Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the significance of the influence of board gender diversity and independent commissioners, both partially and simultaneously, on the financial performance of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The population in this study includes all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 350 companies out of 852. The data analysis methods used include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). he results of the study indicate the following regression equation: Y = 1.7096 + 1.5722 X1 + 3.0262 X2 + 1.2642 X3 + Year_Dummy + Sector_Dummy + e. The t-test results show that the indicator of female commissioners does not significantly affect financial performance (significance = 0.399 > 0.05), and the indicator of female directors also does not significantly affect financial performance (significance = 0.061 > 0.05). However, the independent commissioner indicator has a significant positive effect on financial performance (significance = 0.020 < 0.05). The F-test results show that board gender diversity (female commissioners and female directors) and independent commissioners simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 7.43%, while the remaining 92.57% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia financial literacy and income on savings interest at the Palur Branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data used in this study is quantitative. Primary data sources were used. Data collection in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample consisted of 70 traders in the Palur market, drawn using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, or sampling based on specific characteristics. The analytical methods used in this study were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test (model fit test), and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The t-test results of the study indicate that Sharia financial literacy significantly influences savings interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Palur Branch, with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, and income significantly influences savings interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Palur Branch, with a p-value of 0.000 <0. The F-test results indicate that the regression model used in this study is appropriate, with a p-value of <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) test indicates that the independent variable contributes 71.8% to the dependent variable, with the remaining 28.2% (100-71.8%) explained by other variables outside the model

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, competence, and career development on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Sidoharjo. The research background shows that all teachers (100%) have "Good" performance category, but none have achieved the "Very Good" category. Pre-research survey results identified problems in the use of less varied teaching methods (77% of teachers), limitations in developing learning media (40% of teachers), and lack of participation in continuing education (37% of teachers). The research method uses a quantitative approach with saturated sampling technique involving 30 civil servant teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that: (1) Self-efficacy does not significantly influence teacher performance with path coefficient 0.211, t-statistic 0.864, and p-value 0.388 > 0.05; (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with path coefficient 0.578, t-statistic 2.614, and p-value 0.009 < 0.05; (3) Career development does not significantly influence teacher performance despite having the highest path coefficient 0.436, t-statistic 1.414, and p-value 0.158 > 0.05. The R² value of 0.592 indicates that the three variables can explain 59.2% of the variance in teacher performance. This study concludes that competence is the dominant factor affecting teacher performance, while self-efficacy and career development have not yet made significant contributions. Recommendations for schools are to improve teacher competency development programs, especially in aspects of student learning outcome research capabilities and development of innovative learning media.

Abstract

Global Putra Ventura Sejahtera is a B2B company specializing in the provision of installation services, procurement of goods, and telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. Currently, PT Global Putra Ventura Sejahtera only uses personal Email and Whatsapp as their digital publication platforms. As the company continues to grow, these two platforms have become less effective in supporting the company's publication activities since they cannot reach potential clients outside the company's network, and exacerbate them to establish their brand and disseminate information. This study aims to create a company profile website using the WordPress CMS as an effective publication platform that can be accessed by everyone on the internet. The research method used was action research involving seven respondents, consisting of one computer expert, one website UI/UX expert, two marketing experts, one company public relations staff member, one company administrative staff member, and one company director. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the WebQual method with three indicators, Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality, to measure the website's quality as a publication medium. The research results show that in the first cycle, the website achieved a WebQual score of 88.3%, which falls into the “very good” category. After improvements based on feedback from respondents were made, there was an increase in results, with the WebQual score improving to 94.57%, and no significant suggestions were made. The website can be considered “very good” in terms of the information displayed, usability, and interaction with users. It can be concluded that the company profile website created using WordPress CMS demonstrates excellent information quality and website quality, making it suitable for use as a company publication medium.

