. The purpose of this study was to obtain a model of decision-making on the posyandu cadre performance appraisal with the topsis method. The criteria that are determined include age, education, occupation, years of service, achievements. The results of this study obtained that the alternative V6 with a value of 0.8242 was the performance of the best posyandu cadre.

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a group of farmers who empower women to build an agricultural group. The activities of the farmer groups are agricultural cultivation and processing of agricultural products which can be useful for increasing farmers' income. However, the current income of farmers is still low due to a lack of media transactions and promotions. One of the ways to increase agricultural output is by utilizing farmer groups. This research was conducted at the Flamboyan Women Farmers Group (KWT), which is a group of women in Kalirejo Village, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency who have agricultural products that are processed into food products. The KWT has only been established for about a year and has ten members. However, KWT Flamboyan has not been able to promote its products widely in other regions. Until now, the promotion has been ineffective because it was done when there was a gathering. Therefore, to help increase sales of processed agricultural products. This study uses Android-based M-commerce as a medium for the transaction, promotion, communication, and information to increase the income of the farmer group. Researchers used a structured prototyping system development method with the interaction and system users and used a fishbone research framework to identify causes and effects in the group. In the discussion, the researcher uses the Context Diagram system design, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), interface design as an illustration of the information display design between the user and the system, the implementation of the program description of the interface design then the program is made and the analysis of the test results of this system is made to test the pages has been made and then tested whether the system needs to be evaluated or not. The results obtained are in the form of an Android-based M-commerce sales application that can be accessed online which can serve online sales transactions and can reduce expenses.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pemerintah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas, tranparansi, dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintah. peringkat e-government Indonesia berdasarkan survei PBB tahun 2016 Indonesia mendapat peringkat ke 116, sedangkan Provinsi Lampung masuk dalam kategori “Kurang” dibandingkan dengan provinsi lainnya di Sumatra. Tingginya penetrasi pengguna internet Indonesia dan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan telepon pintar Android menjadi faktor pendukung dalam penerapan web government di Pekon Sukoyoso. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem web government berbasis Android untuk dapat mendukung dalam pengolahan informasi, mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang tepat guna dalam mempromosikan produk unggulan Pekon Sukoyoso serta menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem web government berbasis Android ini adalah menggunakan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan pendekatan prototype. Implementasi web government berbasis Android dapat dibangun dan berjalan  dengan baik pada perangkat bersistem operasi Android dan menjadi kemudahan akses masyarakat dalam mempromosikan produk unggul Pekon Sukoyoso maupun komoditas lainnya kepada masyarakat luas dan menjadi upaya peningkatan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dengan menerapkan pelayanan publik berbasis Android

Abstract

The internet is a network that is used to connect computer devices to each other without being limited by the number users. The development the internet can be used for various means, one which is education. One of the schools that use the internet is SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Terpadu Pekanbaru. The school has a bandwidth speed of 300 Mbps originating from IndiHome and Dashnet. This study aims obtain information about the quality and existing internet services that this research hopes can be used as a reference by the administrators the internet network in schools. This study uses QoS (Quality of Service) parameters such as Delay, Jitter, Throughput, and Packet Loss. In addition, this study uses a software called wireshark. Wireshark functions to analyze data packets and quality on an internet network. The results this study get the index values of several QoS parameters. Based on the research, an index of 4 or in the very good category was obtained in terms of Delay, Jitter, Throughput, and Packet Loss both during busy and quiet hours. What's more, the school takes more advantage of the amount bandwidth available from IndiHome providers so they can drain school costs in procuring the network.

Abstract

Recruitment is a process of search and withdrawal of workers who have the potential to fill vacancies, qualified workforce is very influential on the performance of the company's progress. In the decision-making process of production employee acceptance is still influenced by subjectivity factor and the company often has difficulty in choosing the employee, because the number of prospective employees who apply for while to be accepted become very limited employee. This study uses the method of weighted product because the method of weighted product is one method of completion of multi criteria where in the recruitment of many criteria to be considered.

Abstract

Jro Sandat Property is a business engaged in the property sector which was established in 2014. Jro Sandat Property has services in the property sector, namely services to sell, rent, and develop villas in Bali. Jro Sandat Property still uses social media such as Instagram and Facebook as its marketing media and also a website for villa development property services, especially in the service of renting out villas currently inadequate on its website. Based on these problems, it is necessary to design and implement a website user interface that is relevant and effective for users of Jro Sandat Property so that it can improve user experience. The purpose of this research is to find out the design of the website user interface using the design thinking method on the Jro Sandat Property website. The research method used in this research is design thinking, this method is known as a comprehensive thinking process that concentrates on creating solutions that begin with a process of empathy for certain user-centered needs. The 5 stages that are carried out are empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. The user interface design of the Jro Sandat Property website was built in the form of a prototype using the Figma application. The result of this research is a high-fidelity prototype of Jro Sandat Property website design that is user-friendly. This is directly proportional to the results of testing the prototype that has been built, using the System Usability Scale (SUS) testing method which gets a score of 81.25 which is included in the acceptable category.

