Abstract

Problems faced  in  the  learning process  and  what  efforts  are  made  in  tackling  obstacles  in  learning to  read Al-Quran  in  MTs N Kedurang South  Bengkulu. In  this  study  data  collection is done  through interviews,  observation and  documentation, with  informants are  the  Head  of  School,  Waka  Curriculum and  Al-Qur’an  reading teacher in MTs Negeri  Kedurang. While  to  analyze  data  using  qualitative  descriptive  analysis technique, that  is descriptive  and menginterprestasikan data  that  have been  obtained so that  will depict  reality that  actually in accordance with existing phenomenon. The  results  of this study indicate Factors  that  inhibit  the  study of the  Koran  in accordance with among others:  (a)  Less fulfillment of books  and  supporting learning media  (b)  Minimnya  time  of religious  learning, especially the  Koran.  (C)  The  level of student ability varies. Problematic faced  by teachers are: a. Level of knowledge of students who are  not  the  same, b. The  limited  hours  of teaching, c. The  use of teaching methods in traditional learning makes students quickly bored. D. Evaluation  of the  affective and  psychomotor domains is rarely done  due  to limited  time  and facilities.  As for  efforts  to  improve  the  literacy  of Al-Qur’an  students are:  a. Increase hours  of recitation after  school hours  after  b. Conducting cooperation with TPA in  the  area  of  origin  of each  student. C. Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of Islamic values in human resource management at LKP English Academy Bengkulu and its impact on employee performance and welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation analysis. The informants in this study consisted of 11 employees. The results showed that the application of Islamic values in the recruitment and selection process, training and development, performance appraisal, and compensation and reward system has a significant positive impact on employee performance and welfare. Transparent and fair recruitment process transparent and fair recruitment process, training that includes technical and spiritual aspects, objective performance appraisal, and a compensation system based on the principles of justice and welfare have succeeded in increasing employee motivation, competence, and job satisfaction. The distribution of informants' positions shows that the majority are teaching tutors (86%) with directors, academic managers, administrative staff, and facilities and infrastructure staff each at (100%). The implementation of Islamic values in LKP English Academy Bengkulu creates a fair, transparent and humane work environment, which ultimately improves the overall performance of the organization.

Abstract

This study Purpose to: (1) Find out the strategy of the Akidah Akhlak subject teacher in instilling the character values of honesty and discipline in students at State Aliyah Madrasah2 Bengkulu City. (2) Knowing the character values of honesty and discipline of State Aliyah Madrasah 2 Bengkulu City students. (3) Knowing the factors that influence the process of naming the character values of honesty and discipline in State Aliyah Madrasah 2 Bengkulu City Students. This type of research is a qualita- tive research with a descriptive approach. The research location is Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Bengkulu City. There are two kinds of data collection in this study, namely primary data, which includes: Principals, teachers of Akidah Akhlak subjects and students of class X Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Secondary Data includes: Documents, photos, Administration Staff. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the technical analysis of the data used (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that: (1) The strategy of the teacher of moral aqidah in instilling character education in students by providing examples, spontaneous activities, rep- rimands, environmental conditioning, routine activities of good role models. (2) Student’s condition. In general, it can be said that it is good for students to carry out activities that have been determined by school regulations, arrive on time, pray dhuha in congregation, throw garbage in its place, say good and polite. The whole thing has been done well. However, there are some students who still show attitudes that are not in accordance with their wishes and expectations, such as still not caring, not being responsible for their own actions and tasks. (3) Factors influencing the process of inculcating the character values of honesty and discipline in students (a) Lack of motivation and support from both parents (b) Lack of awareness of students (c). Community environmental factors. The three environments provide examples for students to interact in their daily lives.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study is the condition of the discipline teacher of Islamic education clump at this time there is an increase in teaching, with the holding of the efforts of coaching by the school principal. Constraints head Madrasah in improving the discipline of teachers to teach there must be constraints such as feeling uncomfortable if reprimand teachers who lack discipline or fear of offense, and so on, but according to head Madrasah is not the reason the head of Madrasah in improving the discipline of teachers in teaching, the head of Madrasah continue to work with ways to improve the discipline until the teacher would beruba. Efforts head Madrasah in improving teachers’ teaching discipline clump PAI is as follows. Principals always provide direction and guided to all the teachers in the Mts. State Kertapati Central Bengkulu include: Addressing at the meeting, ask for help with the deputy head of the Madrasah for coaching, the approach to the teacher, then head of the Madrasah also always include the teachers clump PAI for megikuti training or worksop, then the last resort is to report to the supervisor Madrasah, then keKemenag District reported that moved redeployed.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the magnitude of the influence of the performance of PAI BP teachers on the implementation of the independent curriculum in SMP Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province (2) analyze the magnitude of the influence of the professionalism of PAI BP teachers on the implementation of the independent curriculum in SMP Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province (3) analyze the magnitude of the influence of the performance and professionalism of PAI BP teachers on the implementation of the independent curriculum in SMP Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, the research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, t test and f test. the results of this study: (1). there is an influence of the performance of PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers on the implementation of the independent curriculum in SMP Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province as shown in the calculated t (2,053) > t table (5% = 1.70) and a significance level of 0.046 < 0.05. (2). there is an influence of the professionalism of PAI Budi Pekerti teachers on the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province, which is shown in the t count (2.862) > t table (5% = 1.70) and a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05. (3). there is an influence of the performance and professionalism of PAI Budi Pekerti teachers on the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province, which is shown in the t count (3.875) > t table (5% = 2.85) and a significance level of 0.032 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research is about the implementation of character education values in SD Negeri 03 Tebat Karai, Kepahiang. This research has following objectives: (1). To find the implementation of character education value in SD Negeri 03 Tebat Karai. (2). To find the support factors and inhibit factors in the implementation of character education values at SD Negeri 03 Tebat Karai. This research was carried out directly at SD Negeri 03 Tebat Karai using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data wettability technique uses triangulation techniques. Data validation techniques use data reduction methods, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) Implementation of character education values at SD Negeri 03 Tebat Karai is a program of implementing a character education curriculum, implementing character values in learning, implementing character values in school activities and implementing character values in daily activity in the school environment. (2) Supporting factors in the implementation of character education values at SD Negeri 03 Tebat Karai is teachers commitment, infrastructure, support from parents, and the environment. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of character education values at SD Negeri 03 Tebat Karai are less study hours of Islamic education, student motivation, the environment and misuse of technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research  is to know the planning,  action and  result or evaluation of the effectiveness  of Islamic Education Lesson Using Power Point Media with Muhasabah Video in the Fifth Grade  of Integrated  Islamic Elementary School IQRA’ 1 Bengkulu.  This research  is an evaluative  research  with descriptive purpose using mixed methodology design. The data was collected  by using observation, interview,  questionnare, and  documentation methodology. In this research, the  method of analysis which is used in discussing the problems  was descriptive  analysis method with triangulation technique. Meanwhile, in quantitative side, the data  analysis  was by tabulating  data  according  to students’  answer.  Furthermore, the researcher in- terprated the data  of each  indicator  researched. The evaluation result of Islamic Education lesson with Power  Point  media  in cognitive aspect was the result of students’ final score report increased 0.7 points. Abstract

