Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Financial Ratios to assess the health of telecommunications companies in Indonesia. The type of research used by researchers in this study is descriptive research. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing variable indicators Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Return On Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Indosat, Tbk and PT. XL Axiata, Tbk for 5 years, namely from 2019 to 2023. The type of quantitative data and data taken in this study is secondary data. The population used in this study is the financial statements of 18 telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study is the financial statements of 3 telecommunications companies listed on the IDX with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are documentation techniques and literature studies. Data analysis uses ratio analysis and uses one-tailed t-test analysis (One Sample t-test) with the help of SPSS version 26. Based on the results of descriptive analysis and statistical tests on the financial ratios of the last five years (2019–2023) the three largest telecommunications companies in Indonesia are in an unhealthy condition.

Abstract

Related to global environmental developments that significantly influence regional and national environments, the pace of development and the lives of Indonesian people has become increasingly dynamic. The rhythm of community activities in various fields is accelerating, as reflected in the increased mobility of people and goods, the exchange of information, and transactions, both economic and social. The quantity of crime is increasing, the intensity and variety of its methods are also increasing, and it has even become mixed with political, economic, and cultural nuances. The emergence of riots in various locations in recent times also accompanies the process of change in Indonesian society. All of these phenomena demand a greater role from the Indonesian National Police (Polri), as the leading element in handling Public Security and Order (Kamtibmas). The t-test showed that for the Human Resources Management variable, the calculated t value was 2.988 and the t table was 2.045. Therefore, since the calculated t value of 2.988 < the t table value of 2.045 and the significance value was 0.004 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that Human Resources Management has a partial significant effect on Performance Improvement. Organizational Culture variable with tcount value of 3.140 and ttable of 3.140, because the tcount value of 3.140> ttable value of 2.045 and the significance value of 0.002 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on Performance Improvement. Motivation variable with tcount value of 4.835 and ttable of 2.045, because the tcount value of 4.835> ttable value of 2.045 and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that Motivation partially has a significant effect on Performance Improvement. The F-test revealed a calculated F value of 533.752 with an F-table of 3.35. Since the calculated t value of 533.752 is greater than the t-table value of 3.35, and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected. This means that HR Management, Organizational Culture, and Motivation collectively have a significant effect on Performance Improvement. The R-value is 0.971, indicating a very strong relationship between the variables of HR Management, Organizational Culture, and Motivation and the improvement of Member Performance. Meanwhile, the R-Square value is 0.943, indicating that the independent variables, consisting of HR Management, Organizational Culture, and Motivation, contribute 0.943 or 94.3% to the improvement of POLRI performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors not included in the model

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja Karyawan Pada Stasiun Pengisian Bulk Elpiji (SPBE) PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bima. Populasidan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bima yang berjumlah 39 orang, semua karyawan bekerja dengan perjanjian kontrak. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja karyawan PT Elnusa Petrofin Bima.

Abstract

Economic growth in various parts of the world, including Indonesia, has shown rapid development. One of the most promising sectors is the hospitality industry, supported by Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage and favorable economic conditions. Hotels play an important role in this sector by providing quality service, creating customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. Rayz UMM Hotel Malang is one such hotel that has actively maintained communication with its customers through social media, contributing to a positive image and strong customer engagement.This study employed a quantitave approach. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaires. Sampling was conducted using probability method with a purposive sampling technique, involving a total of 100 respondent. The questionnaire result were measured using a likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linier regression with SPSS 26 for windows. The result of both partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing indicated that service quality and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rayz UMM Hotel Malang. The findings show that service quality variabel has a greater contribution compared to electronic word of mouth. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that service quality and electronic word of mouth are important factors that contribute to customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that the hotel improve its services and strengthen customers’ emotional loyalty through personalized services, the provision of rewards or membership programs, and communication strategies that encourage customers to provide positive recommendations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the online game Mobile Legends on student achievement in social studies at Al-Falah Junior High School in Bekasi City. It also aims to provide an overview of the negative impact of online games on student achievement.This study used an associative quantitative research method. The population was 242 seventh-grade junior high school students, with a sample of 151 students using total sampling. Data collection techniques and instruments used were a questionnaire with a Likert scale, observation, and documentation. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. Furthermore, to determine the extent of the influence of online games, a regression analysis was conducted on the two data sets. The results showed that, on average, students' addiction to playing the online game Mobile Legends affected their academic achievement, with the average academic achievement score being 81.75. The magnitude of the negative impact of online games, after being tested using a linear regression test, revealed that 2.7% of the influence on student academic achievement was due to online game addiction, with the remaining 97.3% being influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat menyebabkan persaingan bisnis menjadi semakin ketat, khususnya dalam industri kuliner makanan cepat saji yang terus berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Salah satu fenomena yang saat ini banyak dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha adalah promosi melalui media sosial, terutama platform Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh media sosial Instagram terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Rocket Chicken di Kabupaten Sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 111 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang relevan dengan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Instagram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital melalui Instagram menjadi sarana promosi yang efektif bagi Rocket Chicken dalam menarik perhatian sekaligus meningkatkan minat beli konsumen di Kabupaten Sampang.

