Abstract

This research aims to identify weaknesses in restaurant service which are then corrected by designing recommendations for service improvement using Quality Function Deployment. The method in this research uses the Quality Function Deployment method. The Quality Function Deployment method is used through two iterations, namely House of Quality (iteration one) which aims to translate customer needs into technical characteristics by considering the restaurant's capabilities and Part Deployment (iteration two) which aims to identify prioritized critical parts. Service improvements were carried out based on 10 true customer needs obtained from restaurant customers who had dined in. The first iteration produced 15 technical characteristics and the second iteration produced 31 critical parts which were prioritized for improvements to restaurant services. This research can be concluded that there are 15 prioritized technical characteristics and 31 prioritized critical parts. The results of the technical characteristics and critical parts are the basis for making recommendations for improving restaurant services whose targets need to be met in accordance with the decisions of the owner of Resto Kita.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a U/UX prototype for a cake ordering website using a design thinking approach. Design thinking is a method for developing business innovations that focus on users. Two phases are involved: the inspiration and ideation phases. Data collection through observation and in-depth interviews, the inspiration phase understands user needs and goals. The ideation stage involves brainstorming with stakeholders and selecting ideas into solutions, in the form of features for the Laa Zuru mobile website. The resulting website prototype was tested through the System Usability Scaling questionnaire. The test results show a score of 82.5, indicating the usability of the mobile website prototype is in category B (Acceptable) and has an adjective rating of "excellent" in the usability testing assessment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of waste in the cheese banana chips production process at Flamboyan UKM and find out how to minimize waste in the production process. This study uses the lean manufacturing method in evaluating the formulation to identify and reduce waste that occurs in Flamboyan UKM. The results of this study are two wastes, namely waiting time where waiting activities occur in the stacking of finished products in the draining process with a time of 247.13 seconds and in the cooling process with a time of 251.77, and waste defects where there are cracked chips, charred chips and packaging processes that are not good , causing the chips to not be crispy. The conclusion of this research is to minimize waste wasting time by adding a spinner machine in the draining process, as well as for the cooling process to minimize waste waiting time for the chips to be separated into several containers. Furthermore, for waste defects, conduct training for employees and carry out product checks or checks. Suggestions for Flamboyan SMEs need training for employees to be more effective in carrying out good work and making continuous improvements in order to get good product results

Abstract

North Musi Rawas Regency is a new district that has a wealth of natural resources, one of which is water resources. However, the use of water resources is not maximized and not properly inventoried, especially in disaster activities such as floods and forest fires. This is because the condition of the area is difficult to reach, making it difficult for local governments to map the situation and potential of water resources. The increasing development of science and technology requires local governments to have special data collection systems for natural disaster situations and water resources, especially those that can be accessed by the public. The aim of this research is to identify natural disaster situations and water resource potential based on field data taken and provide information regarding natural disaster data (floods and forest fires) and water resource potential that can be accessed by the government and the public. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a general overview of information regarding natural disaster situations and water resource potential in North Musi Rawas Regency so that it can become a work reference and decision/policy making for the Government/relevant agencies in disaster emergency response preparedness efforts and the development of sustainable water resource potential development. . The research location is North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method is a field survey. The survey carried out was to collect data and coordinate points for floods and forest fires as well as potential water resources. Next, hydrological system identification and data inventory will be carried out. Then the data was analyzed using a GIS application. The map contains information on disaster point data (floods and forest fires), water facilities and infrastructure as well as water resource potential as part of public information.

Abstract

This current research aimed to plan an optimal and scheduled production to minimize defects in production quantities, excess or shortage of production quantities with minimum costs. The method used was Dynamic Progamming to develop optimal scheduling, by forecasting average production using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. The ARIMA was employed to forecast the average amount of production data of CV Shohat Gorontalo which were the data for the last 24 weeks or during 6 months. The result obtained was that the minimum cost was always obtained at the inventory figure I = 0, because having less inventory or even no inventory would reduce the total cost due to the small holding costs when compared to production costs. The cost incurred for the production schedule during the July- December of 2023 period was IDR 9,161,954,550. In addition, the data were the optimal result in minimizing production costs using the Dynamic Programming method. Abstract written in English. Abstract

Abstract: Experimental Study of the Effect of a Mixture of Ethanol and Pertamax on Fuel Consumption of a 125cc Injection Motorcycle. Currently the need for petroleum is quite high. This is because transportation and industry still rely on petroleum as the main fuel. Ethanol has similar properties to Pertamax fuel which can be applied to every vehicle, especially two-wheeled vehicles. The aim of this research is to find out how the addition of ethanol to Pertamax fuel affects the amount of fuel consumed by injection motorbikes. The mixture percentages that will be tested are E10+P90, E20+P80, and E30+P70 respectively, and then the consumption results are compared with tests using pure Pertamax (E0+P100). The test results show that the use of Ethanol-Pertamax mixed fuel can be reduced when the percentage of the ethanol mixture is below 50%. Where the lowest fuel consumption is the E30+P70 mixture at 16.4% compared to pure Pertamax consumption.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the structural analysis of a building using software Since computerization is used to complete every building plan or design, the development of technology and information, especially computerization in the world of construction, cannot be separated anymore and is not a new phenomenon. The decision to use a computer to complete construction plans was based on the fact that computers have the advantage of not only being able to finish quickly but also having accuracy, effectiveness, and ease of use (Dwi Deshariyanto, Anita Intan Nura Diana 2021). The following findings have been achieved based on the final results of the development of this final report. using the SAP 2000 version 22 program to calculate reinforcement in columns, beams, and floor slabs, Using earthquake response spectrum design analysis, earthquake load calculations refer to SNI 1726: 2019 (Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resistance for Buildings and Non-Buildings), The design of this building is based on the type of reinforced concrete structure and the Unique Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). Abstract

