Abstract

PT Pertamina (Persero) is one of the largest state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia and plays an important role in supporting national energy security. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of the reward system and work environment on employee performance at PT Pertamina (Persero) in Central Jakarta. A quantitative method with a statistical approach was used. A sample of 100 permanent employees was selected using purposive sampling based on the following criteria: age between 22 and 55 years, minimum education level of high school or equivalent, and minimum work period of one year. The independent variables in this study are the reward system and the work environment, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The results showed that the reward system has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value greater than the t-table value (2.988 > 1.984) and a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. The work environment also positively and significantly affects employee performance, with a calculated t-value greater than the critical value (5.291 > 1.984) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Additionally, both independent variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 73.801 > F-table of 3.090 and a sig-level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Abstracts - The transformation of public service systems in the digital era, which demands greater efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality, has driven the West Jakarta Sub-Department of Library and Archives as a strategic institution in building a literacy-based society to face the challenges of job uncertainty and high workload that impact employee motivation. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative design to examine the effect of job uncertainty and workload on employee motivation at the West Jakarta Sub-Department of Library and Archives. Using purposive sampling, 35 respondents were selected as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with validity, reliability, classical assumption, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analyses assisted by SPSS version 26. The results indicate that job uncertainty and workload have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee motivation, with t-values of 5.373 and 4.526, an F-value of 214.600, significance level < 0.001, and an R Square value of 0.931, showing that 93.1% of the variation in employee motivation is explained by these two variables. Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the influence of FWA on employee performance by considering various mediating and moderating factors that influence the relationship. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach referring to the Kitchenham & Charters (2007) guidelines, the research process includes three main stages: planning, conducting, and reporting. Of the 450 articles identified through the Scopus, Google Scholar, Emerald Insight, and Garuda Dikti databases, 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed in depth using the PRISMA method. The synthesis results indicate that FWA has a positive effect on employee performance, especially when supported by work-life balance and work engagement as mediating variables. Several studies confirm that flexible work schedules and locations can improve employee well-being and work engagement, ultimately impacting productivity. However, the positive effects of FWA are not universal; organizational context, supervisor support, and technological readiness have been shown to be important factors determining its effectiveness. Studies also found that without adequate organizational support, FWA can lead to negative impacts such as social isolation, stress, and decreased job satisfaction. Overall, the results of this study confirm that FWA is a relevant human resource management strategy in the modern work era. Effective FWA implementation requires a balance between flexibility policies and strengthening organizational support systems, technology, and a collaborative work culture. These findings provide theoretical contributions by strengthening understanding of the relationship between FWA and performance, while also providing practical implications for organizations in designing adaptive, productive, and sustainable flexible work policies.

