Abstract

This research took place at MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari Blora. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Grade 1 and grade 4 teachers of MI Muhammadiyah numbered one person each as a source of research data through interviews. What indicators must be met by a teacher in order to successfully implement this independent learning curriculum? What are the implications of teacher readiness in MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari Blora on the implementation of the independent learning curriculum? The readiness of MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari Blora teachers in implementing an independent curriculum can be said to be ready in theory, however, in practice it still needs to be deepened through independent training. The level of readiness shown can be a consideration for schools to immediately respond to problems. In addition, the concept of an independent curriculum needs to be understood by all elements of educational institutions, so that in its application it can run optimally, effectively and efficiently and be able to achieve the goals of the independent curriculum itself. Careful readiness is needed by teachers, so that they can implement curriculum implementation in accordance with the objectives. Independent training is needed by a teacher with limited time training, so that all problems / difficulties about the implementation of the independent curriculum are resolved.Keywords: Readiness, Freedom to Learn

Abstract

Curriculum as a written plan of learning (educational document). The curriculum as a written plan has a certain format. In Indonesia, we know the matrix format used by the 1975 curriculum, the 1986 curriculum, the 1994 curriculum, and so on Changes in the curriculum from the original KTSP to the 2013 curriculum caused many changes and influences in learning. The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze the effect of changing the KTSP curriculum to K13 in elementary schools. With the interview method at one of the teachers and educational institutions, it is hoped that this can be used as an analysis for this curriculum change. This research was motivated by the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at all levels of education, both at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels. Teachers face many problems in implementing the 2013 curriculum, especially the revised 2013 curriculum applied at MIM 11 Sumberagung. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. This study aims to identify problems faced by teachers in implementing the revised 2013 curriculum in elementary schools. This study concludes that not all problems faced by teachers are due to errors in the 2013 curriculum, but teachers must also be able to maximize their professional abilities to answer the challenges in the 2013 curriculum.Keywords : : Curriculum Change, KTSP Curriculum, 2013 Curriculum

Abstract

Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwono IV wrote advice full of meaning and character values in the fiber of Wulangreh. The content research supported by descriptive analysis was taken by the researcher to analyze the verses of the tembang which implied several character values from the 18 character values initiated by the Ministry of National Education. The study results show several valuescontained in Wulangreh fiber: a religious, peace-loving, hard work, love for the homeland, and fondness for reading.Keywords : Tembang, Characters Building, Wulangreh

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of character education for third grade students through a program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools, and the benefit of this research was for readers to know how to apply character education to third grade students through a program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers in the form of interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclude the data that has been obtained by researchers from observations. Based on the results of the researcher's interview with the third grade teacher at SD Muhammadiyah Blora, the answer to the researcher's question was that the third grade teacher had implemented character education in accordance with strengthening the profile of Pancasila students through the components of Pancasila student attitudes that were explained in the previous paragraph. The third grade teacher explained that there were almost 85% of students who had instilled the character of students according to the profile of Pancasila students, and 15% of students still did not have the character as students of the Pancasila profile. Character education through the Pancasila profile strengthening program is basically an activity to encourage the birth of good human beings, who have six main characteristics, namely, critical reasoning, creative, independent, faithful, devoted to God Almighty, noble character, mutual cooperation and global diversity. It is hoped that the implementation of character education through the program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is able to make students become better human beings and able to realize the values of character and noble character that can be realized in everyday life.Keywords: Independent Attitude, Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students, Elementary Schools

Abstract

Education is one of the important pillars in nation development. In the current era of globalization, education is not only required to produce intelligent and skilled individuals, but also individuals with noble character. An important character that needs to be instilled in students is the character of independence and responsibility. Independent character means having the ability to complete tasks and responsibilities well without depending on other people. Meanwhile, responsible character means having the awareness to accept the consequences of the actions taken and being willing to resolve them as best as possible. This case study was conducted to explain the teacher's role in building the character of independence and responsibility in the learning process. Teachers at SD Karang in Bogorejo District, Blora Regency are the subjects of research with results and discussion of characteristics, roles and inhibiting and supporting factors in cultivating the character of independence and responsibility at SD N Karang. Research results: Cultivating the character of independence and responsibility in elementary schools is an important and complex effort. Various driving and inhibiting factors need to be considered to achieve optimal results. It requires commitment and cooperation from all parties involved, namely school leaders, teachers, parents and students themselves, to create an environment conducive to character development. Keywords: Character education, independence, responsibility, learning process, teacher's role

Abstract

The development of models in the era of digitalization has become an important part of the education sector. The urgency of this research is to investigate digital-based problem based learning models for elementary school teacher education students. An important finding in this research is metacognitive awareness in problem based learning which is carried out on a digital basis, to facilitate the development of critical and creative thinking of prospective elementary school teachers. Problem based learning model to encourage student academic success. This research aims to develop an Android-based learning system to improve elementary school students' thematic learning. This research and development uses the simplified Borg and Gall model by Sukmadinata, which consists of preliminary studies, media development and media testing. The research subjects were fifth grade elementary school students in the Blora area, Central Java. Data collection was carried out using tests, questionnaires and interviews. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while quantitative analysis uses a combined paired sample t test. The results of product testing for an Android-based thematic learning system report the value of the Paired Sample T Test. The signature for the post-test value is 0.012 < 0.05 or H0 is rejected. Thus, there is an influence of the use of the learning system in each study group on the consideration of student learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the integrative thematic learning system developed is suitable for use by teachers and students in elementary schools to improve learning outcomes.Keyword: Thematic Learning System, Effective Learning Media, Elementary School
