Abstract

Writing this article aims to find out more deeply about the values of Islamic education that exist in Javanese society in the Mabar Hilir area, Medan. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method. The results of the study can be described that the values of Islamic education in the Javanese community in the Mabar Hilir area are heavily influenced by ancestral culture. As we know that the Javanese adhere to many Hindu-Buddhist values, animism and dynamism when Islam entered the Java region, therefore the majority of Javanese people still follow Hindu-Buddhist traditions and customs, animism and dynamism.

Besides the success of classroom teaching and learning process is also Determined at the level of teachers as sensitive educators to differed Characteristics of diverse learners. Intelligent teacher is able to Position himself as an educator as well as a parent of children in the Classroom learning. The history of Islamic education is essentially very closely related to the history of Islam. The period of Islamic education is always in the period of Islamic history itself. Islamic education at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW was a period of fostering Islamic education by cultivating Islamic education in daily life in accordance with the teachings of the Qur’an. Education during the Umayyad period experienced development when viewed from the aspect of teaching, although the system was still the same as at the time of the Prophet and the Khulafaurrasyidin.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to determine how big the role of pantun is in the aspect of Islamic education, especially in the village of Klambir V, as we know Islam coming to Indonesia did not change customs but how these customs can adapt to Islamic cultural values. The relationship between Islam and literature contains beautiful poems, advice and meanings that cannot be separated from the value of culture itself. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method, in which the author goes directly to observation, interviews and inputting data to the Klambir V village community.

Educational technology appears to be an issue along with the development of human life and the need for education and learning. Improving educational technology as a science and profession is determined by the region and field of work. The field of work develops, implements, proves and improves theory based on input from the field. The concept of educational technology in a narrow sense can be an educational medium, namely the result of technology as a tool in education so that it is effective, efficient and effective. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning using the Zoom and Google Classroom applications during the COVID-19 pandemic at Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra.  This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach.  The data sources in this study were students of PAI class A2 Afternoon and the phenomena that occurred when the online learning process occurred.  Collecting data in this study is observation, interviews, and documentation.  Data analysis techniques use the Miles Huberman model.  The research results show that learning using the Zoom application is less effective because it must be in a strong and stable network, wasting quota and expensive quota prices.  The Google Classroom application is effective for submitting assignments, UTS and UAS. The WhatsApp application is most effectively used in online learning because it is easily accessible by students who live in rural areas.
