Abstract

The problems in this study focus on achieving optimal employee performance, where performance is not only determined by workload, but also by work environment conditions. An unbalanced workload and a less conducive work environment can reduce employee work effectiveness, so a strategy is needed that is able to create balance and comfort at work. This study aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance in South Kembangan Village, West Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with a statistical approach. The research population amounted to 39 employees with a saturated sampling technique, which involved the entire population as a sample. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27 application. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance by 41%, while the work environment had a positive and significant effect partially by 29.8%. Simultaneously, workload and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 70.8%, while 29.2% were influenced by other variables outside the study. Therefore, this study can be concluded that the balance of workload and a conducive work environment contribute greatly to improving employee performance

Abstract

Many internal and external factors can affect the results of an organization's efforts to improve employee performance. Work motivation and discipline are two important components and have a major impact on employee performance. This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance at PT Bina Media Tenggara. This type of research uses quantitative techniques and uses survey methodology and special sampling strategies to select respondents and then send questionnaires to employees with the sampling technique used, namely saturated samples. The statistical software used is SPSS version 26, in this study there were 40 employees who were employees of PT Bina Media Tenggara. The results of the partial t-test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicate that work motivation and work discipline affect employee performance positively and statistically significantly. The results of the Simultaneous F test with a calculated F value of 103.105 with an F value in the table of 3.24 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicate that work motivation and work discipline both have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The ever-increasing accumulation of waste each year has created a concerning condition for the planet. Consequently, many companies have adopted sustainability principles in their business operations. Fore Coffee is one such business that implements green marketing as a core principle. This research aims to determine whether green products and green advertising have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This study utilized questionnaires and documentation to collect the necessary data. The results of this research indicate that green products and green advertising have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This is evidenced by the green product variable yielding a t-value of 8.014, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.984, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, green advertising also shows a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is demonstrated by its t-value of 6.835, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). The simultaneous test also reveals that green products and green advertising jointly have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a calculated F-value of 39.891, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.09

Abstract

One of the indicators that support Human Resource Management is the level of employee job satisfaction. There are many factors that can influence employee job satisfaction, including organizational culture and a sustainable work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture (X1) and a sustainable work environment (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk (GrahaTrans). This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to eighty-six respondents, and data analysis was conducted using IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a t-value of 3.987 and a significance level of 0.000. A sustainable work environment also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a t-value of 4.161 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, both of these variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction with an F-value of 51.181 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that improving organizational culture and creating a healthy and sustainable work environment are very important to increase overall employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline (X1) and the Work Leadership Style (X2) on employee performance (Y) at D'Arcici Hotel Plumpang, North Jakarta, using a quantitative approach and descriptive design. As many as 61 employees were used as samples through saturated sampling techniques, and data were collected using questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data was analyzed through the Validity Test (Pearson Product Moment) and Reliability (Cronbach's Alpha), followed by the classic assumption test (normality of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Normal Probability Plot, Multicolinearity of Tolerance and VIF, and heteroscedasticity of spearman’s RHO). The hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression analysis, T test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant significant effect on employee performance, while the work leadership style has a positive but not significant significant. However, simultaneously, both of these variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.661, which means 66.1% of employee performance variations are explained by work discipline and work leadership style, while the remaining 33.9%influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Discipline (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at CV Nusantara Cipta Pratama, Tangerang City. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees at the company’s head office. The data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Version 26, and the results indicate that Discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), with a t-value of 2.633 > t-table of 2.052 and a significance level of 0.014 < 0.05. Similarly, Motivation (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by a t-value of 30.031 > 2.052 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the F-test results show that both Discipline and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with an F-value of 103.950 > F-table of 3.354 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The study concludes that Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at CV Nusantara Cipta Pratama in Tangerang City

Abstract

That the quality of employee performance in each agency is the heart to determine whether or not the wheels of the organization run, so in this study aims to measure the extent to which the level of performance of employees of the DKPPU Office Administration Section to be able to periodically evaluate employees so that they can carry out their duties as well as possible. The method used in studying the performance of employees of the DKPPU Office Administration Section uses a non-statistical quantitative research method, namely a research approach that uses numerical analysis and statistical data, but because it is non-statistical, it still uses descriptive analysis on one research variable, namely performance based on key performance indicators with indicators as a tool in measuring the level of employee performance based on Permenpan 6 of 2022. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of employee performance in the DKPPU Office Administration Section as well as material for evaluating employee performance improvements. From the results of the study there are two indicators used, namely the main work results and work behavior, based on the measurement results, the main work results score is 8.88 and work behavior is 8.54 and the total score is 8.71 after being converted into a work predicate, the results of the DKPPU Office Administration employee performance measurement have a Good work predicate.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of accurate recording of cash receipts and disbursements and supporting financial management at PKBM Aditya. This study aims to analyze the recording of cash receipts and disbursements at PKBM Aditya, especially for Package C students during the period from January to April 2025. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that recording of cash receipts and disbursements at PKBM Aditya is still done manually and has not been computerized. The problems found include errors in recording the amount of debit and credit in the cash diary in April 2025. This causes the balance and financial reports to be inaccurate every month. In addition, the division of recording tasks which is only carried out by one treasurer without internal control increases the potential for recording errors. This study applies a computerized recording system such as Zahir, Myob and division of tasks to avoid fraud in financial reports

Abstract

 The development of digital technology has changed people's consumption patterns, especially among Generation Z who were born and raised in the digital era. E-commerce is one of the fastest growing sectors, with Shopee being one of the most popular platforms in Indonesia. However, there is still a gap in understanding how attitude towards the platform and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) affect Generation Z's purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude towards the Shopee platform and e-WOM on Generation Z's purchase intention. The method used in this research is a survey by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who are active Shopee users. The data collected was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that a positive attitude towards the Shopee platform had a significant effect on purchase intention, with a T-statistic value of 3,764 and a P-value of 0.000. In addition, e-WOM also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with a T-statistic of 2.497 and a P-value of 0.013. Simultaneously, these two variables explain 27.3% of the variation in Generation Z's purchase intention. These findings provide important implications for Shopee managers to continuously improve user experience and utilize e-WOM as a marketing strategy.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the development of information technology has become a major catalyst in the transformation of the business world. Ragasi Pharmacy located in Karawang, West Java, is a business entity engaged in general trade, namely selling. Medicines and medical devices to consumers. And is one of the pharmacies that has implemented the Zahir system in the cash management process, especially in the aspects of cash receipts and disbursements. This study uses qualitative research using inductive analysis and is descriptive. Based on the facts and data obtained in the field, Ragasi Pharmacy in recording cash receipts and disbursements even though it has used the Zahir Accounting application. However, there are still some obstacles in its implementation. This is due to human resources who are less proficient in using Zahir Accounting. The Zahir Accounting application has been implemented at Ragasi Pharmacy Karawang to manage cash receipts and disbursements more efficiently, Each transaction is recorded clearly, Ragasi Pharmacy Karawang applies data verification and validation procedures before the transaction is saved.
