Abstract

This  study  aims  to  determine the  performance  evaluation PAI clumps  in  the  planning, implementation and evaluation of  learning in  the  State  Islamic  Elementary School  (MIN)  Tanjung Beringin District  Kaur.  These  types  of research, including research evaluation, data  collection method in this research is to use the  techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires and  documentation. The  conclusion of this paper that  the  teacher performance MIN 2 Tanjung Beringin clumps  of PAI in the  planning of the  learning process  quite  well. Planning is used  in learning is always made  at the  beginning of the  semester.  However, there are weaknesses in the  preparation of the  plan,  namely the  lack of planning time is written  in the plan,  structuring the learning background, development of instructional media  and  learning resources are  not  well planned. 2 MIN teacher performance Tanjung Beringin clump  PAI has been  good  and  in accordance  with the  regulations, both  in  the  open  class, delivering  course  material, using  teaching methods, using  instructional media, classroom  management and  lesson  closes. 2 MIN teacher performance Tanjung Beringin clump  PAI is good  enough to evaluate  conformity with the  provisions.  Planned evaluation conducted by the  teacher MIN 2 Tanjung Beringin already accommodated in  the  lesson  plan,  so already  scheduled. But for  the  evaluation that  is impromptu, its implementation depends on  the  purpose of the  material being  taught

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of the work environment and work motivation on teacher performance at MTS Muslim Cendikia, Central Bengkulu. The specific objectives of study are: 1) to measure the influence of the work environment on teacher perfprmance, 2) to evaluate the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, and 3) to analyze the combined impact of the work environment and work motivation on teacher performance. This is a field study in wich the researcher was directly involved in data collection from the population of teachers at MTS Muslim Cendekia, Central Bengkulu. The sampling technique employed was a census sample, meaning the entire population was utilized as the sample for the research. The result of the study indicate that: 1) the work environment significantly influences teacher performance, 2) work motivation has a significant impact on teacher performance, and 3) both the work environment and work motivation, when considered together, have a significant effect on teacher performance. The implication of this research highlight the necessity tho enhace teacher performance by improving both teacher motivation and the work environment, as both factors jointly exert considerable influence.Keyword: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of learning Islamic Religious Education for early childhood as the initial basis for the introduction of Islamic values in children. In practice, Islamic Religious Education in PAUD or Kindergarten can be done in two ways, namely integrated into the six aspects of early childhood development or specifically in the form of Islamic Religious Education subjects which have their own time allocation and are taught by Islamic Religious Education teachers. Learning activities for early childhood can be done using a variety of interesting and fun methods, one of which is the scientific learning approach. Through this approach, early childhood will be invited to recognize and understand the material and values in Islamic Religious Education in a fun and scientific way. This scientific learning has several learning steps including observing, asking questions, gathering information, processing information, drawing conclusions, and communicating. This study discusses how scientific-based Islamic Religious Education learning for Early Childhood includes lesson plans, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. PAI learning planning for early childhood begins with preparing a Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH) in which learning activities are arranged according to scientific learning steps and learning activities are adjusted to the stages of early childhood development. Furthermore, the implementation of learning is carried out in accordance with the Daily Learning Implementation Plan or RPPH that has been made. In the core learning activities, it is carried out by following the steps in scientific learning. Evaluation or assessment of learning on PAI learning content is carried out on 3 aspects, namely aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. This assessment is carried out in accordance with the assessment plan that has been prepared in the RPPH. The assessment process is carried out as long as the child carries out activities starting from the initial activity to the closing activity. An assessment of the attitude spec can be made using anecdotal notes or attitude journals. Assessment of aspects of knowledge and skills can be done with the results of the work, observations, performance, or portfolio.

