In spite of the fact that there are a few ponders around, which approves these impact of social media on cooperation of youthful era in discretionary legislative issues is done already for a few nations of world but however, for the nation Bangladesh, there's no such consider still existing which uncovers these issues with explanatory-descriptive investigation, especially done for any specialized open college, where web is more reasonable than to other sorts of colleges, since of the extra consideration is given to data and communications innovation there. Blended strategy has been connected to create the ponder more solid. The ponder here maybe is done with a organize of organized survey and Center Gather Discourse; basic irregular inspecting and cluster testing to fulfill the subsisting crevice in this way have found the foremost common sorts of websites utilized by respondents, normal term of them in day by day premise, whether on other hand, have evaluated that adequacy of social media to motivate youthful era in political cooperation.

In this text we will deal with some nuances of the relationship between nihilism and art in the context of the cultural crisis of the early twentieth century. To carry out this task, the following approach is proposed: first, some generalities of nihilism are established. Second, the perspective of Nietzsche is outlined, he is the one who detects that the cause of the devaluation of values has its origin in the Platonist tradition of the Western thought, proposing that, in order to overcome this situation, it is necessary to transvalue values towards a new direction. Next, we seek to reflect how nihilism took over as a crisis of civilization at the beginning of the twentieth century, to do this we will review some perspectives of artists and men of letters who developed their work in this era. Finally, a conclusion is proposed

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the determination of employee performance culture and its impact on services at Aloei Saboe Gorontalo Hospital, including (a) competence. (b) management and (c) service incentives. This research method is a qualitative research type. The results of the study indicate: (1) the determination of employee competency development as human capital at the hospital is very possible because general practitioners and dentists are still dominant to be studied. Nursing staff and non-medical staff are still limited in quantity and quality. This limitation is not only in terms of quantity of manpower, but this limitation qualitatively still needs to be improved, both intellectual ability, performance, morals, attitudes, behavior, personality, and mindset as human capital in providing services, even though they have gone through "credentials". (2) Management as a dominant determinant influences the improvement of employee performance as human capital, even more so as a driver of controlling resources owned by the hospital. (3). Service incentives as a determinant motivate and build employee performance in carrying out service tasks at the Hospital. The use of service incentives as an effective instrument to improve service quality. The management of the hospital implements service incentives very appropriately considering the increasing development of competing hospitals with various services offered and have begun to use incentives as a means of improving services

Bank Indonesia has been introducing its plan to implement the redenomination of Rupiah by reducing the nominal value (or the face value) of Rupiah from 100.000 to 100, from 50.000 to 50, from 20.000 to 20, from 10.000 to 10, from 1.000 to 1 and so on. It means that the rate of redenomination is 1/1000 (thousandth). As long as the redenomination of Rupiah is implemented simultaneously with obligating people to rescale all prices of commodities in all markets at the same rate (1/1000), the potential pressure of inflation can be pushed down. At the same rate means that both buyer’s monies and seller’s prices are divided by 1.000. It is expected that the redenomination will bring out new social habits in expressing and quoting any value accounted with the unit of Rupiah. People will have to express hundreds of Rupiahs instead of hundreds of thousand, tens of Rupiahs instead of tens of thousands and just rupiahs instead of thousands. They will have to relearn how to write, read, and put numbers after the comma. A discussable definition or the denotative meaning is proposed here, that is, the redenomination is the simplification and equalization in quoting and presenting the nominal value of Rupiah, by dividing all units of Rupiah with the numeral 1.000, without changing the purchasing power of the people. This paper recommends to let the word “redenomination” become a new vocabulary in daily conversations. This is to hinder the emergence of connotative meanings (of redenomination) that may divert people away from the correct meaning

Providing fair compensation is important for companies to increase employee motivation so that they can increase their work productivity. This study aims to test how much influence compensation has on employee work productivity at PT Nenggapratama Mobilindo Gorontalo. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires to respondents, the data obtained primarily will be analyzed using regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Nenggapratama Mobilindo Gorontalo. The positive regression coefficient indicates that if the compensation variable given is greater, employee work productivity will also be greater. It can also be seen that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good with a determination coefficient value of 22.8%. This is because there are still various other factors that affect employee work productivity

The topic of gender studies, especially regarding women's roles in politics, is becoming more prominent in academic discussions in Cameroon, particularly in the northern region. Although women make up over half of the population in the north, they mainly engage in politics as voters and supporters in political activities, especially concerning political leadership in this area. They handle most of the tasks related to mobilizing for campaigns. However, women in the north face numerous obstacles that hinder their full participation in political leadership. These challenges include restrictive cultural norms, unfair traditional laws, and a deeply divided household workload. This paper looks into the different social and cultural challenges that hold women back from fully engaging in political leadership and decision-making. Since democracy began in Cameroon, cultural obstacles, social restrictions, and religious limitations have made it difficult for women to enter political leadership roles

To reach effective learning goals, language instruction requires precise evaluation. The evaluation of suitable use of the English language is essential for both teaching and education. This document examines the connection between evaluation and instruction. In India, classrooms frequently symbolize diversity. Learners originate from various linguistic and cultural environments, and these aspects can serve as valuable assets instead of obstacles. Pupils acquire English as an additional language while educators evaluate their language proficiency. The framework of language evaluation is directly connected to the significance of education and learning. The language abilities of students and their impact on educational experiences can be assessed

The high level of cybersecurity threats such as SQL injection attacks, cross-site scripting (XSS), and data breaches makes website security testing a critical need. This study aims to analyze website security vulnerabilities using the PTES method as a comprehensive penetration standard. The study uses an exploratory qualitative approach with five PTES stages: (1) pre-engagement, (2) intelligence gathering, (3) vulnerability analysis, (4) exploitation, (5) post-exploitation and maintaining access. The results of the study revealed that the SPPT Online website in Mojokerto City that had been scanned provided several accesses to open protocols created for communication channels. PTES effectively uncovered multidimensional vulnerabilities with a structured approach. The results of the study can be a guide to improving website security posture, especially in the financial management sector. This study highlights the urgency of periodic security audits based on standards such as PTES to mitigate cyber risks.

Interpretation of the reliability can be used as a quality measurement of operational system of safety. We propose maintenance methodology based on reliability as a solution for predicting reliability system. To make a convenience system appropriate with regulation, we begin to define the three reliability scopes, they are: interval reliability, component reliability, and system reliability. Proposal of Engineering Calculation is the RRS Model for predicting design of component reliability and MAS Method to correct reliability caused by real operation. MAS method consists of harmonization of maintenance schedule, resetting or hazard or overhaul, revitalization (component reliability improvement), and innovation (component replacement with actual part). Case study to implement these model and method based on Air Starting System of Tanker. Predict of system reliability design is 0.438044295. To obtain reliability based on regulation, it is necessary to do overhaul once in every five years. Innovation and revitalization for valve follow procedure of MAS method also done in every five years