Abstract

In this digital era, the internet has become an integral part of the business landscape, including the culinary sector. Many culinary businesses now utilize content marketing to promote their products and increase sales. In addition to content marketing, electronic word of mouth also plays a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Baegopa restaurant is one such business that employs both content marketing and electronic word of mouth strategies. Howerver, engagement with its online content remains relativeliy low. Therefore, this study aims to analyze content marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Baegopa Restaurant in Malang City. This research was an explanatory research and employed quantitative approach. The variables studied were content marketing, electronic word of mouth, and purchasing decisions. This research used observation and questionnaire data collection techniques. With purposive sampling technique, 100 respondents were selected as consumers of Baegopa Restaurant. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the t-test, Content Marketing (X1) and the Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) have a partial influence on the purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the F hypothesis test shows that Content Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.721, meaning 72.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions was explained by the two variables, while the remaining 27,9% was influnced by other factors. The results of this study, conclude that content marketing and electronic word of mouth have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Baegopa Restaurant in Malang City. Therefore, it is recommended that Baegopa Restaurant develop content marketing strategies that are relevant to consumer needs and enhance communication effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of device usage intensity on the learning achievement of seventh-grade social studies students at SMP Al-Falah Bekasi. The research method used was an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used Isaac Michael random sampling with a 5% error threshold, involving 142 respondents. The results showed a t-value of -3.239 with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 was rejected, indicating that device usage intensity has a significant negative effect on student achievement. The resulting linear regression equation is Y = 86.315 + -0.050X. This means that every 1-unit increase in device usage intensity will decrease learning achievement by 0.050 points. The coefficient of determination (R²) test was 0.070, indicating that device usage intensity explains 7% of learning achievement, while the remaining 93% is explained by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving the welfare of the Picuan Satu Village community. The background of this study is based on the fact that MSMEs are the backbone of the village economy, impacting not only the economic aspects but also social and educational aspects. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews with five key informants consisting of MSME actors, village officials, and the community, supplemented by observation and documentation studies. Data validation was strengthened through triangulation of sources, techniques, and methods. The results of the interviews indicate that MSMEs in Picuan Satu Village have played a significant role in increasing community income, expanding employment opportunities, and utilizing local potential more productively. Informants stated that MSMEs help encourage community independence, reduce unemployment rates, and support family economic needs. However, various obstacles remain, such as limited capital, lack of managerial skills, and limited market access. Several informants emphasized the need for further support from the government and related institutions to develop business capacity and expand marketing networks. The study shows that the role of MSMEs not only impacts economic welfare but also creates broader social change. The presence of MSMEs encourages collaboration between communities, village governments, and local industry players in building economic independence. These findings align with previous research that emphasized MSMEs as a crucial instrument in sustainable village development. This study emphasizes that MSME empowerment strategies through access to capital, entrepreneurship training, and strengthening marketing networks need to be improved to ensure the economic sustainability of rural communities.

Abstract

Banking service is one of the key factors supporting the achievement of a company’s objectives. To encourage excellent service, organizational culture and work environment are aspects that management needs to pay attention to. This study aims to analyze the partial effect of organizational culture on banking services, analyze the partial effect of work environment on banking services, and examine the simultaneous impact of both variables on banking services. The research results indicate that both Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have positive and significant influences on Banking Services (Y). Simultaneous testing shows that both variables collectively contribute significantly to service improvement, indicated by an F-value of 75.564 with a significance level of 0.001. This finding implies that implementing effective Organizational Culture (X1) and conducive Work Environment (X2) can enhance Banking Services (Y) within PT. Bank Mega, Tbk.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a state in which employees feel safe, comfortable, and free from disturbances while completing their tasks, encompassing both physical environment and social relationships at the workplace. This study aims to analyze employee job satisfaction at PT. Allure Alluminio using a quantitative method. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, involving 84 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS 25.The results of the t-test indicate that both transformational leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction when analyzed separately. The F-test results show that these two variables simultaneously have a significant impact on job satisfaction, with an F calculated value of 205.189, which is greater than the F table value of 3.109, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The combined effect of both variables accounts for 83.5% of the variance in job satisfaction, while the remaining 16.5% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product innovation, inventory, and word of mouth influence purchasing decisions at UD. Combi Prima Grafika Babat - Lamongan. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey method. Data were obtained through a questionnaire published to 100 consumer respondents of UD. Combi Prima Grafika who have shopped more than once, with selection using a purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study indicate that product innovation and word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, inventory does not show a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Overall, product innovation, inventory, and word of mouth have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at UD. Combi Prima Grafika. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that it is important for UD. Combi Prima Grafika to continue to improve product innovation, especially in terms of relevant designs in accordance with existing trends, as well as improving inventory management to ensure sufficient stock. These improvements are expected to increase customer satisfaction, strengthen positive word of mouth promotions, and ultimately encourage increased purchasing decisions and sales.