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher as the main actor who manage education, should have the ability and personality. There are important factors that influence the religious and emotional intelligence. Teachers who have a religious attitude will become a person who has faith and devotion to become the pious, honest, trustworthy and responsible for the work plus the factor of emotional intelligence, a teacher is able to control, manage emotions and can establish a harmonious society with the school community and surrounding communities. This is why the writer to do this research, to see how much influence the religious and emotional intelligence on the performance of State High School teacher Bangun Jaya. The study consists of two independent variables (independent variables) are religious (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2), while the dependent variable (the dependent variable) is the performance of teachers (Y). In this study can be classified as field research with quantitative approach. The method used in this study are associative to see the impact of the issues examined. Data collection techniques for distributing a questionnaire using a Likert scale, every statement has five alternative answers, ie very suitable (SS), Match (S), sometimes (KD), is not appropriate (TS) and was incompatible (STS) number religious statement 19 items, 17 items of emotional intelligence and performance of teachers 19 items. The population of this research with the subject teacher at National High School Bangun Jaya. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis using SPSS Windows 16.0 shows that: First, there is a low impact on the performance of religious teacher at National High School Bangun Jaya. With the value of R is 0.0354 lies between 0.20 to 0.399. Secondly, there is a considerable influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of schools in the National High School Bangun Jaya. With the value of R is 0.540 lies between 0.40 to 0.599. Third, there is a significant influence of religious and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers at the National High School Bangun Jaya. With the value of R is 0.461 lies between 0.40 to 0.599.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk: (1) Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penguatan pendidikan karakter religius melalui high caracter values di SMPN 9 Kota Bengkulu. (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMPN 9 Kota Bengkulu. Adapun jenis peneliian dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dekriptif, sumber data primer yaitu kepala sekolah, guru PAI, wali kelas, dan Siswa Kelas VII A yang berjumlah 30 Orang (Laki-laki : 14 orang dan perempuan 16 Orang). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) penguatan pendidikan karakter religius melalui high caracter values di SMPN 9 Kota Bengkulu. Untuk memberikan penguatan karakter religius pada peserta didik, SMPN 9 Kota Bengkulu memulai dari Do’a bersama, Salat, Kegiatan ramadhan, kegiatan hari besar Islam, tafakur, sopan dan santun. Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) the competence of Islamic religious teacher administration in SDIT Al-Husna, South Lebong. (2) the process of improving the quality of Islamic religious education learning at SDIT Al-Husna Selatan Lebong, (3) the results of the implementation of the strategy to improve the quality of learning in Islamic religious education at SDIT Al-Husna Lebong Selatan. The existence of this research is expected to improve the quality of learning in Islamic religious education in SDIT Al-Husna, South Lebong. This study uses a type of experimental research. The sample in the study was all first grade students of SDIT Al-Husan Lebong Selatan in the 2018/2019 academic year consisting of 2 classes with a total of 17 IA class students and 17 class I B students. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation and results tests study in multiple choice. The collected data is processed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that: (1) the administrative completeness of Islamic education teachers at Al-Husna Lebong Selatan SDIT was at a percentage of 61.25%, meaning that the complete administrative documents for learning Islamic education teachers at SDIT Al-Husna Lebong Selatan were incomplete. (2) the process of improving the quality of Islamic education learning in the Al-Husna South Lebong SDIT by completing the Islamic education teacher teaching administration to 87.5%. Then in the learning process carried out with 3 meetings by applying the strategy to improve the quality of learning in the experimental class and expository strategy in the control class. (3) the results of the implementation of the strategy to improve the quality of learning Islamic education in SDIT Al-Husna Selatan Lebong in the experimental class there were average learning outcomes, 77.05, 81.17 and 85.88 and in the control class there were an average of 75.88 , 77.05 and 77.94. This means that the implementation of the quality improvement strategy in the experimental class was more successful in improving the quality of Islamic education learning in SDIT Al-Husna in the South rather than the expository strategy in the control class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study  is to examine whether  there  is influence  of principal  supervision  and  innovation of in- tegrated  curriculum  development by educational staff on  teacher  professionalism and  student  achievement, either  direct  or indirect  influence.  This research  is a non  experimental quantitative research  using  data  analysis  method with path  analysis statistical test (path analysis). The results showed  two conclusions.  First there is the direct and indirect influence of the principal supervisory  variables  and  the innovative  variables  of integrated curriculum  development by the educational staff on teacher professionalism variables. The magnitude of this influence is the direct influence of principal supervision  on the professionalism of teachers  by 2.37%,  the direct influence of integrated curriculum development innovation on professionalism of teachers  by53.29%, indirect  influence  of principal  supervision  and  innovation of integrated curriculum  development on teacher  profes- sionalism  of 7 , 37%,  and  total influence  on teacher  professionalism equal  to 68,03%. Second, there  are direct and  indirect influence of principal supervision  variable,  innovation variable  of integrated curriculum development by educational staff, and teacher  professionalism variable  to learning achievement variable.  The amount of influence is the direct influence of principal supervision  on student  achievement of 1.32%,  with indirect effect of 13.26%. The direct effect of integrated curriculum devel- opment innovation on student  achievement is 1.41%,  with indirect effect of 62.85%. The direct influence  of teacher  profes- sionalism on student  achievement is 74.13%. And the total influence on student  achievement of the three variables is 77.52%. That is, partially, principal supervision  and  innovative  curriculum  development development by uneducated educational staff on student  achievement in MA Al Um Pinang  Raya, but simultaneously together  with the professionalism of teachers  give a big positive impact.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Mau’izhah method used to improve student discipline in student learning at Pancasila Junior High School Bengkulu City. The research used a combination research approach (Mixed Methods) with a sequential explanatory design type, with a population of 35 students and teachers. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. After being analyzed with simple linear regression quantitative analysis, the results showed that the application of the mau’izhah method was effective in improving the discipline character of students at Pancasila Junior High School Bengkulu City, the partial t value was 2.975 with a significance of 5% > from t table 2.042. The Mau’izhah method is used to improve student discipline at SMP Pancasila City Bengkulu, contributing 21.10%, and the results of qualitative data analysis show that the mau’izhah method is said to be effective in improving student learning discipline, this can be seen from the results of the application of the method. what the teacher does in the learning process and outside of class hours is responded well by students, the results of the response are a lot of changes that occur to students such as students who were often late in coming in, have begun to gradually change, students who were often noisy in class now has begun to be orderly in carrying out learning, and students’ attitudes towards teachers have begun to reflect good students and even students’ interest in learning has increased.

