Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy on the work readiness of Business Education students in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 330 students from the 2023, 2024, and 2025 cohorts. The sample was selected using the proportional random sampling technique with the Slovin formula and a 5% margin of error, resulting in a total of 181 respondents. The questionnaire was distributed online and measured using a six-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 32. The results showed that data literacy had a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Business Education students. Technology literacy had a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Business Education students. Human literacy also had a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Business Education students. Among the three independent variables, technology literacy had the most dominant effect on work readiness, as indicated by the t-test result, which showed a significance value of 0.0002 < 0.05. However, the R-squared value indicated that the independent variables simultaneously explained 53% of the variance in the dependent variable, suggesting that other factors outside the research model may also influence work readiness. These findings provide a theoretical implication that data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy are factors that contribute to shaping students' work readiness in the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution.

Abstract

This study aims to prepare financial statements based on SAK EP and ISAK 335 for the Nurul Yaqin Jami Mosque and to develop guidelines for preparing financial statements. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the research type is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, limited to the Analysis, Design, and Development stages. In this study, the Jami Nurul Yaqin Mosque was selected as the research subject. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the mosque’s chairman and treasurer, while secondary data was obtained from documentation in the form of the organizational structure and the 2024 cash receipts and disbursements report. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study produced financial statements for the Jami Nurul Yaqin Mosque based on SAK EP and ISAK 335 using Microsoft Excel, consisting of a statement of financial position, a statement of comprehensive income, a statement of changes in net assets, a cash flow statement, and notes to the financial statements. In addition, this study produced guidelines for preparing financial statements based on SAK EP and ISAK 335 using Microsoft Excel, which can serve as a reference for the management of the Jami Nurul Yaqin Mosque in preparing financial statements independently. This study also recommends that future research proceed to the Implementation and Evaluation stages to test the effectiveness of the guidelines that have been developed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the basic principles of auditor ethics in Section 110 of the IAPI Code of Ethics at KAP XYZ & Partners, the challenges in its implementation, as well as the roles of IAPI and P2PK in fostering and supervising ethical compliance. This study employs a qualitative approach using the case study method. The results indicate that: (a) The application of the five ethical principles (integrity, objectivity, competence, confidentiality, and professional conduct) is well-established and integrated into audit procedures; (b) Major challenges include client pressure, threats to independence, time constraints, and audit cost dilemmas; (c) IAPI conducts supervision and guidance through mandatory PPL, quality reviews, and tiered sanctions; (d) P2PK performs risk-based supervision in accordance with PMK No. 186/2021 through client reporting requirements, periodic inspections, and the imposition of administrative sanctions. This study is limited to involving only partners and senior auditors as informants, so the perspectives from mid-level management such as supervisors or audit managers have not been explored. In addition, the focus of this study is only on Section 110 of KEPAP 2021, without examining other sections that are relevant to the challenges found in the field. Future research is suggested to expand the scope by involving various levels of positions within public accounting firms, as well as examining other sections in KEPAP 2021.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the workplace environment, business processes, communication patterns, and human resource competency requirements within organizations. These changes require organizations not only to adopt digital technologies but also to develop leadership and organizational cultures that support employee adaptation and performance improvement. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance in the era of digital transformation through a literature review approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Relevant academic literature was collected from various scholarly sources and analyzed descriptively and analytically using thematic synthesis to identify relationship patterns, consistency of findings, and research gaps. The findings indicate that transformational leadership generally has a positive relationship with employee performance through leaders’ ability to develop a shared vision, provide inspiration, stimulate intellectual engagement, enhance employee motivation, and support individual development. Organizational culture also plays an important role in improving employee performance, particularly when organizations develop adaptive, collaborative, innovative, learning-oriented, and change-supportive cultures. However, previous studies demonstrate that the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance is not always consistent and may depend on organizational context and psychological mechanisms such as work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In the context of digital transformation, transformational leadership and organizational culture function as critical socio-organizational factors that determine how effectively technology can be integrated into organizational work processes. The study concludes that improving employee performance in the digital era requires synergy between transformational leadership and an adaptive organizational culture. These findings imply that organizations should integrate digital transformation strategies with leadership development, innovation-oriented cultural development, continuous learning, and employee digital competency enhancement to achieve sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior, particularly by increasing the prevalence of impulsive buying through social media platforms such as TikTok. Flash sales and live streaming have become common strategies adopted by businesses, including Penginapan Murah Malang through its TikTok account @penginapanmurahmalang. However, the implementation of these strategies has not been followed by optimal results, as indicated by a decline in guest occupancy rates from a peak of 19% in August 2025 to 10% in December 2025. This study aims to examine the effect of flash sales and live streaming on impulsive buying behavior among consumers of Penginapan Murah Malang. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, involving 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling, namely those who had watched the account's live streaming sessions and had made a booking. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, accompanied by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results show that flash sales and live streaming have a positive and statistically significant effect on impulsive buying, both partially and simultaneously, with the two variables contributing an (Adjusted R²) of 0.386. Live streaming was found to have a more dominant influence than flash sales. Based on these findings, it is recommended to increase the frequency of flash sales and strengthen consumer trust in streamers in order to optimize consumers' impulsive buying behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the change in purchase intention of students at SMA Negeri 27 Jakarta toward school-based MSME products following the implementation of the MBG Program, to identify the factors influencing this change, and to examine its impact on the sustainability of MSME businesses. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, involving eight purposively selected informants: five MBG-recipient students, two MSME vendors, and one teacher serving as the school's MBG program coordinator. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation, and validated through source, method, time, and theory triangulation. The findings show that the MBG Program does not eliminate students' purchase intention toward MSMEs but rather shifts its orientation from need-based to want-based consumption. Product quality and trust emerged as the most dominant factors shaping purchase intention, followed by attitude toward the product, price, and peer influence. This shift in purchase intention has led to a decline in MSME revenue, although the effect is indirect, mediated by changes in students' consumption behavior. The study also identifies a situational factor beyond the Theory of Planned Behavior framework—the timing of MBG meal distribution—which further shapes students' purchasing patterns throughout the school day. These findings contribute to purchase intention literature by demonstrating that public policy can shape consumer behavior not only through individual psychological processes but also through the mechanics of its own implementation.

Abstract

The development of the post-pandemic information ecosystem, especially digital media field has fueled the massive growth of video-on-demand platforms in Indonesia. This phenomenon is supported by data from We Are Social (2025), which indicates that 34.7% of internet penetration in Indonesia prioritizes spending on movie streaming. Amidst intense market competition, Netflix has emerged as one of the most popular platforms. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, perceived usefulness, and e-service quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction of Netflix Generation Z users in DKI Jakarta. The approach chosen for this study was a survey method with 190 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire with a six-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS4. The results showed that perceived usefulness directly influences repurchase intention. Meanwhile, social media marketing and e-service quality did not significantly influence repurchase intention, which means it must be bridged by customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that Generation Z's repurchase intention is more influenced by the ease of use of the system and perceived functional benefits than by marketing through social media.