Curriculum development design is a composition or design of a curriculum model designed in accordance with the vision and mission of the school which in its development goes through a process of validation, implementation and evaluation. This research is motivated by the practice of PAI in schools which is less than optimal, especially due to the lack of teaching hours. Seeing this problem, the development of the PAI curriculum becomes very important to be carried out, both by related institutions and by PAI teachers themselves. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: development of PAI objectives, development of PAI substance, development of PAI implementation, and development of PAI evaluation. This study uses a case study method using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observations and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the development of PAI objectives is to develop academic abilities and prioritize Islamic character values in students. The development of PAI substance is developed into two forms, namely intracurricular forms, in the form of Tarjamah subjects and school culture forms (school habits) in the form of Tahfiz and Taqwa Character Building (TCB). The development of evaluation of the PAI curriculum is carried out in two activities, namely evaluation by each school unit of SMP Negeri 13 Tais Seluma.

Abstract

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of character education in preparing the nation's future successors. One place for improving morals and character formation is Islamic boarding schools, Islamic boarding schools have been present in Indonesian society since ancient times until now their existence still exists in the era of globalization which has been seen as endangering the existence of the Islamic religion in Indonesia, but there are still those who lack character and morals when still at home and even an alumnus. Of course, there are many Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, each with its own characteristics in each region. However, the function and aim are the same, namely to shape the moral character of the students (santri). This research is intended to answer the problems: (1) What is the teacher's strategy in forming character education at MTs Pondok Pesantren Pancasila, Bengkulu City? (2) What are the obstacles in implementing the community service program at MTs Pancasila, Bengkulu City? (3) What are the characteristics of the students that are formed through the community service program activities? This type of research is qualitative research by collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The research carried out resulted in a final analysis, namely(1) The teacher's strategy in forming character education at MTs Pancasila Islamic Boarding School, Bengkulu City, one of which is by holding a community service program, namely a special program for third grade students to practice the knowledge they have acquired at MTs Pancasila Islamic Boarding School, Bengkulu City (2) Every activity or the program certainly has problems, the obstacles are that the implementing committee is still not very united and there is a lack of communication between one another and the students are still playing games when taking part in these activities (3) The character that is formed as a result of this community service program is social care. , independent, religious, creative, hard working and responsible, independent.
