Abstract

E-commerce has transformed consumer purchasing behavior by providing convenient online shopping features, including live promote and discount offers that attract consumers, particularly university students. These features may encourage impulsive buying and affect students’ financial management despite their knowledge of financial principles. This study aims to examine the influence of live promote e-commerce, discount offerings, and impulsive buying on the financial management of students in the Economic Education Study Program at STKIP PGRI Lumajang. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The population consisted of 519 students, with a sample of 130 respondents selected for the study. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 22. The findings reveal that live promote e-commerce, discount offerings, and impulsive buying each have a positive and significant influence on students’ financial management. Furthermore, these three variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial management. The study concludes that e-commerce marketing features and consumer behavior are important factors associated with students’ financial management. Therefore, higher education institutions should strengthen financial literacy programs to encourage responsible financial decision-making and improve students’ financial management skills.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) prototype application to address operational inefficiencies faced by property agents in leads management, including the lack of initial qualification data, budget mismatch, manual qualification inefficiency, and the absence of an integrated pipeline system. Problems were identified through a pre-survey of six active property agents. Smart Realty was developed using the waterfall model combined with Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design (HCD) based on ISO 9241-210:2019, producing thirteen mid-fidelity wireframes and a functional prototype comprising Smart Discovery, Pipeline Kanban, Consultation, Leads Management, Property Listing, and Dashboard & Business Funnel modules. Evaluation was conducted through black-box testing and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 30 active property agent respondents. All seven black-box testing scenarios were declared Pass. The average SUS score reached 90.08 (Grade A Excellent), surpassing the industry average of 68, with an average task completion rate of 97.3% and continued use intent as a reflection of behavioral intention averaging 4.70 out of 5. The research concludes that Smart Realty meets usability standards and supports property agents' behavioral intention to transition from manual leads management to a more structured and integrated digital e-CRM system.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged businesses to utilize digital media as a promotional tool, including Instagram. Marsalia MSME has used Instagram for promotion; however, its promotional videos have not delivered product information effectively. This study aimed to develop promotional videos using the CapCut application for Instagram, evaluate their quality using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model, and analyze changes in the Engagement Rate by Reach (ERR) after publication. This study employed an action research approach based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, consisting of the planning, acting, observing, and reflecting stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires involving 10 respondents, consisting of the owner, employee, marketing experts, multimedia experts, and consumers. The results showed that the promotional video achieved effectiveness scores of 87.2% based on expert assessment and 93.3% based on public respondents' assessment, both categorized as excellent. All AIDA dimensions were rated as excellent, while the Engagement Rate by Reach increased from 3.13% to 7.7% after the video was published. These findings indicate that promotional videos developed using CapCut are effective as a digital promotional medium for Marsalia MSME. Future studies are recommended to apply similar promotional media on other digital platforms and employ additional effectiveness indicators.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived university support, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and social support on entrepreneurial intention, and the subsequent effect of entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial commitment among students funded through the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). The study responds to a field finding that 63% of funded student businesses discontinued after the funding period ended, indicating that entrepreneurial commitment has not been optimal. Using an associative quantitative design, data were collected from 160 PMW UNJ participants from the 2024 and 2025 cohorts, selected through proportional random sampling, and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that perceived university support has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, whereas entrepreneurial self-efficacy and social support both have positive and significant effects, with self-efficacy as the strongest predictor. Entrepreneurial intention, in turn, has a strong positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial commitment. The model explains 29.0% of the variance in entrepreneurial intention and 59.6% of the variance in entrepreneurial commitment, with an overall large model fit. These findings suggest that PMW UNJ should strengthen self-funding training, personalized mentoring, and post-funding incubation to sustain student business commitment
