Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi kewirausahaan pelaku UMKM anggota BMT NU Cabang Jember, Cabang Bondowoso, dan Cabang Banyuwangi, khususnya dalam aspek packaging, branding, dan marketing. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis masalah melalui tahapan pemetaan kondisi usaha, workshop, packaging clinic, branding clinic, marketing clinic, dan business clinic. Peserta tidak hanya memperoleh materi kewirausahaan, tetapi juga melakukan evaluasi langsung terhadap produk dan strategi pemasaran yang selama ini diterapkan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya kemasan sebagai media komunikasi produk, branding sebagai pembentuk identitas dan positioning, serta marketing sebagai strategi memperluas jangkauan pasar. Kegiatan juga menghasilkan Business Improvement Plan yang memuat rencana perbaikan kemasan, identitas merek, target konsumen, dan strategi pemasaran masing-masing peserta. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas UMKM perlu dilakukan secara praktis, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha.

Abstract

Maraknya praktik pinjaman online (pinjol) ilegal di kawasan pedesaan menjadi ancaman serius bagi ketahanan ekonomi keluarga, khususnya bagi kelompok ibu rumah tangga dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah yang relatif rendah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah serta kesadaran hukum dalam mencegah jeratan pinjol ilegal pada wali murid PAUDQU Al-Falah, Desa Sumberanget, Kecamatan Ledokombo, Kabupaten Jember. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi interaktif Small Group Discussion (SGD) yang didukung media cetak Leaflet Trifold serta simulasi verifikasi legalitas melalui kanal WhatsApp Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Keberhasilan program diukur secara kuantitatif melalui instrumen pre-test dan post-test terhadap 10 orang wali murid. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman kognitif peserta secara signifikan, dari rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 36,0% melonjak menjadi 88,0% pada post-test (meningkat sebesar 52,0%). Peserta berhasil memahami bahaya Riba Jahiliyah dan gharar, menerapkan skala prioritas Maqashid Syariah (dharuriyat, hajiyat, tahsiniyat) dalam pengelolaan kas rumah tangga, serta terampil melakukan verifikasi legalitas entitas keuangan digital secara mandiri. Edukasi berbasis komunitas ini terbukti efektif menjadi langkah preventif dalam membentengi ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Digitalisasi UMKM menjadi strategi penting dalam memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan ekonomi masyarakat desa, tetapi efektivitasnya sangat ditentukan oleh kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam mengadopsi teknologi dan mengintegrasikannya dengan tata kelola usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan digitalisasi serta memperkuat kapasitas UMKM Desa Muara Sungai melalui pendampingan teknis dan sosialisasi berbasis kebutuhan. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan participatory community empowerment yang dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu pemetaan kebutuhan pada 02–04 Agustus, pendampingan digitalisasi pada 05–07 Agustus, dan sosialisasi penguatan UMKM pada 08 Agustus. Sasaran pendampingan meliputi lima UMKM dari lima dusun dengan intervensi berupa QRIS, Google Maps, media sosial, desain promosi, dan banner. Sosialisasi memperkuat aspek packaging, branding, dan administrasi usaha. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi, penguatan identitas produk, dan kapasitas kelembagaan meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM dalam memperluas visibilitas, akses transaksi, dan jangkauan pasar. Program menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi efektif apabila berbasis kebutuhan, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the innovation of utilizing pineapple leaf waste as an economically valuable fiber and its contribution to community empowerment and the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Omah Kreatif Indy, Prabumulih. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and participatory practice. The findings indicate that pineapple leaf waste can be transformed into fiber and handicraft products, such as bags and pouches, through the integration of knowledge, skills, creativity, and innovation. The development of the enterprise also provides opportunities for community empowerment through skills transfer and the involvement of local women in productive activities. In terms of competitiveness, design innovation, product quality, local identity, and the integration of offline and online marketing constitute important elements for expanding market opportunities. These findings demonstrate that Omah Kreatif Indy represents a local resource-based MSME model that integrates creative economy, community empowerment, and circular economy principles. Thus, optimizing pineapple leaf fiber not only generates economic value but also has the potential to strengthen social and ecological values in local economic development in Prabumulih.

Abstract

Kemiskinan di kawasan perkotaan kecil seperti Kelurahan Muara Dua, Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur, tidak lepas dari lemahnya akses pelaku usaha mikro terhadap sistem keuangan formal dan pembayaran digital. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pendampingan digitalisasi pembayaran (QRIS) bagi pelaku UMKM sebagai salah satu strategi pengentasan kemiskinan berbasis ekonomi digital yang tetap berpijak pada kearifan lokal, yakni gotong royong dan silaturahmi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan literasi dan adopsi transaksi nontunai pada usaha mikro warga. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatif melalui observasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan langsung, implementasi, dan evaluasi bersama pelaku usaha. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesediaan pelaku UMKM mengadopsi QRIS, yang berpotensi memperluas akses pasar dan inklusi keuangan sebagai langkah awal pengentasan kemiskinan di tingkat kelurahan.