Abstract

Learning fiqh in Islamic elementary schools are often less attractive and tend to be boring for students. In learningfiqh in MI students sought more active and keen to follow the lesson order learning process takes place in a conducive,effective, creative, efficient and fun. CTL approach is appropriate in the eyes pelajaranyang jurisprudence as applicableand can encourage students to live at once untukmengamalkan rules of Islam in daily life coupled with the use of videomedia so hopefully learning fiqh is not boring for students. This study aims to (1. To know the effect of CTL againststudent motivation (2. To Know video media influence on student learning outcomes (3. To know the effect of the CTLand Media Video on the students motivation. The method used in this study is an experimental method that reveal therelationship between two variables or more, or look for the influence of a variable to the other variables through theseexperiments can be obtained from the data on effects of CTL and Media Video on the motivation of the students on thesubjects of fiqh in MIN Muara siban Fences natural. After testing the equality of two average by using t-test result, theexperimental class posttest scores differed significantly from the control class posttest score thitung 3.79> 2.01 ttable to thesignificant level of 5%. This quasi-experimental research results indicate that the effect of CTL and video media in MuaraMIN Siban Pagar Alam on Students’ motivation has proven successful in increasing student motivation.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of digital learning media in the formation of Islamic character in children. In the increasingly advanced digital era, the use of technology in education has provided both opportunities and challenges. Through library research methods, this study explores various digital media such as interactive multimedia, learning videos, and learning management platforms that can support the process of internalizing Islamic values. In addition to its benefits in creating flexible and engaging learning experiences, this study also reveals the risks of exposure to negative content and the impact of technology on children's social interactions. Therefore, proper supervision from educators and parents is needed in the application of digital media to achieve the goals of Islamic character education optimally.
