Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh risk tolerance dan herding bias terhadap risk investment behavior pada mahasiswa di Samarinda dengan financial literacy sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner skala Likert kepada mahasiswa di Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 397 partisipan. Data dianalisis menggunakan struqture equation model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SMART-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risk tolerance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risk investment behavior. Herding bias tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risk investment behavior. Financial literacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risk investment behavior. Namun, financial literacy tidak memoderasi hubungan antara risk tolerance dan risk investment behavior. Sebaliknya, financial literacy terbukti memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan antara herding bias dan risk investment behavior. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan program literasi keuangan serta menjadi referensi bagi akademisi, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas keputusan investasi generasi muda.

Abstract

Unemployment among Generation Z remains a serious issue, particularly in urban areas such as Jakarta. The rapid development of digital technology offers alternative opportunities through digital entrepreneurship; however, Generation Z’s intention to engage in digital entrepreneurship remains relatively low. This study aims to examine the influence of creativity, self-efficacy, personal innovativeness, and facilitating conditions on digital entrepreneurial intention among Generation Z in Jakarta. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey research method. The research sample consisted of Generation Z individuals residing in Jakarta and was selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that creativity, self-efficacy, and facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurial intention, while personal innovativeness has no significant effect. These findings suggest that digital entrepreneurial intention among Generation Z is more strongly influenced by psychological factors, such as creativity and self-confidence, as well as by supportive digital environments, rather than by individuals’ tendencies to adopt new technologies. This study is expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions and policymakers in designing more effective digital entrepreneurship development strategies for Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and understand relationship between market reaction, earnings management, and audit delay on the timeliness of financial reporting. The population of this study consists of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in 162 observations. Data analysis was conducted using logistic regression analysis and processed with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that market reaction and earnings management do not have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while audit delay has a negative effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. These findings suggest that market reaction and earnings management are not the main factors in determining the timeliness of financial reporting. Meanwhile, audit delay indicates that companies experiencing higher levels of audit delay tend to have lower levels of timeliness in financial reporting. This study provides practical implications for companies, auditors, and stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting and audit processes to ensure timely reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh job involvement dan organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Kabupaten Wonogiri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang melibatkan 155 pegawai sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) melalui teknik regresi linier berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa job involvement tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, yang mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat keterlibatan kerja belum mampu menjadi faktor penentu dalam menekan keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Sebaliknya, organizational commitment terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, di mana peningkatan komitmen organisasi berkorelasi kuat dengan penurunan kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan komitmen organisasi sebagai strategi manajerial yang krusial dalam upaya meminimalkan tingkat turnover intention di lingkungan PT PNM Kabupaten Wonogiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama (KCU) Solo yang berlokasi di Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 8, Surakarta. Instansi tersebut berperan strategis sebagai Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) dan Sentral Pengelolaan Pos (SPP). Adapun tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan divisi antaran. Menggunakan metode survei, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer maupun sekunder. Mengingat jumlah populasi yang terbatas, yakni 30 karyawan, peneliti menerapkan teknik non-probability sampling melalui pendekatan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, serta studi pustaka, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan stres kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan bagian antaran di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Solo. Namun, variabel kepuasan kerja ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas perpindahan karyawan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 15,060 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh simultan dari variabel independen. Selain itu, nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,593 mengindikasikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 59,3% terhadap variasi turnover intention, sementara porsi selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar ruang lingkup penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan keuangan hari tua, kepemilikan aset, dan tekanan ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga pada masa pensiun di Surakarta. Masa tua yang identik dengan periode purna tugas menjadi latar belakang krusial dalam mengevaluasi determinan kesejahteraan individu. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif yang dikuantifikasikan dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan data BPS Surakarta tahun 2023, populasi masyarakat purna tugas tercatat sebanyak 71.487 orang. Mengingat luasnya populasi, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk menetapkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah melalui serangkaian prosedur statistik, meliputi analisis deskriptif, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan keuangan hari tua, kepemilikan aset, dan tekanan ekonomi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga usia pensiun di Surakarta. Secara simultan, model regresi yang digunakan dinyatakan fit atau layak berdasarkan uji F dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 118,288 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini didukung oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 0,782, yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel perencanaan keuangan, aset, dan tekanan ekonomi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 78,2% dalam menjelaskan variasi kesejahteraan keluarga. Sementara itu, sisanya sebesar 21,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor eksternal lain di luar model penelitian, seperti kepemilikan tabungan, deposito, dan ketersediaan infrastruktur pendukung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of diaspora football players as brand ambassadors, supporter fanaticism, and product design on the purchase decisions of the Indonesian National Team jersey among Ultras Garuda Samarinda. Using a quantitative method with 102 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis, the partial test results show that all three variables have a positive and significant effect, with supporter fanaticism being the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect purchase decisions, with an R² value of 0.781, indicating that 78.1% of the variation in purchase decisions can be explained by the model. These findings emphasize that purchase decisions for the national team jersey are influenced not only by product visual aspects but also by supporters’ emotional attachment and positive perceptions of diaspora players as representations of a modern Indonesian National Team image.

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative bibliometric analysis of 102 Scopus-indexed articles to map the intellectual structure of decision-making in crisis management within the financial management domain. Using VOSviewer for co-authorship, keyword co-occurrence, and text-data analyses, the research reveals reactive publication surges following major financial shocks, fragmented collaboration networks dominated by developed economies, and three thematic clusters reflecting a shift from rational-normative models toward hybrid behavioral-technology frameworks. While technology integration shows promising growth, unresolved contradictions persist between behavioral biases and algorithmic solutions. The findings highlight significant contextual gaps, particularly the under-representation of emerging-market perspectives. Theoretically, the study provides a structured intellectual scaffold that integrates macro-systemic dynamics with micro-level behavioral heterogeneity. Practically, it offers guidance for financial managers in volatile environments, with specific relevance to Indonesia where institutional and cultural factors amplify decision-making challenges. The research underscores the need for context-sensitive hybrid models and stronger South-South collaboration to enhance financial resilience in emerging economies facing recurrent global crises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of social media marketing, e-word of mouth, and brand image on purchasing decisions at the Habaka business unit. Using a quantitative approach with primary data sources, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with specific criteria, namely Generation Z in Surakarta who have knowledge of Habaka ThriftShop’s social media. The collected data was then processed using a series of statistical analysis methods, including descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests to assess model fit, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). Partial testing via t-tests revealed that all three independent variables made a significant contribution to consumer behaviour. The social media marketing variable was found to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Similar findings were obtained for the e-word-of-mouth and brand image variables, which each demonstrated a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Habaka, with p-values of 0.003 and 0.000 respectively. Overall, the results of this study confirm that digital marketing strategies, electronic consumer-to-consumer communication, and brand perception are key determinants in influencing purchasing decisions among Generation Z.

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial instrument in achieving organizational goals and ensuring business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data processed with the assistance of SPSS 25.0 software. The research population consists of all employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang, with a sample of 70 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected comprehensively through questionnaires, observations, and literature review, and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis produced the following equation model Y=8.795+1.398X1​−0.054X2​+0.034X3​+e. Based on partial testing (t-test), it was found that only the leadership variable has a significant effect on employee performance, while work culture and work discipline do not have a significant effect. However, the F-test results show an F-value of 23.850 with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the model is appropriate and reliable for predicting the simultaneous influence of leadership, work culture, and work discipline on employee performance. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (adjusted ????2) of 0.498 indicates that these three independent variables explain 49.8% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 50.2% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study.
