Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap komitmen organisasi yang dimediasi oleh modal psikologis dalam industri sepatu olahraga di wilayah Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan menggunakan program SMARTPLS 3.0. Dalam penelitian ini, uji deteksi efek variabel intervening dilakukan melalui beberapa tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan autentik mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dengan modal psikologis sebagai mediasi antara keduanya. Nilai sampel asli dari pengaruh ketiga variabel ini adalah 0,169 dan t-statistik adalah 3,517. Hasil perhitungan uji sobel mendapat nilai 9622, nilai> 1,96, ini membuktikan bahwa modal psikologis mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 96,22%.

Abstract

This study examines the role of #WE LOVE YOU JUNGKOOK and #FULL ALBUM on Twitter in shaping digital opinion support mobilization, measuring the comparison of networks, actors between hashtags, and digital opinion. The theory used is the Digital Movement of Opinion by looking at the level of actors and the system. The research method is a quantitative combination for communication networks with a sample of 5,000 tweet data: 2500 #WE LOVE YOU JUNGKOOK tweet data with 2964 actors, 1673 relationships and 2500 #FULL ALBUM tweet data with 2027 actors and 1478 relationships using netlytic with qualitative data to analyze the text study and explain social networks. The results showed that #FULL ALBUM is more capable of creating mobilization than #WE LOVE YOU JUNGKOOK.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the #PialaMenpora2021 and #PersijaDay on Twitter in shaping the mobilization of digital opinion support, measuring network comparisons, actors between hashtags, and digital opinion. The theory used is the Digital Movement of Opinion by looking at the level of actors and systems. The method used in this research is to combine quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitatively, this study looked at the communication network from a sample of 15,784 tweet data, with details of 7,456 #PialaMenpora2021 tweet data and 8,328 #PersijaDay tweet data using netlytic. Meanwhile, qualitatively, the researcher analyzed text that describes and explains social networks through library research. The results showed that both #PialaMenpora2021 and #PersijaDay are capable of creating mobilization. The success of the two of them has an extensive network and has a two-way interaction relationship in giving their opinions regarding the soccer tournament held in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract This research aims at determining the influence of self-employed parents, education background, self efficacy, working experience and access to capital on entrepreneurial intention. Sample of this study comprises 300 students of State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta - UNJ). The results show that self-efficacy, self-employed parents, and access to capital are important and significant factors affecting entrepreneurial intention. This results suggest directions for policy from UNJ that focus on instruments to enhance, specifically, students’ self-efficacy and access to capital. Keywords: entrepreneurial intention, self-employed parents, education background, self-efficacy, working experience, access to capital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The partner problem is the lack of teachers in understanding and information about ICT-based office applications. Partners also do not yet have an overview to be able to choose the right application to assist office work that is in accordance with the characteristics, requirements, abilities and reliability of the office application. With these partner problems, the solution offered is to provide information related to the relevant application, namely the Grip Work Journey (GWJ) application, then provide the opportunity for participants to get training and assistance in using the GWJ application. The method used in this Community Service (PKM) activity is training in the use of the GWJ application and mentoring by the PKM team. The applications used in this training can be used to assist office work and can also be used as a learning medium for offices in schools. The results obtained are that the activity can run well with the practice of using applications directly with PKM participants so that they can add information and improve teacher understanding regarding ICT-based office applications. Abstrak Masalah mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan informasi guru tentang aplikasi perkantoran berbasis TIK. Rekan juga belum memiliki gambaran umum untuk dapat memilih aplikasi yang tepat untuk membantu pekerjaan kantoran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik, kebutuhan, kemampuan dan kehandalan aplikasi kantoran tersebut. Dengan permasalahan rekanan tersebut maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan informasi terkait aplikasi yang bersangkutan yaitu aplikasi Grip Work Journey (GWJ), kemudian memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta untuk mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menggunakan aplikasi GWJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi GWJ dan pendampingan oleh tim PKM. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu pekerjaan kantoran dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran perkantoran di sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan praktik menggunakan aplikasi secara langsung bersama peserta PKM sehingga dapat menambah informasi dan meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai aplikasi perkantoran berbasis TIK.

