Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial inclusion, accounting information systems, and e-commerce on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs play a crucial role in supporting regional economic growth, thus enhancing financial performance is a crucial aspect. The study sample comprised 84 MSME owners in Sleman Regency, drawn using the snowball sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaires using a Google Form link to facilitate respondents' completion and to broaden the reach of respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software to determine the extent of the interplay between the variables studied. The results indicate that financial inclusion has a positive effect on MSME financial performance. This indicates that the easier access for MSMEs to formal financial services, the better their financial performance. Similarly, accounting information systems have also been shown to have a positive effect, where the implementation of a good accounting system can improve the quality of transaction recording and financial decision-making. Conversely, e-commerce has not been shown to have a significant effect on MSME financial performance. This finding indicates that the use of e-commerce by MSMEs in Sleman is not optimal in supporting improved financial performance.

Abstract

Pupus Tourism Village in Ponorogo Regency is a pioneering tourist village endowed with diverse natural, economic, and cultural potential, yet its development remains constrained by limited infrastructure and insufficient utilization of digital technology. This condition has hindered the optimization of local attractions such as Mloko Sewu, Selorejo Waterfall, Mount Tapak Bimo trekking, as well as local products including palm sugar, coffee, porang, and goat milk in supporting the village economy. This study aims to analyze strategies for optimizing village potential through the application of Green Digital Management (GDM) as an effort to establish sustainable tourism business practices. A qualitative research approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of GDM can serve as a strategic approach for Pupus Tourism Village by integrating environmentally based digital promotion, strengthening eco-friendly creative economy initiatives, and revitalizing local culture such as the bersih desa ritual and communal work (gotong royong). The implications highlight the importance of collaboration between government, community, and tourism stakeholders in applying GDM to enhance the competitiveness of Pupus Tourism Village while simultaneously promoting sustainable economic, social, and ecological development.

Abstract

The dominance of foreign footwear brands in Indonesia remains strong despite the growing awareness of supporting local products. This phenomenon raises questions about the factors that drive consumer purchase intention toward local brands, particularly among younger generations. This study aims to examine the influence of ethnocentrism, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on the purchase intention of Ventela, a local footwear brand, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents in Yogyakarta who had never purchased or used Ventela products. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that ethnocentrism, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly and positively affect consumers’ purchase intention toward Ventela. Theoretically, this study extends the application of TPB by incorporating ethnocentrism as an additional predictor of purchase intention for local products. Practically, the findings suggest that producers should emphasize national pride in their marketing strategies, enhance product quality and design, and expand purchasing accessibility. The main limitation of this study lies in its focus on a single brand and a limited sample size, suggesting that future research should broaden the context and include more diverse respondents.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of online customer reviews and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention for Erigo fashion products sold on Shopee. The research is motivated by the rapid growth of local fashion sales on e-commerce platforms, yet the Erigo brand shows relatively low repurchase intention despite receiving many positive ratings. This gap between consumer expectations and actual experiences highlights the importance of satisfaction in driving loyalty. The study adopts a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods. The population consists of Shopee consumers who have purchased Erigo products, with purposive sampling applied. A total of 362 valid responses were analyzed after outlier removal from 385 initial respondents. Descriptive results indicate that online customer reviews are categorized as very high (4.40), customer satisfaction as high (4.08), and repurchase intention as good (3.95). The findings show that online customer reviews contribute 47.70%, customer satisfaction 57.10%, and both variables jointly 59.60% to repurchase intention. Hypothesis testing confirms significant partial and simultaneous effects of both predictors on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tourist experience, service quality, and tourist attractions on revisit intention in Pancoh Ecotourism Village. This village is one of the developing ecotourism-based tourist destinations in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and attracts tourists through its unique nature and local culture. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, namely tourists who have visited Pancoh Ecotourism Village. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with the WarpPLS application version 8.0 to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that the variables of service quality and tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. This indicates that improving service quality, such as friendliness, accuracy, and comfort, as well as the development of tourist attractions in the form of natural beauty, local culture, and supporting facilities can encourage tourists to revisit. However, the variable of tourist experience did not have a significant effect on revisit intention, which means that individual experience is not yet a major determining factor in influencing tourist decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of a destination management strategy that focuses on improving the quality of services and tourist attractions to strengthen the sustainability of Pancoh Ecotourism Village.

Abstract

The era of digital disruption has brought significant changes to people's behavior, including investment activities. Retail investors have increasingly easy access to the capital market through digital applications such as Neo HOTs, Bibit, and Stockbit. However, this convenience is not always accompanied by adequate digital financial literacy. This study aims to explore retail investors' experiences using digital investment applications and understand their perceptions of sustainable investing in the Society 5.0 era. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with a number of active retail investors. The findings indicate that the majority of retail investors are attracted to investing due to ease of access and promotions, but many still make impulsive decisions based on social media trends (fear of missing out/FOMO). A small number of investors are beginning to understand the importance of sustainable investing (ESG), although it has not yet become a primary consideration in investment decisions. This study emphasizes the importance of more targeted digital financial literacy so that people can use technology wisely, maintain personal financial sustainability, and contribute to sustainable development.

Abstract

Empowering women through the development of home-based industries plays a crucial role in improving household welfare and strengthening community-based economies in Papua. This study aims to analyze the triple role of Indigenous Papuan Women (OAP) in the D’TOMU Home Production in Sebyar Rejosari Village, Tomu District, Teluk Bintuni Regency, and to evaluate the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning the Recognition and Protection of Indigenous Peoples’ Rights. This research employs a qualitative method using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with ten key informants, including OAP women, community leaders, and production facilitators. The findings indicate that the home production initiative has a significant positive impact on three main aspects: (1) better time management balance in handling domestic, productive, and social roles; (2) increased household income by 25%–35% through product diversification such as sago flour, keladi chips, fish crackers, shrimp crackers, and traditional Papuan handicrafts; and (3) improved social recognition of women within families, communities, and indigenous societies. This study highlights the importance of government support, entrepreneurship training, digital literacy enhancement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to achieve sustainable and competitive empowerment of Indigenous Papuan women.
