Abstract

This study is a qualitative study that aims to determine the Role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Implementing Guidance and Counseling Service Programs at SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk. The subjects of this study were 6 people consisting of 1 Principal, 1 Guidance and Counseling Teacher, and 4 students. Data collection techniques were Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. Based on the research that has been conducted on students regarding the Role of BK Teachers in Implementing Guidance and Counseling Service Programs at SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk, researchers can conclude that the Role of BK Teachers in Implementing Guidance and Counseling Service Programs at SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk is good, namely the role of BK teachers when providing services to students who have problems, and the implementation of BK service programs carried out by BK teachers, namely service programs and there are 4 services, namely personal, social, learning and career services and supporting facilities and infrastructure in the guidance and counseling service program. Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of group guidance in cultivating spiritual attitudes among eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, this research gathered data through observation, interviews with guidance counselors and students, and document analysis. The findings indicate that group guidance is effective in enhancing the understanding and internalization of spiritual values, leading to positive changes in students’attitudes and behaviors. This is evident in increased participation in religious activities and a deeper understanding of life’s meaning and purpose. However, some students exhibited less significant changes in their spiritual attitudes and behaviors and tended to be passive in group discussions. Therefore, this study recommends the use of more interactive and engaging group guidance techniques, such as role-playing, simulation games, and structured group discussions. In addition, strong support from the school, environment, family, and other supporting factors is crucial to improve the effectiveness of the group guidance program. Abstract

This research aims to describe the problem of social inequality between students with different backgrounds and social status. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects consisting of 6 informants, namely 3 teaching staff and 3 students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique consists of 3 stages, namely the observation, interview and documentation stages. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research reveal that the problem of social inequality between students is influenced by factors from various social backgrounds of students. Efforts to overcome this social gap can be carried out with academic and non-academic learning programs in schools by teaching staff. Keywords: Social Inequality, Student

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between family harmony and students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this research was class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to students as research samples. The analysis used is product moment correlation. The research results show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.39242 is a positive number. This shows that the influence of family harmony on learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk is positive. The KD value = 15.4% shows the great influence of family harmony on learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk, which is 15.4%. Meanwhile, the value of Tcount = 2.45, with degrees of freedom (db) = 35 – 2 = 33 and a significance level of 0.05 = 1.69 so, Tcount is greater than Ttable or 2.45 > 1.69, so the correlation is What happens is that there is a relationship between family harmony and motivation to study at SMA Negeri 1 Luwuk. Abstract

Internet users are growing rapidly due to advances in information and communication technology. Almost all people in the world use the internet in their daily life. The development of technology also affects the provision of guidance and counseling services, especially in schools. In this era of globalization, online counseling services or cyber counseling are very much needed by counselors or counseling teachers because they can provide services without distance and time limitations. This study aims to discuss the application of cyber counseling in schools. This research uses literature review or literature study in the form of journal articles. The results showed that cyber services are not effective because they can provide benefits for counselors and students to conduct counseling that is not limited to distance and time. Several methods are used to conduct online counseling, including: via email, Facebook, asynchronous chat, real applications, video conferencing, cell phones, and websites.
