Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and customer reviews on the purchasing decision of Gambir tea, with price as an intervening variable at UD. Sondel in Pakpak Bharat Regency. This research is quantitative with the population consisting of residents of Pakpak Bharat Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data were processed using SPSS version 26, with analysis methods including classical assumption testing, path analysis, Sobel test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: (1) brand image has a direct significant effect on price, (2) customer reviews have a direct significant effect on price, (3) brand image has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) customer reviews have a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, (5) price has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) brand image has an indirect significant effect on purchasing decisions through price, and (7) customer reviews have an indirect significant effect on purchasing decisions through price.

Abstract

Bibliometric analysis is a method for examining metadata derived from articles or journals, including information such as citations, authors, publication years, and countries (Andres, 2009). This analysis consists of three main stages: data collection, analysis, and communication. In the initial stage, data were collected using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application, drawing from the Scopus database with the keyword “technopreneurship” for the period 2014–2024. This study aims to explore the research landscape in the field of technopreneurship and technology-based entrepreneurship published in Scopus. For the query process, the search string TITLE-ABS-KEY ("technology entrepreneurship") was used to identify documents containing significant elements such as printed books, e-learning, and database systems that indicate co-occurrence within technology entrepreneurship literature.

Abstract

Financial reports are made to provide information regarding the financial position, performance and changes in the financial position of a company and there are demands in reporting and compliance with the timeliness of submitting the company's financial reports. Consumer non-cyclical is a type of stock issued by companies whose business is not affected by the seasons or economic cycles in a country. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of operational complexity, management replacement and company size on audit report lag. The data used in this study are secondary data accessed through the website www.idx.co.id with 65 research samples. The results of this study indicate that operational complexity, management replacement, and company size have an effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of entrepreneurship education on Generation Z's entrepreneurial intention, mediated by digital business and financial literacy. Unemployment is a significant challenge in Indonesia, particularly for university graduates, with a 2024 unemployment rate of 5.25% for graduates. Entrepreneurship, especially digital entrepreneurship, is seen as a key solution to job creation. The study aims to understand how digital and financial literacy collectively affect the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention. Employing a quantitative method, the study sampled 55 economic education students who had completed entrepreneurship courses. Data was collected via Google Forms and analyzed using classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing, including multiple linear regression with moderated regression analysis. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education significantly influences entrepreneurial intention, digital business literacy, and financial literacy. Furthermore, both digital business literacy and financial literacy significantly impact entrepreneurial intention. Crucially, digital business literacy and financial literacy mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. These results highlight the importance of comprehensive entrepreneurship education in equipping young individuals with essential digital and financial skills, fostering a stronger entrepreneurial mindset, and preparing them for the complexities of the modern business world.

Abstract

The VUCA era (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) requires education systems to equip young people with adaptive, creative, and resilient competencies. One strategic response to this challenge is digital entrepreneurship education. This study reviews academic literature from 2015 to 2025 to explore how digital entrepreneurship education contributes to addressing the dynamics of the VUCA era. Using a literature review approach, sources were gathered from the Scopus database and selected based on relevance. The analysis, conducted descriptively and qualitatively, identifies key findings. The results show that digital entrepreneurship education supports the development of student resilience and adaptability, offers practical experiences through digitalized and project-based learning, and fosters entrepreneurial intention. However, challenges remain, including limited integration of entrepreneurial values and digital ethics, unequal access to technology, educator readiness, and weak cross-sector collaboration. This review highlights the need for innovation in teaching approaches grounded in constructivist pedagogy, along with stronger synergy between education, industry, and technology. When guided strategically and inclusively, digital entrepreneurship education holds strong potential to prepare the next generation for an uncertain and fast-changing world.

Abstract

Women entrepreneurship in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a vital role in the local economy. However, women entrepreneurs often face complex emotional and psychological challenges due to their dual roles as housewives and entrepreneurs. Market uncertainty, social pressure, and lack of support from their environment further burden their workload. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of women micro MSMEs, particularly in dealing with the psychological pressures of carrying out these roles. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach with seven informants from the culinary, handicraft, and online trading sectors. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation, then analyzed using a thematic approach based on the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the study revealed four main themes: (1) the pressure of dual roles that often trigger stress and emotional exhaustion (burnout), (2) chronic anxiety related to fear of business failure and income instability, (3) spirituality and religious activities as meaning-based coping mechanisms, and (4) the importance of social support from partners, family, and community as a balance of emotional conditions. These findings confirm that the success and sustainability of women's businesses depend not only on economic capital or technical skills, but are also significantly influenced by mental health and the strength of social networks. Therefore, empowerment programs for women's MSMEs need to be designed holistically, encompassing psychosocial aspects, coping strategy training, and strengthening supportive and inclusive social networks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management and Good Manufacturing Practices on Improving Production Hygiene, with the research focused on employees of Bakpia Kukus Tugu Jogja. The problems that often occur are the ineffectiveness of implementing hygiene standards and weaknesses in the human resource management system which are the important basis for conducting this research. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 102 respondents who are employees of Bakpia Kukus Tugu Jogja in the production and quality control divisions. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Product Innovation on Consumer Loyalty toward iPhone smartphones, with the research focused on university students in sleman regency. The increasing use of iPhones among students who are known to be critical and selective in choosing technology products forms the basis of this research. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, where questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who are iPhone users among university students in sleman regency. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the risk factors of occupational accidents and identify effective prevention efforts within the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), specifically at Inkside Sablon. This qualitative study, employing a case study approach, utilized in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary analysis for data collection. The findings indicate that occupational accident risk factors at Inkside Sablon are influenced by several aspects, including human factors such as lack of safety awareness and fatigue, environmental factors like inadequate ventilation and suboptimal lighting, and equipment factors such as non-ergonomic tools and insufficient maintenance. The prevention efforts implemented by Inkside Sablon are still partial and not well-structured, thus requiring the integration of more comprehensive safety programs, such as enhanced safety and health (OSH) training, provision of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and improvements in management and supervision systems. It is expected that the implementation of these measures will increase worker awareness and reduce the number of occupational accidents, thereby creating a safer and more productive work environment

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media advertising, brand image, and product innovation on consumer loyalty toward Kalbe Nutritional in Yogyakarta, both partially and simultaneously. Using a quantitative method with purposive sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 20. The results indicate that social media advertising and brand image do not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, while product innovation has a positive and significant impact. The limitation of this study lies in the absence of age segmentation. This study recommends strengthening digital strategies and conducting further research that considers demographic factors
