Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere, food quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions of Bakso Sor Talok customers in Karanganyar Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data sources. The population in this study were Bakso Sor Talok customers in Karanganyar Regency, with an unknown number. Sampling used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, as many as 100 samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and literature studies. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F- test, determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all variables, namely store atmosphere, food quality, service quality and purchasing decisions are declared valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests. The results of the regression test show Y = 1.862 + 0.264 X1 + 0.160 X2 + 0.404 X3 + e. The results of the t-test show that store atmosphere (X1), food quality (X2), service quality (X3) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Bakso Sor Talok shop in Karanganyar Regency. The results of the F test obtained the results that the regression model used in this study was appropriate. The results of the R2 test showed that the contribution of the influence of the independent variables to the dependent variable was 64.8%. The rest (100% - 64.8%) = 35.2% is explained by other variables outside the model such as price, taste and location.

Abstract

Pasar modal adalah tempat investor untuk berinvestasi pada saham, obligasi, dan reksa dana. Investor mendapatkan keuntungan instrumen investasi pada Pasar Modal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui rasio keuangan yang memengaruhi harga saham BTN. Objek penelitian adalah Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) selama 7 tahun. Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi, regresi berganda, uji t dan uji F serta Koefisien Determinan (Adjuster R Square). Hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa variabel ROA dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan ROE, NIM dan LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap saham BTN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, dan belanja modal terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Pemerintah Kota Surakarta periode 2019–2023. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya PAD sebagai indikator kemandirian fiskal daerah dalam mendukung pembangunan dan pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder berupa data time series yang diperoleh dari laporan realisasi anggaran Pemerintah Kota Surakarta dan Badan Pusat Statistik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, dan belanja modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) secara parsial maupun simultan. Pajak daerah memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dalam meningkatkan PAD, diikuti oleh retribusi daerah dan belanja modal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pengelolaan pajak dan retribusi serta alokasi belanja modal yang tepat dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan PAD Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pemerintah daerah dalam perumusan kebijakan fiskal yang mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan dan kemandirian daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of learning models and the intensity of internet use on student learning outcomes in the subject of social studies in grade VII of MTs Prima Bekas. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental methodology. The research sample consisted of 30 grade VII students taken through a total sampling technique. Data collection instruments used questionnaires and documentation of student achievement score. The results of the study showed that: (1) learning methods did not have a significant effect on students' academic achievement (sig = 0.226); (2) the frequency of internet use had an influence but was not statistically significant on students' academic achievement (sig = 0.087); and (3) learning methods and frequency of internet use simultaneously did not have a significant effect on students' academic achievement (sig = 0.181). The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.015 indicated that only 1.5% of the variation in students' academic achievement could be explained by these two variables. Thus, there are other elements outside of learning methods and frequency of internet use that also have the potential to influence the academic achievement of social studies student

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant influence of Marketing Mix on this research aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction of JNE service users at Santi Bima City Branch. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The research sample of 50 respondents were selected with purposive sampling techniques, namely JNE service users who have used the service at least twice. Data was collected through a questionnaire with the Likert scale and analyzed using validity tests, reliability, simple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and t tests with the help of the SPSS program version 22. Research results show that service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is proven by a count value of -1,676 < 1,677 with a significance value of 0,100 (> 0,05). The correlation coefficient value of 0.235 which is in the low category, and the determination coefficient of 0.055 which means that the service quality variable is only able to explain 5.5% of customer satisfaction variation, while 94.5% is influenced by other factors that are not researched. The conclusion from this study is that the quality of the service does not have a significant impact on the satisfaction of JNE service users at the Santi Branch of Bima City. Therefore, it is recommended to JNE to improve aspects of service, such as punctuality of delivery, communication, and courier professionalism to be able to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the use of interactive learning media has an impact on the learning outcomes of Grade IX students at MTs Prima Bekasi. A quantitative research method with a descriptive approach was used. The sample consisted of 40 Grade IX students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires to assess students’ perceptions of interactive media usage and its correlation with their academic achievement.The findings revealed a significance value of 0.491 > 0.05, indicating that the influence of interactive learning media on students’ learning outcomes is not statistically significant. The R Square value of 0.013 shows that interactive media accounts for only 1.3% of the variation in students' academic performance, while the remaining 98.7% is attributed to other factors beyond the scope of this study. Therefore, while interactive media can enrich the learning experience, it does not significantly affect learning outcomes in this context.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy of the Pekalongan City Batik Museum in Increasing Visitors. The research method used is qualitative research. The subject of this study is the Pekalongan Batik Museum, while the object of this study is the integrated marketing communications strategy. Overall, the communication actions undertaken by the Pekalongan Batik Museum in conveying IMC messages are the result of collecting and assembling various strategic inputs, ranging from digital data, audience profiles, internal input, social sensitivity, and public feedback. This process reflects the principles of Action Assembly Theory, where communication actions are not merely spontaneous but are the result of the compilation of contextual and organized information.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment and leadership on employee morale at the Bima City Environmental Service (DLH). The population in this study was 70 employees, consisting of 40 civil servants, 10 first aid workers, and 20 honorary employees. The sample size was 70, using a saturated sampling technique. The type of research conducted in this study was associative. The results showed that the work environment did not significantly influence employee morale at the Bima City Environmental Service (DLH); (b) leadership significantly influenced employee morale at the Bima City Environmental Service (DLH); and (c) the work environment and leadership did not significantly influence employee morale at the Bima City Environmental Service (DLH).

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Harga dan Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 orang konsumen yang pernah membeli di Holly Mart Kecamatan Tente dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (a) Harga berpengaruh signifikan secara terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima; (b) Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima; dan (c) Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli Pada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima Penulis menyarankan kepada Holly Mart Tente Kabupaten Bima Harga, Promosi dan Minat Beli dapat dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan untuk mendukung aspek pemasaran. Dari segi harga base on penelitian ini harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan adanya indikasi negatif harga kurang ambil andil dalam penelitian ini, Dan disarankaan agar selalu Di tingkatkann tren dari hasil penelitain ketiga variabel yang di uji memiliki hasil yang sangat positif san tren yang sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cafe atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee, as measured by partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) tests. The population in this study was all consumers who have purchased from Soehendar Coffee. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 96 people. The results of the study indicate that: 1). Cafe atmosphere does not significantly influence customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City. 2). Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City. 3). Cafe atmosphere and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City.
