Abstract

Research located at Toko Multi Cipta Semarang has objectives that are divided into two types, namely the general purpose is to analyze and explain the effect of products and service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction in Micro Small Enterprises Multi Cipta Semarang, and for its special purpose is to analyze and explain: 1) the effect of products on customer satisfaction, 2) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, 3) the effect of the product on customer loyalty, 4) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. 5) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, 6) the effect of products on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction, and 7) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction . The sample used in this study was 138 people, then given the opportunity to answer questionnaires that would be processed using the SPSS 25.0 application to produce numbers which were then tested for feasibility using validity tests and reliability tests. For data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, model testing and hypothesis testing .The results of the study concluded that: the general conclusion states that customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of product and service quality on customer loyalty, while the specific conclusion states that: 1) product affects customer satisfaction, 2) service quality affects customer satisfaction, 3) product affects customer loyalty, 4) service quality affects customer loyalty, 5) customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. Customer loyalty, 6) customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the product on customer loyalty, and 7) customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The literature review is intended to explore the dynamics of sustainable ecotourism in Indonesia by considering the balance between the green economy, socio-cultural dimensions and biodiversity conservation. We examine how ecotourism functions as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth while assessing its impact on local communities, cultural heritage, and the natural environment. This study underscores the importance of conserving and maintaining biodiversity in the context of ecotourism to maintain the balance of our ecosystem. Substantial analysis is carried out through an exploratory and observational approach to systematically and comprehensively evaluate various types of data sources from various sources from all over the world, including books, journals, research reports, and many other sources that are related to the field of tourism and especially ecotourism in Indonesia. It is hoped that the results can be used as a lens in evaluating the evolution, achievements and obstacles faced in sustainable ecotourism practices, including providing in-depth insight into the potential of ecotourism as a sustainable solution for economic prosperity, cultural preservation and biodiversity protection.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Kendal Regency, which aims to analyze and explain the effect of the work environment and discipline on additional employee income (TPP), analyze and explain the effect of the work environment, discipline and additional employee income (TPP) on performance and analyze and explain the influence of the work environment and discipline on performance through additional employee income (TPP) .This study used a sample of 137 people. The data collection method uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. Instrument feasibility test using validity test and reliability test. For tehnik data analysis using multiple regression analysis and model test. The results of this studystate that the work environment and discipline affect the additional employee income (TPP), work environment, discipline and additional employee income (TPP) affect performance, and additional employee income (TPP) does not mediate the effect of work environment and discipline on performance.

Abstract

This study, conducted at Hotel Griya Persada in Bandungan, Semarang, aimed to assess and describe methods for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the quality of both products and services. The investigation specifically focused on physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy within the service conditions. The findings revealed that there were certain areas of service quality that needed improvement, and some products did not meet customer expectations. Data for the study was collected through interviews and analyzed descriptively. The study involved eight participants, including one manager, two employees, and five consumers. The results were expected to provide valuable insights for management and customer satisfaction. Data analysis included techniques for data validation, reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study indicated an improvement in both product and service quality for enhancing customer satisfaction. When it comes to product quality, eight key standards were identified, including flavor, consistency, texture, nutritional content, visual appeal, aromatic appeal, temperature, and recipes. Customers generally regarded the product quality at Hotel Griya Persada in Bandungan as good, but identified areas for improvement such as consistency, texture, temperature, and recipes. Regarding service quality, there were five elements within the five quality dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. Employees acknowledged the need for improvement in certain aspects, particularly in responsiveness and empathy, to enhance consumer satisfaction in future product purchases.

Abstract

This study takes the title Effect of Service Quality and Facilities on Interest in Visiting Again at Grand Arkenso Parkview Semarang Hotel. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on interest in visiting again. This study uses a survey design, which is a study that takes samples from a population using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The samples us was 96 respondents Grand Arkenso Parkview Semarang Hotel. Data analyze in this study uses multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study are the quality od service (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting again, facility (X2) has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting again. Based on the F test, it shows that the quality of service and facilities has a simultaneous and significant effect on interest in visiting again at Grand Arkenso Parkview Semarang Hotel. Based on multiple regression test, from the two regression coefficient values of the independent variables (service quality and facilities) that most influence on the dependent variable (interest in visiting again) is the service quality that is equal to 0.440.