Abstract

The presence of cloud technology at this time is considered very necessary to be implemented at BMT Mentari East Lampung. In the implementation of the fund or financial management activities, BMT Mentari East Lampung, already has the support of an Information Technology network to support daily operational activities, in addition to that, some have even implemented internet and intranet technology both at the central and branch levels. The strength factor that emerged was the great desire of BMT Mentari Lampung managers to implement VPS using DigitalOcean's Cloud Server so that all databases currently using were neutralized on 1 public computer or cloud. By using VPS services, BMT Mentari has full control over the server and all its settings on the DigitalOcean Cloud Server and VPS security is more guaranteed than previous intranet services. It should be noted that the manager of BMT Mentari East Lampung can adjust the VPS security configuration according to the required standards and the disk space and bandwidth in VPS services are safer and more stable.

In improving services in the field of education supported by increasingly rapid technological developments, PPM ZamZam Muhammadiyah Cilongok must be able to harmonize business strategies with information technology, where the use of information technology, especially in the Human Resources (HR) function, is still not integrated with each other. maximum said. In planning the IS/IT strategy of an architectural firm (EA) in order to achieve alignment of the IS/IT strategy with the business strategy of the organization. EA is seen as a logistical, comprehensive, and holistic approach to defining, designing, and implementing systems and components simultaneously. The current condition of Ponpes Zam-zam does not yet have a specific and integrated school architecture information system in accordance with the needs and objectives of Ponpes Zam-zam, which collaborates to jointly develop the Registration System, Finance and Information Technology-based Pondok learning system. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a framework that provides methods and tools for building, managing and implementing, and maintaining enterprise architectures. The stages used in this architectural design are Preparation, Architectural Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture. The design of the Islamic Boarding School Information System is carried out using the main business process approach and existing supporting business processes. The expected result of this research is a proposed TOGAF model that is adapted to the Ponpes business processes and needs in designing enterprise architecture for IS/IT strategic planning

Abstract

In incubating duck eggs, traditionally it can be done using other poultry parents that are incubating the eggs. This method can be done by placing another egg together with the egg which is being incubated by the mother. In an effort to increase the productivity of the resulting ducklings, this research focuses on the development of a duck egg incubator prototype using Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller. The first step in temperature control is to determine the temperature set point (desired temperature value). The output in the form of heat is read by NTC 10K temperature sensor which then becomes an input. If the temperature input which is read is less or more than the specified temperature, the module relay works to turn on or turn off the incandescent lamp. The main source of heat generation in the incubator room is an incandescent lamp, so a relay module is used to control the on/off of the light. This is so that the temperature produced from the incandescent lamp is stable according to what is needed during the hatching process. To read the temperature, an NTC 10K sensor is used in order to provide temperature measurement information which can be processed by the microcontroller on Arduino. After testing the prototype, an incubator is produced which can work according to the working principle of an automatic egg incubator and can reach the target according to the expected goals. Automatic egg incubators can be used by duck poultry farmers to help incubate eggs.

Abstract

Peran teknologi didalam pelayanan publik memiliki perannan penting dalam memudahkan kases kebutuhan layanan masyarakat. Hal ini menjadi penting  bagi terwujudnya layanan yang lebig efektif dan efesisn. Tidak terkecuali pelayanan kesehatan pada rumah sakit dan klinik. Rumah sakit dan klinik merupakan instansi pelayanan kesehtan publik yang sangat vital dan memiliki peran sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Untuk menunjang kualitas layanan perlu inovasi yang dapat menunjang akses kesedian dokter, perawat dan ruangan bagi para pasien.  Sistem Informasi Jadwal Piket Dokter yang di kembangkan oleh Klinik Bakti Ananda merupakan pengembangan dan peningkatan layanan bagi para pasien. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi di bangun dengan aplikasi android dikembangkan dengan model waterfall serta di lakukan pengujian aplikasi dengan menggunkan beberapa responden pasien. Dari hasil uji system didaptkan tangapan yang positif oleh para pasien dan mempermudah pengatran waktu dalam proses konsultasi dengan dokter.