Abstract

Early marriage remains a serious social issue in Indonesia, with wide-ranging consequences for adolescents' futures, particularly in education, health, and psychological development. This community service activity stemmed from limited awareness among students at SMA PGRI Prabumulih Utara, Sidogede Village, Prabumulih Utara Subdistrict, Prabumulih City, regarding the risks of marrying before reaching sufficient maturity. To address this, students from Community Service Learning (KKN) at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang held an educational seminar on preventing early marriage, working with a resource person from the Prabumulih Utara Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). The program proceeded through preliminary observation, coordination with the school, delivery of materials, group discussion, and a brief evaluation. Topics covered the concept of marriage in Qur'anic verses and hadith, the minimum legal marriage age under Law Number 16 of 2019, factors driving early marriage from educational and socio-economic angles, impacts on reproductive health and psychological condition, religious scholars' views, and preventive strategies. Findings show a marked increase in students' comprehension after the seminar, reflected in their growing determination to postpone marriage and prioritize education and future goals. The activity confirms that a participatory, education-based approach is effective in preventing early marriage in schools.

Abstract

This community engagement program aimed to strengthen school–family collaboration through parenting engagement and establish more coordinated support for student development. The program was implemented through parenting sessions, reciprocal discussions between parents and school personnel, student–parent reflection activities, and follow-up communication with homeroom teachers. The activities addressed students’ academic, behavioural, social, and developmental concerns, including discipline, learning concentration, responsibility, motivation, bullying, absenteeism, puberty, assessment preparation, and social media use. The findings indicate that parenting engagement created opportunities for parents and teachers to exchange information, identify student-related challenges, formulate practical responses, and align educational support between home and school. The integration of parenting activities with semester evaluation meetings also strengthened direct communication between parents and homeroom teachers. Although qualitative observations indicated changes in parental approaches and increased awareness of shared educational responsibilities, the absence of standardized pre- and post-assessments limits causal conclusions. The program highlights the importance of sustained, reciprocal, and collaborative school–family engagement for supporting student development.

Abstract

Effective records management is essential for supporting orderly, accessible, and accountable school administration. However, manual management of incoming and outgoing correspondence may create difficulties in document organization, retrieval, and preservation. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen school records management through the development and implementation of a web-based electronic archive at SMA NU 1 Bondowoso, Indonesia. The program employed a practice-oriented approach consisting of needs analysis, system design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The intervention focused on identifying administrative requirements and translating them into functional features for storing, managing, retrieving, and reporting correspondence records. The developed system was subsequently validated by three validators and obtained an Aiken’s V coefficient of 0.75, indicating an acceptable level of initial validity. The program demonstrates that context-based e-archive development can provide a practical foundation for transforming manual correspondence management into a more structured digital process. Further evaluation is required to assess its long-term effects on administrative efficiency, user satisfaction, and institutional accountability.evaluation to support sustainable implementation.

Abstract

: Adolescence is a critical developmental stage requiring appropriate parental guidance and strong cooperation between families and schools. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen parents’ capacity to implement positive parenting practices and improve family–school communication in supporting adolescent development. The program was conducted at SMA NU 1 Bondowoso through a participatory, school-based approach involving parents, students, and teachers. Activities consisted of parenting education, interactive discussions, reflective sessions, and follow-up communication with homeroom teachers. The program addressed several adolescent-related issues, including discipline, learning motivation, concentration, responsibility, peer influence, bullying, absenteeism, and gadget and social media use. Qualitative observations and participant discussions indicated increased parental awareness of democratic parenting, emotional support, consistent guidance, and constructive communication. The program also encouraged stronger communication between parents and teachers regarding students’ learning and behavioral development. The findings suggest that positive parenting education can strengthen parental capacity and support family–school engagement. However, the results are qualitative and do not establish statistical or causal effects. Future programs should incorporate systematic evaluation and longitudinal follow-up.

Abstract

The management of school records is an essential component of effective educational administration, yet many schools continue to face challenges in organizing, storing, retrieving, and maintaining institutional documents through conventional record-keeping practices. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen school records management through the development and implementation of a web-based electronic archive (e-archive) at SMA NU 1 Bondowoso, Indonesia. The program employed a sequential approach consisting of needs analysis, system design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The needs analysis identified functional and non-functional requirements for the proposed system, which were subsequently translated into system-flow structures and database relationships. The developed e-archive was designed to provide a more structured mechanism for managing institutional records and supporting digital access to school documents. Evaluation of the developed system resulted in a validation coefficient of approximately 0.75, indicating an acceptable level of validity within the evaluation framework applied in the program. The findings demonstrate that web-based e-archive development can provide a practical technological foundation for improving the organization and management of school records. However, the results should not be interpreted as definitive evidence of long-term improvements in administrative efficiency or institutional accountability, as the program did not include longitudinal measurements of system utilization or organizational outcomes. The initiative therefore represents an initial step toward digital transformation in school records management and highlights the importance of continued user training, system maintenance, data security, and periodic evaluation to support sustainable implementation
