Abstract

This study investigates the influence of social media marketing, entrepreneurial orientation, and halal product labeling on the competitive advantage of culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jombang Regency, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design with a purposive sampling technique, this study involved 105 culinary MSMEs that have obtained halal certification and actively utilize social media platforms for marketing purposes. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and processed using SPSS software. The findings reveal that social media marketing, entrepreneurial orientation, and halal product labeling each exert a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in Jombang. These results underscore the importance of optimizing digital marketing strategies, fostering a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and adhering to halal certification standards as integrated efforts to enhance the sustainable competitive edge of culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the profit sharing in the rice cultivation system and study the perspective of Islamic law on the results in the rice cultivation system in Bedegung Village, Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is a qualitative research. The data sources used in this study are two, namely primary data and secondary data. The research location was in Bedegung Village, Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency for 60 days. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Profit sharing in the system of cultivating paddy fields in Bedegung Village, Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is known as Paruan where the land owner connects the land to the cultivator to be cultivated with the help of flowers) while the cultivators get one (1) part. If the fund is cultivated, then the portion gets 2 parts while the land owner gets 1 part. Likewise, the costs are borne jointly, then the portion obtained between the land owner and each tiller (1/2). From the perspective of Islamic law the Profit Sharing System in Cultivation of Rice Fields is not appropriate because it contains ghororic elements. The lack of clarity requested was the muzara'ah contract and mukhabarah regarding the contract agreement, because the landowners and tenants were not present in the agreement and the results of the agreement were not only written verbally. However, it is incomplete with Islamic law because the practice carried out by the Bedegung Village community is carried out on the basis of liking and liking unpleasant to help,

Abstract

Halal certification is vital in the food industry, especially in Muslim-majority areas like Gresik. This study analyzes its impact on consumer satisfaction at CV Suwaga Jaya Bu Muzanah Gresik using a qualitative case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The    findings show that halal certification significantly enhances consumer trust and satisfaction by ensuring compliance with Islamic law. It also boosts customer loyalty, as satisfied consumers tend to recommend the products. However, consumer satisfaction is also influenced by product quality, service, and market availability. Thus, while halal certification is crucial in CV Suwaga Jaya’s marketing strategy, factors like product innovation and service improvements are also necessary to maintain competitiveness.

Abstract

The zakat funds collection, infaq and shadaqah movement in Sragen Regency was formally implemented by the Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah Agency (BAZIS) which was established on May 27, 1991. By the issuance of Law No. 38 of 1999 concerning  Management of  Zakat, it was changed to the National Zakat Agency ( BAZNAS). Amil Zakat Agency (BAZ) Sragen has a number of special programs in introducing zakat to the community. Finally they were  able to collect zakat funds of around Rp. 250 million per month. The zakat funds which are collected at the Sragen BAZ mostly come from civil servants, the TNI and the National Police. However, this program has not been optimal yet, zakat funds absorbed only around Rp. 2 billion per year from the potential of Rp. 7 billion. Therefore, performance measurement  is one of the important factors in companies and institutions to evaluate work results from the past period.This research uses the Balance Scorecard paradigm / perspective, namely measurement using four perspectives; Finance, Customers, Internal Business, Learning and Growth. The method used is descriptive explorative qualitative method. Data was collected by interview, questionnaire and documentation.The results showed that the performance of BAZNAS of Sragen Regency was "Good". The results of the average score of the performance appraisal of BAZNAS in Sragen Regency were 6: 8 = 0.75 which is "Good".

Abstract

The inhibition of literacy regarding Islamic banks has made many millennials in the Solo Raya area still choose to use conventional bank services and have not yet used Islamic bank services.  This study aims to determine the effect of convenience, benefit and security variables on the use of BSI Mobile.  The sampling technique used clustered and random sampling methods.  The population obtained from each region is 1,412,000 people, resulting in a minimum sample size of 107 respondents.  Analysis of the research data using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of this study show that the convenience and benefit variables significantly influence the decision to use the mobile banking, while the security variables does not affect the decision to use BSI Mobile.

