Abstract

Unemployment becomes Indonesia's main economic challenge requiring alternative solutions through entrepreneurial spirit development among young generation. This study aims to analyze the influence of family motivation and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest of students at SMA Negeri 1 Gangga. The research method used quantitative approach with causal design on 55 students of class XII business major as respondents through census technique. Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed family motivation has significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest with regression coefficient 0.267 and significance 0.049. Entrepreneurship education also has significant positive effect with coefficient 0.220 and significance 0.013. Simultaneous effect of both variables shows F-value 251.332 with significance 0.003 and determination coefficient 75%. The study concludes that combination of family motivation and entrepreneurship education creates optimal synergy in fostering students' entrepreneurial interest, providing empirical foundation for developing entrepreneurship programs involving families as active stakeholders in addressing unemployment challenges.

Abstract

Member performance as a human resource is the strength or ability of a member to produce something material or non-material, whether quantifiable or valued in money or not. With high member performance, everything the organization programs within its objectives to achieve the organization's overall goals will be quickly achieved. However, not all members have high performance; there are certainly varying levels of performance among members. Therefore, organizations must strive through established programs to improve performance to support the organization's growth, one of which is through education, training, and leadership styles. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education, training, and leadership styles jointly on member performance at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police's Driver's License Unit (Satpas SIM). The results of this study revealed a positive effect of education, training, and leadership styles jointly on member performance at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police's Driver's License Unit (Satpas SIM). The strength of the influence between these variables is demonstrated by the F-test of 41.512. This indicates a highly significant influence between education, training, and leadership styles on member performance at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police's Driver's License Unit (Satpas SIM).

Abstract

The competence of Indonesian National Police officers is a necessity that cannot be postponed any longer. Bold steps are needed to quickly, precisely, and gradually improve the quality of competency-based human resource development, incorporating components of knowledge, skills, and attitude. Developing and empowering human resources requires an organizational culture and work motivation to improve overall service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Human Resource Management, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the performance of the Traffic Directorate of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police. The population and sample were all Traffic Directorates of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police. The results of the study indicate that the variables of Organizational Culture, Human Resource Management, motivation and Job Satisfaction with an Fcount value of 219.295 with an Ftable of 3.35, because the tcount value of 219.295> ttable value of 3.35 and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that Organizational Culture, Human Resource Management and motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Traffic Directorate of the Metro Jaya Regional Police. Meanwhile, from the determination coefficient test, it is known that the R value is 0.950, which means that there is a very strong relationship between the variables of Organizational Culture, Human Resource Management, and motivation with the performance of members of the Traffic Directorate of the Metro Jaya Regional Police. Meanwhile, the R-Square value is 0.902 so that the independent variables consisting of Organizational Culture, Human Resource Management, motivation and Job Satisfaction contribute an influence of 0.902 or 90.2% to the performance of members of the Traffic Directorate of the Metro Jaya Regional Police while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between members' perceptions of program planning and work program supervision and their work effectiveness at the Traffic Directorate of the Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police. The background of this research is based on the importance of work effectiveness in supporting the performance of public organizations, particularly the police, which plays a strategic role in public service. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to members of the Traffic Directorate of the Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police, using multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationships between variables. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between members' perceptions of program planning and work effectiveness, as well as between work program supervision and work effectiveness. Simultaneously, members' perceptions of program planning and work program supervision significantly influence members' work effectiveness. These findings confirm that good planning and supervision can improve members' performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This research provides a practical contribution to strengthening the managerial system within the police force and serves as a reference for data-driven policymaking.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving the quality of education through the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM), which provides autonomy, flexibility, and active participation of all school stakeholders. MTS Miftahul Huda Bekasi was selected as the research site because the school has applied SBM principles in its institutional management and has successfully demonstrated a number of academic and non-academic achievements. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of SBM, to describe strategies for managing school resources, and to evaluate its impact on strengthening the quality culture within the madrasa. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, students, and parents, as well as documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity tested through source, technique, and time triangulation. The findings indicate that SBM implementation at MTS Miftahul Huda is carried out by involving the active participation of the principal, teachers, staff, students, parents, and the school committee in planning, implementation, and program evaluation. The strategies employed include improving teacher competence through training, applying democratic leadership, strengthening communication with parents, and developing a life skills–based curriculum. The positive impacts of SBM implementation are evident in improved school discipline, increased student learning motivation, the growth of responsibility, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. This study concludes that consistent implementation of School-Based Management is able to strengthen the quality culture at MTS Miftahul Huda Bekasi. Therefore, SBM implementation is recommended to be further enhanced through teacher training support, optimization of the school committee’s role, and expansion of community partnerships.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Sumber Agung Ngawi, East Java. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability at CV. Sumber Agung Ngawi, East Java. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R2). The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and normality tests. The t-test results show that Cash Turnover (X1) has a significant effect on Profitability (Y), Accounts Receivable Turnover (X2) has a significant effect on Profitability (Y), and Inventory Turnover (X3) has a significant effect on Profitability (Y). The F-test results show that the regression model used is appropriate in predicting the effect of Cash Turnover (X1), Accounts Receivable Turnover (X2) and Inventory Turnover (X3) on Profitability (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination test (adjusted R2) for this model are 0.839, meaning that the independent influence of X1 (Cash Turnover), X2 (Accounts Receivable Turnover) and X3 (Inventory Turnover) on Y (Profitability) is 83.9%. The remaining (100% - 83.9%) = 16.1% is explained by other variables outside the model

