Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Faktor Sebagai Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Proyek Bendungan Bendo, Ponorogo. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak covid -19 pada proyek bendungan bendo Ponorogo dengan menggunakan metode principle component analysis (PCA), dimulai dengan penyusunan dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden pekerja pada proyek bendungan bendo Ponorogo untuk kemudian di analisis principle component analysis (PCA). Berdasarkan hasil ranking analisis faktor terdapat 5 faktor dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang mempengaruhi proyek Bendungan Bendo, Ponorogo yaitu : adanya perubahan jam kerja, proyek terbengkalai karena PSBB, adanya pengurangan tenaga kerja, sulitnya transportasi bagi pekerja dan tukang ke lokasi proyek, dan keterlambatan pembayaran upah pekerja.Selanjutnya, faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap proyek Bendungan Bendo, Ponorogo adalah adanya perubahan jam kerja dengan nilai loading factor sebesar 0,838. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh analisis faktor terbentuk 6 faktor dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang mempengaruhi proyek Bendungan Bendo, Ponorogo yaitu faktor 1 dinamakan faktor internal, faktor 2 dinamakan faktor ketidakpastian proyek, faktor 3 dinamakan faktor pembatasan wilayah (PSBB), faktor 4 dinamakan faktor sosial, faktor 5 dinamakan faktor proses order tertunda, dan faktor 6 dinamakan faktor komunikasi. Faktor internal merupakan faktor dampak Covid-19 yang dominan mempengaruhi proyek Bendungan Bendo, Ponorogo dengan eigenvalues comulative sebesar 43,705%. Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19; Proyek Bendungan Abstract: Factor Analysis As Impact Of The Covid-19 Pandemic On Bendo Dam Ponorogo Projects: This study aims to analyze the impact of covid -19 on the Ponorogo bendo dam project using the principle component analysis (PCA) method, starting with compiling and distributing questionnaires to 50 worker respondents at the Ponorogo bendo dam project to then analyze principle component analysis (PCA). Based on the results of the factor analysis ranking, there are 5 factors impacting the Covid-19 pandemic that affected the Bendo Dam project, Ponorogo, namely: changes in working hours, abandoned projects due to PSBB, reduction in workforce, difficulty in transportation for workers and builders to the project site, and delays in payment workers' wages. Furthermore, the factor that has a dominant influence on the Bendo Dam project, Ponorogo is a change in working hours with a loading factor value of 0.838. The conclusions obtained from factor analysis formed 6 factors impacting the Covid-19 pandemic that affected the Bendo Dam project, Ponorogo, namely factor 1 called internal factors, factor 2 called project uncertainty factor, factor 3 called area restriction factor (PSBB), factor 4 called social factors, factor 5 is called pending order process factor, and factor 6 is called communication factor. Internal factors are the impact factors of Covid-19 which dominantly affect the Bendo Dam project, Ponorogo with a cumulative eigenvalue of 43.705%. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic; Dam Project

