Abstract

From the beginning of Islam to the present, women's roles in Islamic leadership have undergone significant change. From the historical contributions of Khadijah bint Khuwailid and Aisyah bint Abu Bakar to the challenges and opportunities faced by women in leadership in the modern era, the purpose of this study is to investigate the development of the role of women in leadership in the Islamic world. This study examines how various social, political, and cultural factors have affected women's leadership roles, as well as how current social changes may affect their prospects in the future, using a historical approach and contextual analysis. According to the findings of the study, despite the fact that women have demonstrated significant leadership abilities in a variety of contexts, the extent to which they are able to take on leadership roles is still impacted by a number of obstacles, including how text is interpreted, cultural norms, and structural barriers. However, opportunities for women to take on more active leadership roles are increasing as a result of advancements in education and social change. This study highlights the significance of gaining a deeper comprehension of these dynamics in order to achieve inclusive and sustainable progress. It identifies a number of strategies that can assist women's leadership development in Islamic contexts. Keyword : History, Islamic leadership, the role of women.

Abstract

Literacy activities is a way for students to recognize, understand and apply the knowledge they have acquired during the learning process. Literacy activities can develop vocabulary and knowledge in various things. Teachers are not only educators, but also mediators, learning resources, facilitators, models and role models. Researchers maximize this literacy activity through poetry writing activities in Indonesian language classes. The researcher aims to determine the role of teachers in learning to write poetry through literacy activities at the elementary school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Literacy activities in learning to write poetry can increase students' self-confidence. Students will produce their own written works. Teachers provide encouragement or motivation so that they not only read but also write in literacy activities. The teacher will also be a facilitator for them so that their works are interesting and can be read by many people. This is evidenced by the existence of a poetry anthology entitled Persembahan Untuk Para Pejuang Negri and Karya Untuk Negriku.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to identify and analyze change management models in the context of transformative Islamic education. In the era of globalization and technological development, Islamic educational institutions face demands to adapt and undergo fundamental changes in management and teaching methods. This research employs the library research method by analyzing various literatures related to applicable and relevant change management models in Islamic education. The findings show that Lewin’s Change Management, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, and the ADKAR model are effective approaches to assist Islamic educational institutions in the change process. Each model emphasizes organizational and individual readiness for change and strengthens the commitment to maintaining long-term results. Furthermore, this study highlights that the application of these models significantly impacts the development of Islamic educational institutions, making them more responsive to modern changes while maintaining core religious values. This research is expected to provide guidance for Islamic educational managers in designing adaptive and transformative change management strategies. Abstract

Education marketing strategies have an important role in building and improving the image of education and school institutions. In this era of highly competitive competition, educational institutions are required to carry out effective strategies. This research aims to determine effective marketing strategies in building a positive image of schools, both through direct and digital promotions. The approach used includes literature analysis and literature study. The research results show that the key elements for success include school branding, use of social media, community involvement, improving service quality, and testimonials from students and alumni. Apart from that, collaboration with parents and other institutions has also been proven to strengthen the school's image. Implementing digital-based marketing strategies, such as creating creative and interactive content, has a significant impact in reaching a wider audience. In conclusion, a well-planned education marketing strategy can increase the attractiveness of a school while building public trust in the quality of education offered. Abstract

Abstract: Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Islamic Boarding School, Ngunut, Tulungagung as an Islamic education Institution requires innovative strategies to improve the quality of education. Artificial Intelligency (AI) is one strategy that can improve students’ abilities in facing global challenges. Artificial Intelligency (AI) is abranch of computer science that studies how to make computer act like humans, who can think, act and make decisions. This research aims to find out how important the role of Artificial Intelligency (AI) is in the wordld of education from various level to improve the quality of learning, especially at the Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Islamic Boarding School. The research methode uses a qualitative descriptive approuach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The respondents of this reaserch were student from middle school, high school, and teachers from Sunan Gunung Jati Ngunut Tulungagung Middel School and High School. The research results show that the use of AI is really needed to make learning more enjoyable, the uses of AI makes it easier for student to understand teaching material, the uses of AI is very necessary in the learning process, the use of AI can be applied to the learning process. Therefore, AI is an urgent strategy to improve the quality of education at the Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Card short is one of the learning strategies that teachers can use to facilitate Tarkib learning so that students have the ability to understand Arabic learning texts easily. In the Short Card Strategy, a student can measure the extent of the understanding he gets from a Tarkib learning process. This study aims to describe the application of the short card strategy in learning tarkib in SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati students in the Sunan Pandanaran Ngunut girls' dormitory, especially in increasing students' activeness in learning Arabic. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with the type of field research. The results of the study show that the short card strategy in learning tarkib used by Arabic teachers at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati can identify the extent of students' understanding in the learning process and also increase students' interest and activeness in learning Arabic.
