Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of promotion and quality of tourism products on tourist satisfaction in mediating brand image in Banyumelek Village, Kediri District, West Lombok. This research is an inferential research emphasizing the analysis of numerical data processed using statistical methods, namely examining the factors that occur and the results of the research will describe the effect of promotion and the quality of tourism products on ourist.atisfaction in mediating brand image in Banyumelek Village, Kediri District, West Lombok. The sample of this study took tourists who came to visit the Banyumulek Tourism Village took 100 tourists who came to visit the Banyumulek Tourism Village. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data was tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 20 program. Based on the results of research data analysis it can be concluded that: (1). Positive and significant influence of promotion on brand image (2). Positive and significant influence of the quality of tourism products on brand image. (3). Positive and significant influence of promotions on satisfaction (4). Positive and significant influence of the quality of Widsata products on satisfaction. (5). Positive and significant influence of brand image on tourist satisfaction. (6). the effect of promotion on tourist satisfaction is mediated by brand image. (7). There is no influence of the quality of tourism products on tourist satisfaction mediated by brand image in Banyumulek Tourism Village.

Abstract

Creative economy products have the ability to market and strengthen quality and competitive products. Marketing of MSME products of chips and cassava centers in Semarang City is a leading center in tourist villages. Local community products that are worth selling. The purpose of this research is to produce a creative economic development model through product marketing that collaborates with various aspects. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with case study research design. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the 4P marketing strategy research were successfully applied effectively in marketing in the tourism business as an educational tour and community economic improvement.

Abstract

Sawit Hamlet, Girirejo Village, Ngablak District, Magelang Regency In this hamlet, there is one of the community-based natural tourism attractions in the form of a Mount Andong climbing basecamp called Taruna Jaya Giri Sawit Basecamp. Together with Perhutani, the community is in charge of running this basecamp. The aim is to determine the role of the community and the factors that influence the development of community-based natural tourist attractions in Sawit Hamlet so that it can assist in developing strategies for developing these tourist attractions. This research used descriptive qualitative methods with a sample of 6 people, 1 basecamp leader, 1 basecamp member, and 4 visitors. Data from this research were obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the community plays a full role in the development of the Taruna Jaya Giri Sawit Basecamp, but their human resources have not been properly trained. Factors that influence the development of community-based natural tourism attractions in Sawit Hamlet include human resources that are not well trained, available infrastructure, and trends that are popular with tourists.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of Competence and Performance of BiLiK Hotel Training Alumni on Hotel User Satisfaction in the city of Tegal. The population in this study consists of the leaders and management staff in each hotel in the city of Tegal, totaling 50 individuals. The sample used is a saturated sample, which means that the entire population becomes the research sample. The sampling technique in this study uses a questionnaire. The analysis includes validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study show that competence (X1) has a positive and significant influence on hotel user satisfaction in the city of Tegal, and performance (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on hotel user satisfaction in the city of Tegal. Based on the F-test, both competence and performance have a simultaneous and significant impact on hotel user satisfaction in the city of Tegal. Based on the multiple linear regression test, it is found that of the two regression coefficient values of the independent variables (competence and performance), competence has the most significant influence on the dependent variable (satisfaction) with a coefficient of 0.713. Abstract

This study takes the title effect of service quality and facilities on costumers satisfaction at the Neo Candi Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on customers satisfaction.This research design uses research quantitative methods. The data analysis technique uses analysis of validity, reliability, linear . regression analysis, t test and F,coefficient of determination(R2 )test through the SPSS application. It has a significant effect on customers satisfaction . the result of this study indicate that service quality(X1), facilities(X2), have a significant effect on customer saticfaction(Y).Based on multiple regression test , from the two ciefficient values of the independent variables (Service quality and facilities) that mostinfluence on the dependent variable (costumers satisfaction) is the facilities that is equal to 0.799

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of traditional Solo Straits food as an immaterial cultural heritage and investigate steps that can be taken to protect, preserve, and promote it. The research method used involved literature review, direct observation, interviews with cultural experts, and qualitative data analysis. The results that the traditional food of the Solo Strait has high cultural value as a symbol of tradition, togetherness, local wisdom, hospitality, and cultural identity. However, this traditional food faces threats in the form of changes in lifestyle, the influence of globalization, and the loss of traditional knowledge in food processing and serving. To protect, preserve, and promote the traditional food of the Solo Strait, steps are needed that involve legal recognition and protection, cultural education, preservation activities such as documentation and training, as well as support from the local community and related stakeholders. In addition, promotion strategies through social media, participation in culinary events, collaboration with tourism actors, and development of related products and services are also needed to introduce this traditional food as a culinary tourism attraction and support local economic development. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of traditional Solo Straits food as an immaterial cultural heritage and provides recommendations to local governments and local communities to protect, preserve, and promote this traditional food. It is hoped that by adopting the right policies and implementing strategies, the traditional food of the Solo Straits can be protected, preserved, and become a driver of sustainable local economic development.