Abstract

PT Samudra Solusi Agensi is a new company engaged in education marketing services. Its reliance on social media and word of mouth has not effectively conveyed complete and professional information. To address the lack of digital platform that enhances visibility and credibility, this study aims to develop a website as promotional media using Figma and WordPress.  This study employed an action research method, with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. A total of 30 respondents participated, including 2 marketing experts, 2 IT experts, 1 company director, and 25 clients or prospectives clients. Website quality was assessed using WebQual and effectiveness was evaluated through the EPIC Model.  The results showed that the quality level of the website developed was in the “very good” category with a WebQual score of 90.9%, and the effectiveness level of the website as a promotional media was in the “very effective” category with an EPIC Rate score of 4.5. These results indicated that the developed website successfully met the company’s needs and was suitable for use.  The results indicate that the company profile website developed with WordPress CMS is highly effective as a promotional media. It is expected that PT Samudra Solusi Agensi continuously manage and optimize website content regularly to maintain the relevance of service information.

Abstract

Karanganyar Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of servant leadership, organizational culture and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at the Archives and Regional Library Service of Karanganyar Regency. The type of data used is quantitative, with primary data sources. The population in this study amounted to 57 employees and the sample taken was 57 respondents using census sampling (saturated sampling). The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test (smooth model test), coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service (p-value) 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service (p-value) 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service (p-value) 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test indicate that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 65.8%, with the remaining 34.2% influenced by factors outside the studied variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the significant of the influence of readiness to change and organizational commitment on organizational change. The type of data used is quantitative, with primary data as the source. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total sample of 39 respondents who are employees of the Regional Development, Research, and Innovation of Sragen Regency BAPPERIDA. Data collection methods include questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that readiness to change has a significant effect on organizational change of Sragen Regency BAPPERIDA. Organizational commitment also has a significant effect on organizational change of Sragen Regency BAPPERIDA. The F-test results indicate a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the model is appropriate in predicting the influence of readiness to change and organizational commitment on organizational change of Sragen Regency BAPPERIDA. The coefficient of determination analysis shows a value of 0.873, which means that the contribution of readiness to change and organizational commitment variables to organizational change at BAPPERIDA Sragen Regency is 87.3%, while the remaining 12.7% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of the increasing consumptive behavior among adolescents, which is not only influenced by internal factors but also by external factors such as peer group interaction. The research method employed is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of all 9th-grade students of MTs Miftahul Huda Bekasi, totaling 40 students, with the sampling technique using total sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results of the study show that peer interaction has a positive and significant effect on students’ consumptive behavior. This is evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.427, a t-count of 3.729 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, as well as an F-count of 13.905 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.268, which means that 26.8% of the variation in students’ consumptive behavior is influenced by peer interaction, while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this research. Thus, the higher the intensity of peer interaction, the higher the level of students’ consumptive behavior. The results of this research are expected to provide input for teachers, parents, and schools in guiding students to develop a wiser and more controlled consumption pattern
