Abstract

The large number of business people or shops in Indonesia who practice buying and selling without meeting in person or via the Internet is the inspiration for this research. Many of these businesses pay no attention to the formalities or legal requirements associated with buying and selling without a meeting. The reality of modern technology such as digital technology cannot be denied. This research aims to determine the acceptability of ordering transactions based on DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 05/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 and the role of digital transactions (e-commerce) in boosting product sales with a fast and simple transaction process. This research adopts descriptive methodology and qualitative research techniques. In-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation were used as data collection strategies. Data reduction, data presentation, and concluding are all used in data analysis.

Abstract

This research aims as an effort to advance the Islamic boarding school economy through the management of MSMEs around the Islamic boarding school, it needs to be done to create a superior and competitive Islamic boarding school in creating quality graduates. The Darussalam Al-Faisholiyah Sampang Islamic boarding school in Indonesia serves as the study's primary site because of its major role in fostering the economic autonomy of Islamic boarding schools via the efficient application of MSMEs management grounded on the three pillars of the OPOP framework. Therefore, the research conducted by researchers aims to provide significant solutions through several references in managing MSMEs products and strengthening the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools, so that Islamic boarding schools across Indonesia, and not only Darussalam Al-Faisholiyah Sampang, may see the economic impact that Islamic boarding schools have on their students, their schools, their alumni, and Indonesian society as a whole. This study offers actionable solutions in the form of a process flow for achieving financial autonomy in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of Buddhist entrepreneurship courses in forming the social entrepreneurial character of Samanera at STAB Kertarajasa. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation of the novices who took the course. The research results show that Buddhist entrepreneurship courses provide a deep understanding of entrepreneurial principles based on Buddhist values, such as karma, seva, and alignment with the common good. This learning helps Samanera to develop social entrepreneurship characters, such as empathy, social sensitivity, collaboration and creativity in creating solutions to social problems. The implication of this research is the importance of integrating religious or spiritual values ​​in entrepreneurship education to form a more holistic and sustainable character in business practice.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in the 5.0 and modern era, effective and efficient communication continues to develop, hence the creation of the internet. The Internet is used by people and organizations to conduct business. For banking, one form of service implemented in the digital era is mobile banking. Bank Jatim Syari'ah launched the latest product in the digitalization era, namely JConnect Mobile with its various features. This study aims to determine the role of JConnect mobile in improving services to customers of Bank Jatim Syari'ah, this research uses qualitative research with library research methods and direct field studies, so not only from theory but going directly to the field to research. Jconnect mobile service quality through the dimensions of security, speed and accuracy has an important role in improving services to customers using JConnect mobile products.

Abstract

This research examines the practice of Consignment practiced by some traders in the Ngawi large market, by asking the Distributor to send the goods needed by the Merchants. The practice of Consignment in the Ngawi Big Market between the merchants and the Commissioner is largely not in accordance with the rules of the Consignment discipline and the values in the axioms of Sharia Business Ethics. Therefore, this research wants to find out what is the reason why traders and distributors apply the Consignment system in their business activities. This research aims to provide an assessment based on Shari'ah Business Ethics on the behavior of traders and commissioners who apply the consignment system. The research method used is Qualitative with Inductive analysis and Normative approach. The results of the study state that the reason the traders apply the Consignment system is due to limited capital, while the reason the Distributor applies the consignment system is due to difficulties in selling their production goods. According to Shari'ah Business Ethics, the consignment practices carried out by traders in the Ngawi Big Market violate the values in Shari'ah Business Ethics such as Dzolim, fraud, and not keeping promises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether Islamic insurance can influence Halal Value Chain planning in Indonesia. This study combines qualitative methods and descriptive statistics by interviewing 10 practitioners and academics regarding how Islamic insurance can build a halal value chain. Then the results of the interview will be processed using the NVivo-12 software. According to the findings, practically every halal value chain cluster, including those in the food and beverage industry, halal tourism, fashion, cosmetics, and leisure media, needs sharia insurance to grow. This is so that, in the event of an unfathomable loss, Sharia insurance can ensure the continuation of Sharia-based businesses. To expand Indonesia's halal business internationally, a Sharia insurance development strategy must be created. The Penta Helix collaboration, which links academia, government, communities, business people, and the media, is one of these initiatives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1). mengetahui preferensi Masyarakat dalam membayar zakat melalui Baznas Kab. Tasikmalaya, 2). mengetahui komunikasi Baznas Kab. Tasikmalaya dengan Masyarakat., 3). mengetahui reputasi Baznas di pandangan Masyarakat., 4). mengetahui pelayanan Baznas di Masyarakat., 5). mengetahui minat Masyarakat membayar zakat melalui Baznas Kab. Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik analisis Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) dan Measure of sampling adequacy (MSA) serta perhitungan Mean. Penelitian ini menggunakan Convenience Sampling Technic dengan total responden 100 orang yang berdomisili Kab. Tasikmalaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini 1). yang menjadi preferensi Masyarakat dalam membayar zakat secara berturut-turut adalah faktor social, metode pembayaran, pengaruh lingkungan, dan aksesibilitas., 2). Komunikasi Baznas Kab. Tasikmalaya dengan Masyarakat terjalin efektif antara Baznas Kab. Tasikmalaya dengan masyarakat, dengan indikator kepercayaan Masyarakat, kedekatan Lembaga, sympathy, Credibility, Capability, dan Clarity. Credibility merupakan indikator tertinggi., 3). Reputasi Baznas kab. Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam kategori baik berdasarkan indikator kredibilitas, terpercaya, dan tanggung jawab. Dengan indikator tanggung jawab merupakan indikator tertinggi., 4). Pelayanan Baznas Kab. Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Dengan indikator kesopanan menjadi indikator tertinggi dalam pembentukan pelayanan., 5). Minat untuk membayar zakat pada responden berdasarkan motivasi dan motif sosial hampir seluruh responden memiliki minat yang tinggi, namun untuk melalui baznas Kab. Tasikmalaya hasil rata-rata responden dalam kategori raguragu. Kata kunci : Preferensi Masyarakat, Komunikasi, Reputasi, Pelayanan, Minat Berzakat.