Abstract

Abstrak: Material Requirement Planning Berdasarkan Hasil Resource Leveling Pada Proyek Konstruksi Jalan Tol. Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara berkembang terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan aktivitas ekonomi nasional dengan pembangunan infrastruktur. Salah satu sektor infrastruktur yang sedang dalam proses pembangunan adalah Proyek Jalan Tol Solo – Yogyakarta – NYIA Kulon Progo. Proyek tersebut merupakan proyek konstruksi jalan tol sepanjang 96+57 Km, yang terbentang dari Solo hingga NYIA Kulon Progo. Pada tahap perencanaan proyek, ditemui beberapa kendala dalam hal pengalokasian sumber daya. Kendala tersebut berupa terjadinya fluktuasi yang diakibatkan oleh pengelolaan alokasi sumber daya manusia yang kurang merata dan pengadaan material proyek yang tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan, dimana hal tersebut dapat diminimalisir dengan menerapkan metode resource leveling dan Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Analisis perencanaan pengalokasian sumber daya tenaga kerja menghasilkan total durasi proyek selama 21 minggu, dengan puncak penggunaan tenga kerja pekerja sebanyak 179 pekerja/hari. Jumlah tersebut tidak sesuai dengan kondisi ideal, dimana jumlah maksimal pekerja yang tersedia hanya 85 pekerja/hari. Metode resource leveling digunakan sebagai solusi untuk masalah tersebut dengan hasil total durasi proyek bertambah menjadi 29 minggu dan penggunaan tenaga kerja dibawah 85 pekerja/hari. Selanjutnya, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan permintaan material digunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan teknik Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Lot for Lot (LFL). Total biaya MRP dengan metode EOQ sebesar RP 61.019.254.085. Sedangkan, total biaya MRP dengan Teknik LFL sebesar Rp 59.269.052.290. Sehingga Material Requirement Planning dengan menggunakan metode LFL lebih ekonomis dibandingkan dengan metode EOQ. Abstract: Material Requirement Planning Based on Resource Leveling Results in Toll Road Construction Projects. Indonesia as a developing country continues to strive to increase national economic activity through infrastructure development. One of the infrastructure sectors currently under construction is the Solo – Yogyakarta – NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road Project. The project is a 96+57 Km toll road construction project, which stretches from Solo to NYIA Kulon Progo. At the project planning stage, several obstacles were encountered in terms of allocating resources. These constraints are in the form of fluctuations caused by the management of the allocation of human resources that are uneven and the procurement of project materials that cannot meet requests, which can be minimized by applying the resource leveling method and Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The planning analysis of the allocation of labor resources resulted in a total project duration of 21 weeks, with a peak use of 179 workers/day. This number is not in accordance with ideal conditions, where the maximum number of workers available is only 85 workers/day. The resource leveling method was used as a solution to this problem with the result that the total duration of the project increased to 29 weeks and the use of labor was below 85 workers/day. Furthermore, to meet the needs of material requests, the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is used with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Lot for Lot (LFL) techniques. The total cost of MRP using the EOQ method is IDR 61,019,254,085. Meanwhile, the total cost of MRP using the LFL technique is IDR 59,269,052,290. So that Material Requirement Planning using the LFL method is more economical than the EOQ method. Abstract

Abstrak: Pengendalian Kualitas Produksi Bibit F2 Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) Menggunakan Metode Six Sigma. Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan pengendalian kualitas selama produksi bibit F2 jamur tiram putih yang kurang optimal selama proses perebusan, pendinginan, dan pengemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menerapkan metode Six Sigma dalam pengendalian kualitas produksi bibit F2 jamur tiram putih. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dikatakan bahwa data produksi dan data cacat berdistribusi normal. Adapun untuk hasil perhitungan menggunakan Metode Six Sigma dengan tahapan DMAIC, didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai DPMO sebesar 25470,7 dengan nilai sigma yang didapat senilai 3.452. Dimana setiap melakukan produksi menghasilkan sekitar 13,1273% produk cacat. Usulan perbaikan dalam produksi bibit F2 jamur tiram putih adalah menetapkan metode yang tepat, mengikuti prosedur produksi yang ditetapkan, meningkatkan konsentrasi pekerja, dan melakukan perubahan pada bagian mesin. Kata kunci: DMAIC; Produk Cacat; Quality Control; Six Sigma. Abstract: Quality Control of Oyster Mushroom F2 Seed Production (Pleurotus ostreatus) Using The Six Sigma Method. This research focuses on the problem of quality control during the production of suboptimal white oyster mushroom F2 seedlings during the boiling, cooling, and packaging processes. The purpose of this research is to apply the Six Sigma method to the quality control of white oyster mushroom F2 seedling production. Based on the results of the analysis, it is said that production data and defect data are normally distributed. As for the calculation results using the Six Sigma Method with the DMAIC stage, the results show that the DPMO value is 25470,7 with a sigma value obtained of 3.452. Where each production produces around 13.1273% of defective products. Proposed improvements in the production of white oyster mushroom F2 seedlings include setting the right method, following established production procedures, increasing worker concentration, and making changes to the machine. Abstract

