Abstract

The Basic Food Program is one of the Indonesian government's alternative programs for distributing aid to underprivileged or poor communities. A selection process needs to be carried out to determine recipients of basic food assistance. Decision Support Systems are effective systems used to produce calculations with output in the form of rankings. The methods that are quite widely used are the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This research aims to apply the SAW and TOPSIS methods in selecting aid recipients so that appropriate results are obtained which can be proposed as solutions to decision-making problems. There are 6 criteria used in this case, including: residence, occupation of the head of the family, type of floor, type of wall, place to urinate, lighting source. The data used as a test is data from the Banyuurip village community in 2023. The calculation process is carried out by finding the weight value of each alternative for each criterion. The selected aid recipients are those who have the greatest value as the best alternative. From the calculation results of the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) and TOPSIS methods, the calculation results of the two methods were obtained. The alternative with the largest value or rank 1 produced by SAW and TOPSIS was both selected as alternative A10. Of the 12 data tested, SAW and TOPSIS have 50% similar alternative ranking results, including: rank 1 = A10, rank 5 = A9, rank 7 = A7, rank 8 = A6, rank 11 = A2, and rank 12 = A12. The SAW method gets better results compared to the TOPSIS method, because it gets precise, stable results and shorter processing time.

Abstract

Financial transactions have become a necessity for almost everyone and organizations in the present day. The existence of digital banks utilizing financial technology for their operational activities greatly aids customers who seek fast, convenient, and time-saving transactions. This research aims to identify the factors influencing the financial performance of digital banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial performance is measured by Return on Asset. The research sample consists of 6 digital banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using data from 2016 to 2022. The data is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results show that Foreign Ownership, Capital Adequacy and Operating Costs to Operating Revenue have an impact on financial performance, while Institutional Ownership and Loan to Deposit Ratio do not affect the financial performance of digital banks. This implies that foreign ownership, Capital Adequacy, and Operating Costs to Operating Revenue factors should be a consideration for investors planning to invest in digital banks.

Abstract

Lifestyle is how individuals express themselves through their activities and interests and utilize their financial resources and available time. Twitter is a social network platform that allows people to express opinions and directly criticize various topics, including the recently widely discussed lifestyle topics. Topic classification on Twitter is central in facilitating the search, recommendation, and management of relevant content for users. This research aims to analyze public sentiment regarding lifestyle using 11,000 pieces of data with the keywords "concert", "watching films", "smoking", and others related to lifestyle. Research data is labeled according to the sentiment of public opinion towards lifestyle. Negative polarity for data that has the context of "underestimating", "insulting", "sarcastic", and "feeling sad". Positive polarity for data that has the context of "grateful", "praying", "feeling happy", and "encouraging". Neutral polarity for data that has the contexts “ask”, “predict”, and “feel surprised”. Next, the data enters the pre-processing stage, which consists of case-folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and lemmatizing. The analysis continues by dividing the data into training and test data with a ratio of 70%:30%. Sentiment analysis uses an algorithm Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC). The analysis results show that the SVM algorithm provides better classification than NBC. In this case, the SVM algorithm produces accuracy, precision, recall, and value F1-Score the same, namely 61%.

Abstract

Al-Quran Literacy Education is part of the development of a mosque, where the mosque becomes the center of education and worship for Muslims. The Qur’an is primary literature among Muslims, both used as guidance and worship. Moreover, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 21 of 2016 concerning Educational Content Standards states that reading and understanding the Al-Qur'an is an important component in Islamic Religious Education. The reality is that the Al-Quran literacy index in Indonesia is not high, in fact tends to be low, there are around 60-70% of Indonesian Muslims who cannot read the Al-Qur'an. Therefore, the Darussalam Mosque in the tourist city is implementing a Qur'an literacy education program which is religious education to overcome Al-Qur'an illiteracy/Qur'an illiteracy for the community. The targets in this research is the Management of the Darussalam Mosque. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that the educational service program is the Qur'an Workshop. The Qur'an Workshop program is a Qur’an learning education for elderly people ranging from 50-60 years and over as an effort to enlighten the Muslim community so that they can read and understand the holy book of the Koran as a guide to life based on activities taught by teachers at the mosque (ustadz and ustadzah) who really have the ability to teach Qur’anic literacy to the elderly community. The presence of the Qur'an workshop program is expected to be able to overcome the very high number of Qur'an illiteracy in the community.

Abstract

Data security has always been an exciting topic to discuss in the era of globalization and industrial revolution 5.0. Along with the development of Cryptographic techniques, which continue to develop. Security of data storage techniques is essential in a data security system. The method used in this research is the Rivest Chiper 4 Algorithm. This research takes a case study of employee data storage security in a company that uses local storage as a medium for storing employee data. A web-based employee data collection system with the Rivest Chiper 4 algorithm implemented on the server side. The research results show that in testing the Avalanche Effect Rivest Chiper 4 algorithm with three key character length variations, an average value of 50.87% was obtained. The test results show that the average Avalanche Effect value is more than 50%, indicating that small changes to the plaintext can impact the ciphertext. With the help of Cryptool 1, using Brute Force time testing results with variations in key length, the password cracking time was 33 years with a 6-character key length. The longer the key is used, the longer the completion process will take to crack the ciphertext. Meanwhile, plaintext length is linearly correlated with the length of Brute Force testing time but is insignificant. Hardware performance also affects the estimated time of Brute Force.