The research aims to determine the zoning of water catchment areas in Kwandang District and find out how appropriate the use of regional spatial planning is in water catchment areas in Kwandang District. This research emphasizes a spatial approach. Analyze the variables to be studied using the overlay method with Geographic Information System (GIS) software and data scoring to identify water catchment areas. The zoning of water catchment areas in Kwandang District can be divided based on the classification of natural infiltration potential, namely large, medium and small natural infiltration potential. Medium natural infiltration potential has the largest area of around 17375.17 Ha or 88.61% of the total water catchment area, large natural infiltration potential has an area of 2201.21 Ha or around 11.23%, while small infiltration potential has the smallest area, namely 31.64 Ha or around 0.16% of the water catchment area in Kwandang District. Water catchment areas that have small and moderate natural infiltration in terms of space use can be used for the construction and development of cultivation areas, while water catchment areas that have large natural infiltration are recommended for use of space as protected areas. Abstract

Abstrak: Metode Double Exponential Smoothing dan Arima untuk Meramalkan Kebutuhan Air Pelanggan PT Petro Karya Niaga Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan metode peramalan terbaik dalam memprediksi kebutuhan air pelanggan PT PKN dengan membandingkan metode double exponential smoothing dan metode ARIMA. Data yang digunakan permintaan air PT Petro karya Niaga dengan periode Juni 2020 hingga September 2023. Berdasarkan penelitian ini. Hasil prediksi permintaan Penjualan PT PKN menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing dari periode Oktober 2023 - Maret 2024 berturut – turut pada bulan Oktober 2023 sebesar 833.596, November 2023 sebesar 825.279, Desember 2023 sebesar 816.961, Januari 2024 sebesar 808.643, Februari 2024 sebesar 800.326, Maret 2024 sebesar 792.008. Nilai error yang diperoleh yaitu MSE 44405.82. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi model ARIMA hanya terdapat 1 model saja yang layak untuk dijadikan model persamaan peramalan yaitu ARIMA (0,2,1), Model ARIMA (0,2,1) mempunyai nilai MSE sebesar 50168. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model yang paling baik digunakan adalah model ARIMA (0,2,1) untuk model peramalan permintaan air PT Petro Karya Niaga. Hasil prediksi yang diperoleh dari bulan 2023 - Maret 2024 berturut – turut secara berurutan adalah 810.57; 796.78, 783.65, 771.17, 759.33 dan 748.15. Metode double exponential smoothing lebih unggul dibandingkan metode ARIMA dalam memprediksi kebutuhan air di PT PKN karena menghasilkan nilai MSE yang lebih kecil dan waktu komputasi yang lebih cepat dibandingkan ARIMA. Kata kunci: ARIMA, Double Exponential Smoothing, MSE Abstract: Double Exponential Smoothing and Arima Methods for Predicting Water Needs of PT Petro Karya Niaga Customers The aim of this research is to obtain the best forecasting method in predicting the water needs of PT PKN customers by comparing the double exponential smoothing method and the ARIMA method. The data used is PT Petro Karya Niaga's water demand for the period June 2020 to September 2023. Based on this research. PT PKN Sales demand prediction results using the Double Exponential Smoothing method from the period October 2023 - March 2024 respectively in October 2023 amounted to 833,596, November 2023 amounted to 825,279, December 2023 amounted to 816,961, January 2024 amounted to 808,643, February 2024 amounted to 800,326, March 2024 amounting to 792,008. The error value obtained is MSE 44405.82. Based on the results of identifying the ARIMA model, there is only 1 model that is suitable to be used as a forecasting equation model, namely ARIMA (0,2,1). The ARIMA (0,2,1) model has an MSE value of 50168. So it can be concluded that the model is the best used is the ARIMA model (0,2,1) for PT Petro Karya Niaga's water demand forecasting model. The prediction results obtained from 2023 - March 2024 respectively are 810.57; 796.78, 783.65, 771.17, 759.33 and 748.15. The double exponential smoothing method is superior to the ARIMA method in predicting water needs at PT PKN because it produces a smaller MSE value and faster computing time than ARIMA. Abstract

This research aims to increase the reliability and availability of the Nitrogen Air Compressor machine and determine the maintenance schedule for the Nitrogen Air Compressor machine. The method used in this research is the Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) method to determine the level of Reliability Availability and Maintainability on Nitrogen Air Compressor machines to determine more optimal maintenance scheduling. The results of this research showed 4 defects in the Nitrogen Air Compressor units C and D components, namely (1) Filter Dryer (M 580-1) (C) produced a system reliability value of 82.47%, a system maintainability value of 83.00%, and Availability that has been carried out can produce an inherent availability value of 99.67% and an operational availability value of 99.92%. (2) Air Inlet Filter (6.4198.1) (C) produces a system reliability value of 81.31%, a system maintainability value of 83.87%, and Availability that has been carried out can produce an inherent availability value of 99.92% and operational availability value is 99.92%. (3) Oil Filter (6.3464.1) (D) and produces a system reliability value of 81.34%, system maintainability value of 85.49%, and the Availability that has been carried out can produce an inherent availability value of 99.93% and operational availability value is 99.93%. (4) Filter Dryer (M 580-1) (D) produces a system reliability value of 80.%, system maintainability value of 85.49%, and Availability that has been carried out can produce an inherent availability value of 99.93% and an operational availability of 99.93%. From these results it can be concluded that the RAM method can determine more optimal machine maintenance scheduling. Suggestions for companies are that they can implement scheduling using the RAM method.