Abstrak: Perancangan Perbaikan Kualitas Content Marketing dengan Pendekatan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) pada UMKM Sintya21project. Sintya21Project merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi produk pakaian dan jasa konveksi yang berasal dari kota Karangasem, Bali. Saat ini, Sintya21 Project memasarkan produknya secara online maupun tradisional yaitu mulut ke mulut dan media sosial seperti Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah usulan perbaikan kualitas content marketing pada Sintya21Project sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil pada penelitian ini secara berurutan dari yang paling penting dapat dijelaskan content marketing UMKM Sinty21project ideal menurut konsumen adalah yang memenuhi semua atribut atau requeriment consumer. Selain itu menjawab rumusan masalah diantaranya : (1) Atribut yang diperlukan oleh UMKM Sintya21 Project dalam pembuatan Content Marketing diantaranya yaitu mudah dipahami, mudah diingat, mampu menjelaskan merek/produk, bernilai dan mengedukasi, memenuhi kebutuhan, informatif, disukai, dapat dipercaya, memiliki pengaruh timbal balik, relevan, membantu pengambilan keputusan, membantu pengambilan keputusan, bermanfaat bagi kehidupan dan lingkungan sekitar, memenuhi kebutuhan public, dan sesuai dengan kode etik dan tidak dimanipulasi; (2) critical-to-satisfaction requirements (CTs) yang perlu untuk diprioritaskan yaitu terkait kualitas konten; (3) Rekomendasi yang tepat dalam pengembangan content marketing UMKM Sintya21Project yaitu diharapkan UMKM Sintya21Project dapat memperbaiki terkait kualitas konten dengan melakukan inovasi terkait konten pemasaran atau bekerjasama dengan professional agar dapat menarik konsumen. Abstract: Design of Improving Content Marketing Quality Using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) Approach to Sintya21project SMEs. Sintya21Project is one of the MSMEs engaged in the production of clothing products and convection services originating from the city of Karangasem, Bali. Currently, Sintya21Project markets its products online and traditionally, namely word of mouth and social media such as Instagram. This study aims to design a proposal to improve the quality of content marketing at Sintya21Project according to customer needs using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of this study, sequentially from the most important, can be explained as the ideal MSME Sinty21 project content marketing according to consumers is one that fulfills all consumer attributes or requirements. In addition to answering the formulation of the problem including: (1) The attributes needed by the UKM Sintya21 Project in making Content Marketing include being easy to understand, easy to remember, able to explain brands/products, valuable and educative, fulfilling needs, informative, liked, trustworthy, have mutual influence, relevant, assisting decision making, beneficial to life and the surrounding environment, meeting public needs, and in accordance with the code of ethics and not being manipulated; (2) critical-to-satisfaction requirements (CTs) that need to be prioritized, related to content quality; (3) Appropriate recommendations in the development of MSME Sintya21Project content marketing, namely that it is expected that UMKM Sintya21Project can improve content quality by innovating related to marketing content or collaborating with professionals so that they can attract consumers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the hazards that arise as a result of the final press machine maintenance process and to provide a solution to the existing hazards in the form of safeguards or recommendations for improvement. The method used in this study is the SWIFT (Structural What If Analysis) method, which is a technique for identifying the dangers of a questioning approach using the what if keyword. System design is carried out to evaluate the company's occupational safety and health system by examining the causes and implementing corrective solutions. In this paper, the results of this study were carried out using a qualitative method by conducting an analysis on maintenance activities for the final press machine which resulted in risks with different levels, namely 13 medium priorities, 3 low priorities and 4 lowest priorities with the conclusion that the medium priority would be recommended for system improvement because it has the highest priority value which aims to prevent and reduce the risk level of work accidents in the final press machine maintenance process. Suggestions for companies to pay more attention to the safety and health of workers in order to achieve a comfortable and safe work system for workers by providing PPE, and there needs to be an emphasis on implementing efforts to control work accidents for workers to minimize the risk of work accidents.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan kekayaan dan hasil alam terbesar di dunia. Sebagian besar hasil alam di Indonesia dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan masyarakat dan penggerak perekonomian Salah satu hasil alam Indonesia yang menjadi komoditas adalah teh. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan daun teh. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh PT. XYZ adalah teh hijau (green tea). Dalam memenuhi permintaan, PT.XYZ mengalami kendala pada waktu-waktu tertentu seperti pada musim penghujan. Di musim penghujan daun teh cenderung mudah terserang hama atau penyakit seperti penyakit cacar daun yang disebabkan oleh Basidiospora Exobasidium Vexans. Parasit tersebut berkembang pada embun (kabut setelah hujan), air hujan, dan pada temperatur rendah sehingga salah satu hal solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memetik teh lebih awal dan dengan cepat sebelum daun teh terserang hama atau penyakit. Akibat menggunakan alat tradisional saat proses pemetikan daun teh terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti produktivitas pemetikan dan gangguan yang berisiko menyebabkan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Untuk menindak lanjuti hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan membuat rancangan alat bantu pemetik daun teh menggunakan metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) sehingga rancangan alat bantu pemetik daun teh pemetik daun teh yang dibuat dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pemetikan serta rancangan alat yang sesuai dengan aspek ergonomi (ENASE).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of waste in the cheese banana chips production process at Flamboyan UKM and find out how to minimize waste in the production process. This study uses the lean manufacturing method in evaluating the formulation to identify and reduce waste that occurs in Flamboyan UKM. The results of this study are two wastes, namely waiting time where waiting activities occur in the stacking of finished products in the draining process with a time of 247.13 seconds and in the cooling process with a time of 251.77, and waste defects where there are cracked chips, charred chips and packaging processes that are not good , causing the chips to not be crispy. The conclusion of this research is to minimize waste wasting time by adding a spinner machine in the draining process, as well as for the cooling process to minimize waste waiting time for the chips to be separated into several containers. Furthermore, for waste defects, conduct training for employees and carry out product checks or checks. Suggestions for Flamboyan SMEs need training for employees to be more effective in carrying out good work and making continuous improvements in order to get good product results

