Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen perencanaan PTK oleh guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang matang dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan PTK, dengan guru yang terlibat dalam pelatihan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam merancang dan melaksanakan tindakan kelas. Namun, tantangan utama yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya dukungan dari pimpinan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, PTK dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran jika dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang tepat dan didukung oleh pelatihan yang memadai serta dukungan dari pihak sekolah, sementara kolaborasi antar guru juga sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pelaksanaan PTK.

Abstract

Unequal access to education remains a major issue in Indonesia, particularly in remote areas that face shortages of facilities, infrastructure, and teaching staff. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational equity policies, along with the supporting factors, obstacles, and improvement strategies. The research method employed is a literature study by examining relevant literature, regulations, and previous research findings. The results indicate that educational equity policies have been pursued through various initiatives such as the School Operational Assistance (BOS) program, improvement of educational infrastructure, and the deployment of teachers to underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions. However, field implementation still encounters challenges, including limited basic facilities, uneven distribution of teachers, low community support, and difficult geographical conditions. Key elements supporting successful policy implementation include adequate infrastructure provision, development of teacher competencies, and active involvement of local governments. Meanwhile, the main barriers arise from poor infrastructure, limited school capacity, and inconsistent policy application. This study concludes that equitable access to education will be achieved if the government strengthens collaboration between central and local authorities, enhances support for teachers in remote areas, and optimizes the fair allocation of educational resources.

Abstract

Motivasi intrinsik merupakan determinan penting dalam keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa karena berkaitan langsung dengan minat, rasa ingin tahu, dan keterlibatan belajar yang muncul dari diri sendiri. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik secara konsisten memprediksi prestasi belajar melalui peningkatan regulasi diri, ketekunan, dan strategi belajar yang efektif. Namun, temuan empiris sering kali tersebar dan tidak terintegrasi secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan systematic literature review (SLR) terhadap 12 artikel terindeks SINTA dan Scopus yang diterbitkan pada 2016–2025 untuk mengkaji konsistensi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Proses penelusuran dilakukan menggunakan Publish or Perish dengan kata kunci intrinsic motivation, motivasi intrinsik, dan academic achievement. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik secara konsisten berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi akademik, baik melalui peningkatan nilai, IPK, maupun keterlibatan akademik. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan motivasi intrinsik perlu menjadi fokus utama dalam desain pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the routine literacy and numeracy program at SD Negeri 2 Dawan Klod in increasing students' interest in learning. This program is one of the main strategies implemented to overcome low student involvement in the learning process. The research uses a qualitative approach with primary data obtained through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from school documents. The research results show that this program has a positive impact on students' interest in learning through the application of various strategies, such as directed reading, integration of numeracy in real life, collaborative learning, and the use of interactive learning media. However, obstacles such as limited facilities, short lesson time, and variations in teaching materials are still the main challenges. To increase the effectiveness of the program, development of learning facilities, teacher training, and cooperation between schools and parents are needed. In conclusion, routine literacy and numeracy programs have great potential in increasing students' interest in learning, but require continuous evaluation and improvement for more optimal results.

Abstract

Student interest in visiting the school library is an important indicator in supporting a culture of literacy and the effectiveness of the library's function as a learning resource center. At SMAN 24 Bandung, the low level of visits indicates certain factors that influence student behavior in utilizing library services, so it needs to be analyzed systematically. This study used a descriptive quantitative method by distributing closed questionnaires to 117 students selected through a simple random sampling technique. The instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests before being used for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and ANOVA tests using SPSS to determine the relationship between variables and differences in interest in visiting by grade group. The findings showed that collection quality, librarian services, facilities, and school support contributed to student interest in visiting. The ANOVA results indicated significant differences between levels, with 10th-grade students having the highest interest in visiting. In addition, there was a positive relationship between reading interest and the intensity of student visits. Student interest in visiting is formed through a combination of mutually supportive internal and external factors, especially the relevance of the collection and librarian services. Libraries need to strengthen their services, facilities, and literacy programs to increase student participation.

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly the goal of quality education. However, challenges to the quality of education in Indonesia remain serious, including in history learning, which is often rote and lacks context. This study aims to examine the use of the regressive approach and living history as history learning strategies in realizing quality education oriented towards the SDGs towards Indonesia Emas 2045. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, through analysis of scientific literature, reputable journals, and relevant policy documents. The results of the study indicate that the regressive approach, which begins learning from contemporary issues and moves towards historical exploration of the past, can increase the relevance of history learning and develop students' critical thinking skills. Meanwhile, living history emphasizes direct learning experiences based on local history through observation, interviews, and environmental exploration, thereby fostering historical awareness, national values, and social responsibility. The integration of these two approaches is considered aligned with the principles of sustainable education and the Independent Curriculum because it encourages contextual, reflective, and participatory learning. Thus, the regressive and living history approaches have the potential to be effective pedagogical strategies in supporting the achievement of the SDGs.

Abstract

Contemporary learning is still largely dominated by a knowledge transmission approach that positions learners as passive recipients, resulting in learning processes that are often less meaningful and disconnected from learners’ real-life experiences. This article aims to examine the concept of learning experience within the framework of John Dewey’s constructivist philosophy and its contribution to meaningful learning. This study employs a literature review method with a philosophical–qualitative approach, drawing on John Dewey’s major works and relevant national and international educational journals. Data were analyzed using content analysis and interpretative techniques to examine conceptual consistency, interconnections among ideas, and their relevance to contemporary educational contexts. The findings indicate that learning experience in Dewey’s thought is understood as an active, reflective, and continuous process of reconstructing experience, operating through the principles of continuity and interaction. This concept positions learners as active subjects in the construction of knowledge, while the social environment and contextual settings serve as primary sources of learning. The article underscores the enduring relevance of John Dewey’s philosophy as a foundational framework for the development of experience-based learning in addressing contemporary educational challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan karakter disiplin pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Latar belakang studi ini berakar dari kekhawatiran mengenai penurunan moral dan masalah perilaku di kalangan generasi muda yang memerlukan perhatian mendalam melalui pendidikan karakter. Prosedur penelitian yang diterapkan ialah analisis pustaka dengan mempelajari berbagai sumber artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Temuan diskusi menunjukkan bahwa penguatan karakter disiplin dilaksanakan melalui metode teladan dari guru, kebiasaan perilaku positif, integrasi nilai dalam rencana pengajaran, serta penerapan peraturan sekolah secara berkesinambungan. Selain itu, terungkap bahwa kerja sama yang baik antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan dalam membangun disiplin pada siswa. Ringkasan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peranan penting sebagai alat untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang pada gilirannya menciptakan siswa yang memiliki karakter, bertanggung jawab, dan mematuhi norma yang berlaku