Abstract

Traditional or local food is one of the identifying characteristics of a community group that is easily found and recognized. Semarang City has a variety of culinary products from the cultural activities of its people. The diversity of cuisine reflects the personality and characteristics of the people of Semarang. Glewo rice cuisine is one of the things that must be preserved so that it does not disappear and is loved by all groups, especially the younger generation of culinary lovers. Many people do not know that Glewo rice has been a typical dish of old Semarang since the 1930s which is gradually losing its existence in today`s society. The purpose of this research is to increase the presence of Nasi Glewo which is almost forgotten, therefore it is necessary to have new innovations and creativity to revive the popularity of Glewo rice including using promotional media, collaboration, innovation, and festivals. The method used is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing the research process and the meaning of data and information. The results of this study show that Glewo Rice as a typical cuisine of Semarang city, has not entirely disappeared from the memory of the people of Semarang, still in order to be used as an authentic Semarang icon, it is necessary to collaborate with other parties, increase the promotion of Glewo rice and increase innovation in the presentation of Glewo rice. This can be by giving a touch of mixture with contemporary cuisine that is in great demand by the general public or served in places that are a favorite of the people of Semarang.

Abstract

During the Next Normal era, Indonesian people are very free to carry out daily activities such as work, vacations and long-term interactions. This also has an impact on tourist visits to the Jeep Lava Tour, of course with trends in tourist behavior that have changed. Tourists tend to choose outdoor tours such as the Lava Tour, where tourists don't want to gather for too long in a closed place. Management efforts not only include setting health protocols, but also various other aspects such as developing tourist experiences, interaction with local communities, and strategies for handling increased tourist visits. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the management and development patterns of the MGM Jeep Lava Tour in the next normal era in an effort to attract tourists. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results of research on the management and development patterns of MGM's Jeep Lava Tour in the next normal era, namely innovation in the tourist experience and maximizing coordination with the use of technology in operations are key components. Collaboration with related parties maintains the sustainability of destinations and provides positive benefits for the environment and society.

Abstract

Ecotourism is an important sector in the rapidly growing tourism industry, allowing tourists to enjoy natural and cultural beauty while preserving the environment. Developing a sustainable ecotourism supply chain is a key aspect in ensuring that ecotourism can continue without damaging the environment and culture that is its attraction. This research aims to reveal the main principles in developing a sustainable ecotourism supply chain, by considering several aspects. This research method uses a qualitative study, which focuses on understanding the target aspects using literature analysis and observation techniques. The research results show that close collaboration between the parties involved is essential in developing a sustainable ecotourism supply chain. The government has an important role in formulating policies and regulations that support sustainability principles. Tourism entrepreneurs need to adopt environmentally friendly practices, market ecotourism responsibly, and provide economic benefits to local communities. Education is needed for sustainable development of all stakeholders and long-term commitment to sustainability principles.

Abstract

This research article provides a comprehensive literature review examining the key role of English proficiency in the tourism sector. Using a literature review method, the researchers summarize the results of 20 articles from renowned journals, providing a comprehensive analysis of the impact of English language skills on the tourism industry. The analysis spans a large body of literature and examines how English proficiency affects various aspects of tourism, including tourist satisfaction, destination preferences, employment prospects, and global destination competitiveness. There are three themes that the researchers found from the analysis of the journals, first Language as a Medium of Tourism Communication, English Specific Purpose of Tourism, Cross-Cultural Comprehension and Cultural Awareness, and Online Advertising and Promotion. The researchers shed light on the various ways in which language skills shape tourism dynamics. This analysis shows that a good command of the English language is a crucial factor for both tourists' experiences and the success of tourism businesses. It shows how language skills have a significant impact on communication, improving tourist enjoyment and promoting greater economic profitability in the tourism sector. This research highlights the importance of English proficiency in the global tourism landscape and illuminates the dynamic interaction between language and the tourism experience.