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal and external environmental factors and to determine the position of CV. XYZ on the level of growth and market share and determine the best business development strategy to win market share competition. The method used in this study to identify internal and external factors that exist in CV. XYZ, namely by using the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) method and to determine market growth and market share in CV. XYZ uses the BCG Matrix (Boston Consulting Group Matrix) method. In this study, the authors used a descriptive quantitative approach by identifying external and internal factors as well as sales data in the last 2 years that could influence business development at CV. XYZ. The conclusion of this research is CV. XYZ is in quadrant 1 which is obtained from external and internal results which have been processed later on the BCG PT method. XYZ is in the cash cow quadrant which means CV. XYZ experienced low market growth and high relative market share. Advice to the company is to do business development and get certified.

Abstract

This research aims to determine inventory policy planning using the Continuous Review and Periodic Review method to Minimize Overstock. The research methods used in this research are the Continuous Review and Periodic Review methods to minimize overstock. Data collection through observation, documentation and interviews. This research classifies products using ABC analysis. The results of the ABC analysis classification, namely 3 types of products including category A, 3 types of products including category B, and 2 types of products including category C. Based on the results of the ABC analysis classification, categories A and B are calculated using the continuous review method (s, S) and category C will be calculated using the periodic review method (R, s, S). Based on the results of data processing, the amount of proposed inventory produced has decreased by around 39% and the cost of proposed inventory by around 90%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the proposed inventory policy using the continuous review (s, S) and periodic review (R, s, S) methods is able to minimize overstock that occurs at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze people's needs and expectations for IoT-based bus services in Gorontalo District. The research approach involves literature studies, online surveys, direct interviews, and descriptive and qualitative data analysis. The research results show that 43% of Gorontalo Regency residents are interested in switching to using IoT-based bus services, with the majority interested in traveling in the context of work. The development of IoT-based smart buses is expected to improve the quality of transportation, reduce congestion, and accidents, and improve the overall quality of life for society. However, it is recommended that there be collaboration between the government, community, and the private sector to successfully implement this service, especially in Gorontalo Regency.