Abstract

Competition in the coffee business is getting tougher with the emergence of various coffee brands, one of which is Janji Jiwa coffee. Janji Jiwa experiences inconsistent taste from its products, in addition to its digital marketing strategy being considered less authentic because it uses influencer content. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of product quality and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Janji Jiwa coffee in Central Jakarta. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents of Janji Jiwa coffee consumers in the Central Jakarta area, then the data were tested using SPSS 23. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of product quality and digital marketing variables on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 8.685> t table 1.984 and a sign value of 0.000 <0.05, Digital Marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 2.127> t table 1.984 and a sign value of 0.036 <0.05, and simultaneously Product Quality and Digital Marketing have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated f value of 107.694> f table 3.09 and a sign value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Rapid development of technology and information has changed consumer behavior. Utilization of the internet is used as a means for transactions and determining purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and open trip prices on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Jalan Dulu Asia Bandung. The method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through SPSS version 26, Sampling using the purposive sampling method (samples with certain criteria) and data collected through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study are proven by the results of the t-test of the online customer review variable (X1) obtained t count 10.393> t table 1.984 and price (X2) obtained t count 7.118 > t table 1.984. The results of the simultaneous F test of online customer reviews (X1) and prices (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) obtained F count 142.383 > F table 3.090 and the results of the simultaneous determination coefficient calculation (R²) obtained a value of 0.746 (74.6%) which indicates that the variables online customer reviews (X1) and prices (X2) simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions (Y), while the rest is 25.4%. The results of the study indicate that online customer reviews and open trip prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Jalan Dulu Asia Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for the latest Adidas shoe products. A deep understanding of factors influencing consumer preferences is crucial for business sustainability in a competitive market context. The research method employed was a quantitative approach, disseminating questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of Adidas shoes. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The t-test results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (t=4.041, p=0.000), and similarly, brand image also shows a positive and considerable influence (t=4.148, p=0.000). Furthermore, the F-test results demonstrate that product quality and brand image significantly influence purchasing decisions (F=44.787, p=0.000). These findings indicate that intrinsic product aspects and brand perception collectively play a central role in driving consumer purchasing decisions. Thus, this research affirms that improving product quality and strengthening brand image are effective strategies for Adidas to win the competition and maintain consumer loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kemanggisan with the aim of analyzing the influence of financial literacy (X1) and financial attitudes (X2) on the financial management behavior (Y) of card division employees at PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kemanggisan. Data were collected through a survey of 72 card division employees using a questionnaire with a non-probability sampling technique using saturated samples. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using IBM SPSS Statistic V. 26 software. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Financial literacy (X1) has a partial effect on financial management behavior (Y). 2) Financial attitudes (X2) have a partial effect on financial management behavior (Y). 3) Financial literacy (X1) and financial attitudes (X2) have a simultaneous effect on financial management behavior (Y) of card division employees at PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kemanggisan.

Abstract

The post-pandemic transformation of the workplace has elevated employee well-being to a strategic priority, where the concepts of work-life balance and work flexibility have become key to retaining talent, especially from the Millennial and Gen Z generations. In line with this, a quantitative study, using a survey distributed via Google Form to 52 employees at Sea Today located at STO Telkom Gambir, Central Jakarta, aimed to analyze the influence of these two factors on job satisfaction. The research findings proved the proposed hypotheses: first, work-life balance has a partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, as evidenced by a t-test showing a t-statistic of 9.915, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.675, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Second, work flexibility also demonstrates a partially positive and significant influence, with a t-statistic of 10.000, which also exceeds the t-table value of 1.675, with a significance of 0.000. Even more significantly, when tested simultaneously, these two variables together have a very strong impact on job satisfaction, as indicated by the F-test results, which show an F-statistic of 112.002, far exceeding the F-table value of 3.18, at a significance level of 0.000. Thus, it can be firmly concluded that companies implementing policies that support work-life balance and provide effective work flexibility will create a highly satisfying environment for employees, which in turn maximizes the quality of human resources to achieve company goals efficiently.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial component that can help a company succeed. This study aims to analyze how leadership style and work motivation impact the performance of employees at PT Sinergi Pari Jaya Abadi Tangerang. The research employs a quantitative statistical method. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 38 employees of PT Toys Games Indonesia. A saturated sampling technique, where the population size is equal to the sample size, was utilized. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results indicate a significant positive effect of leadership style on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.385, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.030, and a significance value of < 0.001. Additionally, work motivation also positively impacts employee performance, with a t-value of 3.743 and a significance value of < 0.001. Simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation positively influence employee performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 26.014, which exceeds the F-table value of 3.267. The coefficient of determination shows that leadership style accounts for 33.38% of the variance in employee performance, while work motivation accounts for 26.48%. These findings indicate that both variables significantly contribute to enhancing employee performance in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction with Shopee Express services in the Jakarta area. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25, accompanied by validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) tests. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while trust does not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, service quality and trust are proven to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simply put, an R² value of 0.769 indicates that 76.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality and trust. These findings are expected to strengthen the literature on service marketing in the e-commerce logistics sector and provide practical input for Shopee Express to continue improving service reliability, delivery speed, and complaint handling effectiveness.