Abstract

There are rooms where producers and consumers do not meet to create value in use. The existence of a Joint sphere to create co-creation value raises the importance of the customer experience. At a time when the world has changed with characteristics where transactions are done facilitated by technology. This results in less interaction between employees and customers to create results from services in self-service technology. Service failure is important because service failure is one of the causes that drive customers to move to other companies in meeting their needs. Then the relationship between service failure and customer satisfaction can be explained by looking at initial disconfirmation and recovery disconfirmation. The customer's expectation of a possible problem is confirmed as well as the customer's expectation of a viable recovery effort, thereby creating a buy back for the consumer. Abstract

Good financial literacy, especially in the digital era now is important to be understood by millennials. The digitization of Islamic which is able to provide more efficient, safer, faster financial products and the risk of losing money is less well understood by this generation. Islamic digital banking services like mobile banking and internet banking, which describe the virtual process to support all services, are expected to be able to significantly increase the level of Islamic banking literacy and have a positive impact on business growth in general. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. Data was obtained by using questionnaire which was distributed to 100 millennial respondents who used m-banking or i-banking in Kudus. The answers to the questionnaire were measured using a rating scale, then data was analysed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that m-banking and i-banking had a significant and positive effect to the literacy of millennials about Islamic banks in Kudus. It was proven by a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The R-square value is 0.775, which means the contribution of the influence provided by mbanking and i-banking services to millennials Islamic financial literacy in Kudus is 77.5%, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Human Resources development has an important role in improving employee performance and productivity. In developing human resources, it can be done using a work motivation approach where work motivation is an impulse to do something consciously that arises from within and outside of each individual with the aim of increasing superior and competitive human resources. In the work motivation there are 6 motivational theories including: Need theory from Abraham Maslow, (b) Frederick Herzberg's two-factor theory, (c) McClelland's Achievement Theory, (d) Strengthening Theory (e ) Expectancy Theory, (f) Purpose Theory as Motivation. Based on this theory a leader can do various things to improve employee motivation and work to improve work productivity because with high motivation, work productivity will also be high and vice versa because between the two will be interrelated.

Abstract

Financial technology has become an opportunity and a problem for the public sector and SMEs or Indonesian micro, small and medium enterprises in recent years, especially those in the city of Padang. This research aims to analyze the effect of privacy and security on the intention to use LinkAja’s payment financial technology. The problem is that fewer people use the LinkAja fintech payment application compared to DANA, GoPay, OVO, and ShopeePay. LinkAja noted that its market share has the smallest transaction value of the total value of e-wallet transactions in IndonesiaPrimary data is needed, and distribute the questionnaire through a google form program. The sampling technique is convenience sampling with a total sample of one hundred and thirty-six respondents. Using the Smart PLS program, this study includes a measurement model assessment (MMA) program, descriptive analysis, and structural model assessment (SMA). Results show that privacy has a positive effect and significance on intentions to use financial payment technology. Security also positively and significantly impacts using monetary payment technology for SMEs’ Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is one of the efforts help the business person in assessing the performance of the companies (banking), namely to know how the performance of PT. BPRS SAFIR BENGKULU in the priode 2012-2014 if seen with the Balanced scorecard approach. The study was descriptive in nature with the quantitative approach, where the purpose of this descriptive study was to make a picture, or painting in a systematic, actual and accurate regarding the facts, properties and relationships between phenomena investigated. The collection of data on research is, interviewing, documentation, questionnaire by means of collecting data skunder and the data collected is financial reports in 2012, 2013, 2014. From the results of the measurement of overall performance showed that the performance of PT BPRS SAFIR BENGKULU already good views from all four financial perspective, the customer perspective, the perspective of internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective of the balanced scorecard.Keywords: Performance, Balanced Scorecard, Islamic Banking