Abstract

Regional governments in Indonesia have a big task in improving the welfare of their communities. One of these efforts is to build the Lembang Floating Market tourist industry which has been open since the beginning of December 2012. The aim of building the Lembang floating market tourist attraction is in the context of community empowerment and what is the reality now that community empowerment and community welfare are increasing. This research uses a descriptive method which is qualitative research using observation and interviews. The results of this research state that one form of empowerment of the Lembang community can be seen in the construction of the Floating Market tourist attraction which not only provides benefits to the Floating Market, but also provides opportunities for the community around the tourist attraction such as employment opportunities by opening employment opportunities, entrepreneurship opportunities, and also the existence of Floating Market income, part of which will then be included in the village PAD. The existence of the Lembang Floating Market does have a positive impact, but it cannot be denied that there are also negative impacts. One of the negative impacts is that traffic jams often occur due to the large number of vehicles entering and exiting the Floating Market. Apart from that, the large number of automatic vehicles also causes noise pollution. However. Whatever the positive and negative impacts, it cannot be denied that the existence of the Lembang Floating Market has had an impact on the community's economy, especially the Lembang village community.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai tingkat kepuasan nasabah gadai emas BSI di KFO Pos Antang Raya Kota Makassar dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, kepercayaan, dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi survei. Hipotesis variabel pengetahuan ditolak karena temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan nasabah Gadai Emas BSI di KFO Pos Antang Raya Kota Makassar. Hipotesis variabel kepercayaan yaitu kepercayaan meningkatkan kebahagiaan nasabah Gadai Emas BSI di KFO Pos Antang Raya Kota Makassar disetujui. Selain itu hipotesis variabel pelayanan terkonfirmasi yang menunjukkan bahwa KFO Pos Antang Raya Makassar mempunyai pengaruh yang baik terhadap kepuasan nasabah Gadai Emas BSI. Selain itu hipotesis variabel pengetahuan, kepercayaan dan pelayanan diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan nasabah Gadai Emas BSI di KFO Pos Antang Raya Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelanggan yang berbelanja di rumah potong ayam grosir di Kota Makassar, sampel penelitian, membuat penilaian dalam membeli ayam broiler berdasarkan faktor-faktor seperti kehalalan pemotongan, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan. Teknik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei merupakan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. Hipotesis mengenai variabel penyembelihan halal tidak didukung oleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pilihan pembelian ayam broiler di Rumah Potong Hewan Grosir Ayam di Kota Makassar. Variabel tingkat harga diterima, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam broiler di Rumah Potong Ayam Grosir Kota Makassar. Variabel kualitas pelayanan diterima, menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian ayam broiler di Rumah Pemotongan Ayam Grosir Kota Makassar mempunyai pengaruh positif dan hipotesis mengenai variabel kehalalan pemotongan, tingkat harga, dan kualitas pelayanan diterima, menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian ayam broiler di Rumah Potong Ayam Grosir Kota Makassar berpengaruh secara bersama-sama.
