Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the use of Briggs Model as an effective learning design to determine the learning outcomes of Grade 9 students in Yayasan Hamdi Husni Medan Pancing School. In the context of learning design, the use of the Briggs model can help teachers understand individual student learning preferences and needs. Teachers can design learning that suits students ' learning styles and preferences, thereby improving learning effectiveness and student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The research sample consisted of 9th grade students at Yayasan Hamdi Husni Medan Pancing School. Data is collected through learning outcomes tests that cover various aspects of knowledge and skills relevant to the material taught. The test results were then analyzed using statistical methods to compare student performance. The results showed that the use of the Briggs Model as a learning design had a positive impact on the learning outcomes of Grade 9 students. Learning using the Briggs Model showed a significant improvement in student learning performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether YouTube media can improve the speaking skills of MTs Karya Utama students and to find out the process of developing YouTube media in improving the speaking skills of MTs Karya Utama students in learning Arabic. The type of research used in this research is field research. The research instruments used in this study were observation sheets, questionnaires, and test items. While the data collection methods used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and tests. After the score results are obtained, it can be concluded that Youtube media as Arabic language teaching material is stated to be good or good to use with very good quality. So that students can use it as a learning resource in Arabic lessons.

Abstract

Learning media in the form of images is an intermediary tool used by educators in the teaching and learning process so that learning objectives can run well and can help students to increase interest in learning. This study aims to determine the application of media images in increasing students' learning interest in Fiqh lessons at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai City. This type of research is qualitative research, in which the researcher describes the application of media images in increasing students' interest in learning Fiqh at MTs Aisyiyah Kota Binjai through interviews as well as observation and documentation. The research subjects consisted of school principals, Fiqh teachers, and all students of class VII. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in using media images in increasing student learning interest in class VII Fiqh lessons at MTs Aisyiyah namely: carrying out the activity steps listed in the lesson plans, explaining material, providing material reinforcement materials such as textbooks, carrying out activities evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Dhuha Prayer is implemented in improving the religious character of students at MAN 1 Padang Lawas. The type of research in this thesis is qualitative research, which places more emphasis on the analysis of the inference process inductive. The approach used by the author is a descriptive approach, The situation described in this study is the implementation of Duha prayer in improving the religious character of students at MAN 1 Padang Lawas. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, documentation. Data analysis using data reduction analysis, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that through the implementation of Duha prayer, students will have a better understanding of the importance of Duha prayer as a recommended sunnah practice. They will realize the benefits and virtues of this dhuha prayer in enhancing their relationship with Allah and strengthening spiritual bonds. The school principal and teachers have provided education about the procedures for Dhuha prayer, its virtues, and provided motivation to students. With a good understanding, students will be motivated to carry out Duha prayers regularly and with high awareness. Principals and teachers are exemplary examples in carrying out Dhuha prayers. By seeing their consistent Dhuha prayer practice, students will be inspired and motivated to follow it.

Abstract

The history of Islamic culture is a subject that presents stories of Islam in the past. The history of Islamic culture is often considered less interesting because of its monotonous learning process. So it is important to choose the right learning method so that the learning atmosphere is more active and interesting so that students' learning interest increases. This study aims to find out the various Islamic Culture Seharah learning methods that are appropriate in increasing students' understanding and character because the methods applied in the learning process play a role in improving the quality of learning and increasing student learning interest. The research approach used is the study of literature and references used in the form of books, journals, articles and scientific papers. The results showed that the appropriate learning methods for the history of Islamic culture in increasing students' interest in learning were direct learning methods, group presentation methods, and mind mapping methods.

Abstract

Learning is a process activity carried out by individuals with the aim of obtaining a change in behavior as a form of experience in interaction with the environment. This research was conducted with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of fiqh subjects at MTs Al-Mahrus through direct implementation of the lecture method and group discussions. The subjects in this study were teachers who applied discussion and lecture learning models. The research method used is qualitative and observation. The data generated from this study were sourced from fiqh subject teachers who were interviewed and observations made at MTs Al-Mahrus. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions.

Abstract

The Epistemology of science refers to the study of the origins, characteristics, and limits of knowledge. In Islam, the epistemology of science is influenced by religious teachings and philosophical views that give the framework for understanding and development of knowledge. Epistemology in Islam that emphasizes the importance of understanding, reflection, and the use of common sense in attaining knowledge. The purpose of research in this article is to find out how the epistemology of science is in Islam. The research methods used are qualitative with a library study approach. Data analysis USES Miles and Hubermen analysis models, that is, collecting data, data reduction, data prsention, and deduction drawing. Islam encourages its adherents to seek out knowledge and use it  for the benefit of mankind. However, Islam also emphasizes the importance of ethics, morality, and justice in the use of science to avoid inflicting harm and harm on humas. With this approach, iptek development can be a positive instrument in improving the quality of life and progress of mankind, while at the same time paying attention to the islamic value of religion and justice.

Abstract

The application of a scientific approach in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan. The main problem in this study is the application of a scientific approach in learning Islamic Religious Education in class VII SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan, an overview of how the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan. This study aims to find out how the application of a scientific approach in improving learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan. This research is a research that uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the scientific approach in learning Islamic Religious Education in class in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan has long been well implemented because students use 5 stages namely: observing, asking, exploring, reasoning or associate and communicate.