Abstract

Accountability is the government's responsibility to report and present activities that have been carried out to the public. This accountability is carried out so that the government can be transparent with the commitments that have been formed in its implementation. The Grogol Village Government, Karangtengah District, Demak Regency is a Village Government that supports Good Governance, especially accountability and transparency. This research aims to assess the accountability and transparency of the Village Government regarding the management of Village Funds in Grogol Village, Karangtengah District, Demak Regency. This research uses a qualitative method based on field studies. The data collection technique used was an interview with a semi-structured technique. Interviews were conducted with the Village Government which carries out government administration and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as representatives of the community, totaling 9 informants. The results of this research show that the financial management of Village Funds implemented by the Grogol Village Government is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The transparency carried out by the Grogol Village Government uses digital information media, information is disseminated by each village through the RT head and RW head, apart from that there is also an information board placed at the Village Office. Even though the management of Village Funds carried out by the Village Government is very good, community understanding of Village Fund policies is still low.

Abstract

Hospitals are complex health care facilities and provide health care services aimed at improving the health of patients or clients and maintaining the health of hospital visitors. Visitors play a role in the transmission of diseases, particularly the Covid-19 virus, if they do not wear PPE masks when in contact with patients. The purpose of the study was to determine and understand the use of PPE masks for visitors at Dr Kariadi Hospital Semarang in the Next Normal Era. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data explanation analysis method. This research data collection method uses semi-structured interviews. Participants in this study were selected using purposive technique. The total number of participants was four, the participants were doctors, nurses and visitors. The findings of this study, the four participants said that visitors at Dr Kariadi Hospital Semarang wear PPE masks when someone is supervising and visitors' awareness of wearing PPE masks is influenced by age, knowledge and education factors.

Abstract

Financial literacy has become an important skill required in everyday life. Due to the instability of the global economy, consumers face financial decisions that have become more complex due to increasing product variety and financial challenges. Therefore, the importance of financial management skills in personal life has increased and more and more research has explored this issue in the last decade. This positive attitude will help them to practice good personal financial management as working adults. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative research method using a quantitative approach. The form of research used is correlation research in the form of causal relationship regression. The research was carried out at the Indonesian Parahikma Institute of Higher Education, specifically the Islamic Education Management Study Program, with a population of 60 students from the Islamic Education management study program. Of the 60 selected students, 60 were used as research samples. The researcher's sampling technique used saturated samples. The data collection tools used were test questions and questionnaire sheets by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form, and then tabulating using the SPSS computer program. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research starts from testing the instrument by testing the Validity and Reliability of the Questionnaire using the Product Moment and Spearman Brown tests. In accordance with the results of the research that has been conducted, it was found that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management behavior among Parahikma Indonesia Institute students.

Abstract

Currently, the advent of presence technology has significantly transformed human lifestyle patterns. Technological advancements have brought about changes and innovations in work systems, leading to the creation of new tools that simplify user experiences in social media. The aim of of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of remote work on innovative work behavior, with work-life balance and technostress as intervening variables. This research method uses research quantitative using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Meanwhile, samples studied as many as 209 respondents which consists of employees and freelancers from technology-based companies in Surakarta. Who participated in filling out 36 online survey questions via Google form. The methodology in the current research combined the use of the Smart-PLS analysis tool version 3.0 software application with the structural equation model (SEM). The results of this research: Innovative work behavior has a substantial and beneficial effect on the remote work variable. Work-life balance suffers greatly from the remote work variable. Technostress has a substantial impact on the remote work variable. The work-life balance variable substantially and favorably influences innovative work behavior. Innovation work behavior has a profoundly beneficial effect on the technostress variable. Through work-life balance, mediation confirms that remote work has an enormous and beneficial effect on innovative work behavior, as supported by the statistical t-value. Through technostress, mediation exhibits that remote work has a favorable and noteworthy impact on innovative work behavior.