Abstract

Abstract Vocational high school teacher Department of Office Automation and Governance (OTKP) needs to have the ability and skills in managing ICT-based database applications as one of the supports for archival learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the Social 5.0 age. Therefore, we collaborate with the office administration association. Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) for the DKI Jakarta Region, inviting teachers of this Association to participate in coaching in the form of training and mentoring in using Database Applications in Digital Archive Management. The problem and the solutions offered by teachers activity is that teachers do not use database applications for digital archive learning. Teachers lack information about ICT-based database applications, and teachers are still confused about choosing the proper application in digital archive learning. Teachers do not know the characteristics, requirements, abilities, and skills needed in managing ICT-based database applications as one of the supports for archival learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the Social 5.0 age. This community service provides a solution by introducing a Microsoft excel-based database application, “Dive App”, for digital archives. This teacher training and mentoring are carried out through online workshops. The output of this community service is to produce a Database Application textbook in Digital Archive Management that can guide and guide teachers in carrying out learning. Abstrak Guru sekolah menengah kejuruan Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP) perlu memiliki kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam mengelola aplikasi database berbasis ICT sebagai salah satu penunjang pembelajaran kearsipan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan era Sosial 5.0. Oleh karena itu, kami bekerjasama dengan Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) Wilayah DKI Jakarta, mengajak Guru-guru yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi ini mengikuti pembinaan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menggunakan Aplikasi Database dalam Pengelolaan Arsip Digital. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dan solusi yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah guru kurang memahami tentang aplikasi database berbasis ICT, Guru kurang memiliki informasi tentang aplikasi database berbasis ICT, Guru masih bingung bagaimana memilih aplikasi yang tepat dalam pembelajaran arsip digital, Guru belum memiliki gambaran tentang karakteristik, persyaratan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam mengelola aplikasi database berbasis ICT sebagai salah satu penunjang pembelajaran kearsipan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan era Sosial 5.0. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi dengan memperkenalkan aplikasi database berbasis microsoft excel “Dive App” sebagai salah satu aplikasi pada arsip digital. Luaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menghasilkan buku ajar Aplikasi Database dalam Pengelolaan Arsip Digital yang dapat memandu dan sebagai pedoman guru-guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the pillars that support the national economy, therefore the government pays great attention to the sustainability of MSMEs. MSME actors in the East Jakarta Sub-Department of MSMEs, Cooperatives and Trade are facing problems regarding the limitations of financial literacy and digital marketing in managing their businesses. One way that can be done to support the success of MSMEs is to provide training on financial records with SIAPIK which is based on a single record. In addition, they were also given directions on digital marketing in an effort to increase sales turnover for MSMEs in the region

Abstract

In today's technical advancements, the internet has become more widespread and is in demand by the general public; in this fast-paced period, it is necessary to always follow those wants, despite this separated area. Today, you may use internet media to promote a variety of products, services, and information. Using the internet to obtain information is very simple and convenient anywhere there is a network. A website-based platform for the smoothness and progress of MSMEs in Cisaat village is provided by UNJ Digital Business Students in response to the inspiration of several MSMEs from Cisaat village, Serang, Banten, who are eager to learn and improve the capability of business actors in the area. They also provide wider information related to e-commerce for activities. SMEs (MSMEs). There is a communication platform on the bumdescisaat.com website that aims to arrange a forum for business actors so that they may share experiences and buy and sell things on the same website. As a result, a website was created that could serve as a digital platform for meeting the needs of conducting business. This website's goal is to provide a forum for local businesspeople in Cisaat Serang, Banten, who desire to engage in entrepreneurial endeavors. This website's goal is to serve as a forum and market place for conversations between businesspeople or between businesspeople and consumers. This website is anticipated to serve as a marketing tool for entrepreneurs looking to conduct business on a quick and convenient digital platform

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh signfikan1) social media influencer terhadap consumer purchase intention, 2) environmental consciousness terhadap consumer purchase intention, 3) consumer innovativeness terhadap consumer purchase intention, 4) consumer purchase intention terhadap willingness to pay premium Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Objek penelitian ini adalah responden pengguna rutin skincare dan sedang mempertimbangkan untuk membeli green skincare serta responden merupakan warga DKI Jakarta. Terdapat 272 responden yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dari software AMOS versi 26 untuk mengelola data dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan hipotesisnya menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Trust terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi, 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi, 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi, 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Trust, E-Service Quality, dan Electronic Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui online marketplace pada Siswi SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi. Instrumen kuesioner menjadi alat yang digunakan saat survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden. Data yang telah didapatkan dari kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan empat hipotesis memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan.