Abstract

  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh positif dan signifikan reen Transformational Leadership dan Green Commitment cecara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dan menggunakan angket atau kuisioner dalam pengumpulan data. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 pegawai yang terdiri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil 40 orang, Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja 10 orang,  Honorer  20 orang. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak  70 orang pegawai dengan teknik sampling digunakan yaitu total sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 26 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Green Transformational Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Green Commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada, 3) Green Transformational Leadership dan Green Commitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH).

Abstract

Pecel Blitar and Rawon Mbak Dwi is a culinary business that has been operating for ten years. Despite its longevity, the business currently faces challenges in maintaining sustainability and achieving growth in an increasingly competitive market. To address these challenges, it is essential to continuously analyze both the internal and external business environtments (SWOT). This study aims to analyze / identify internal and external factors and develop strategic recommendations through SWOT analysis. This research employed qualitative method. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with selected informants. The data collection techniques included observation and documentation. SWOT analysis was used to assess the internal & external environment and to formulate strategic business development strategies alternatives. The analysis involved identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, followed by weighting, rating, and scoring using the IFAS and EFAS matrices.The research identified six strength factors, six weaknesses factors, five opportunity factors, and five threat factors. Based on the SWOT analysis, the IFAS matrix yielded a score of 2,83, while the EFAS matrix yielded a score of 3,22, placing the business in SWOT Quadran I, which indicated strong strengths and opportunities. The recommended strategy was the SO strategy, including product variation with affordable pricing.  The study concluded that Pecel Blitar & Rawon Mbak Dwi leveraged its strengths and opportunities to enhance business performance. It is recommended that Pecel Blitar & Rawon Mbak Dwi should be able to innovate products and optimize marketing strategies through social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of content marketing on purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow skincare products on the TikTok Shop marketplace, with a case study of the people of Sampang Regency. In today's digital era, content marketing has become a marketing strategy widely used by businesses, especially in marketing products through social media. TikTok Shop, as a growing e-commerce platform, provides video content-based marketing features that are considered effective in building relationships with consumers. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with certain criteria, totaling 115 respondents. The results of the study indicate that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow products on TikTok Shop. The more interesting, informative, and relevant the content presented, the greater the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. This proves that content-based marketing strategies have a significant role in influencing consumer behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the sales data of UMKM Sajisaja by utilizing data visualization through Tableau. UMKM Sajisaja is a culinary micro-enterprise offering several main dishes, including Ayam Cabe Garam, Ayam Woku, Ayam Cabe Ijo, and Salad. One of the main challenges faced by the enterprise is the limited ability to process sales data, which makes it difficult to identify trends, best-selling products, customer segmentation, and daily sales patterns that are essential for strategic decision-making. The research method applied was a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting monthly and daily sales data, along with customer segmentation, within the period of January–June 2024. The data were processed and visualized using Tableau, resulting in insights into monthly sales trends, product distribution, customer segmentation, and daily sales performance. The findings reveal a consistent increase in sales from January to May 2024, with peak sales recorded in May at 480 portions. The best-selling product was Ayam Cabe Garam, contributing 35% of total sales. Customer segmentation indicated that students made up the largest share at 55%, followed by workers at 30%, and housewives at 15%. Daily sales patterns showed the highest transactions occurred on Fridays and Saturdays. These results demonstrate that Tableau-based visualization provides clearer and more accessible information, enabling UMKM Sajisaja to develop more effective marketing strategies, optimize product management, and enhance customer service
