Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to find out how students understand of Islamic Economics majors about Islamic stock investments before the establishment of the IDX Islamic Investment Gallery IAIN Bengkulu at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business. (2) to find out how students understand of Islamic Economics in the Islamic about stock investment department after the establishment of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Islamic Investment Gallery IAIN Bengkulu at the Faculty of Islamic data in the form is observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study is : (1) before enstabilistment GIS many students knows Islamic stocks is still limited to theory because there is no place of practice and educational tools to better understand about Islamic stock investment. (2) after the formation of GIS, students' understanding of sharia shares has increased compared to before the enstabilistment of GIS. Students have used existing support facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betapa pentingnya penerapan kode etik dalam menjaga integritas Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran, memadukan analisis kuantitatif dan kajian literatur. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kesadaran etika karyawan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap integritas, dengan hasil koefisien regresi sebesar 0,839 dan nilai determinasi 67%. Kesadaran ini berperan penting dalam mendukung penerapan prinsip syariah, profesionalisme, dan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Kajian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan kode etik yang kuat dapat mencegah pelanggaran seperti benturan kepentingan, gratifikasi, dan doktrin jabatan. Langkah-langkah strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, pengawasan penerapan kode etik, membangun dan memperkuat nilai-nilai prinsip peraturan kode etik bank syariah indonesia, berkolaborasi dengan sesama karyawan untuk mencapai integritas yang baik. Penerapan kode etik yang konsisten tidak hanya memperkuat budaya organisasi tetapi juga meningkatkan reputasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap BSI sebagai lembaga keuangan syariah terpercaya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan kesadaran etika dan penerapan kode etik di sektor perbankan syariah. Dengan penguatan sistem pengawasan, pelatihan kesadaran etika, serta peningkatan kolaborasi antara manajemen dan karyawan, BSI dapat terus menjaga integritas dan eksistensinya di pasar perbankan syariah.

Abstract

businesses can develop with additional capital, so it is necessary to know whether there are differences in the development of micro-enterprises before and after obtaining murabahah financing from BMT Kota Mandiri Bengkulu. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were oral interviews and library research. In this study, 33 samples were taken with the Puposive sampling technique with the characteristics of financing customers who had run murabahah financing for at least six months. Data Analysis Techniques in the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method and homogeneity test with the Levene method. on testing hypotheses using paired sample t-test parametric statistics. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in the development of micro-enterprises before and after obtaining murabahah financing from BMT Kota Mandiri Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to see how Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), affect Financial Distress with the Altman Z-Score method approach. The sample of this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained 10 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for analysis. The data in this study comes from the annual reports of Islamic Commercial Banks. This study will be analyzed with a panel data regression model. The results of this study indicate that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on financial distress, while NPF, ROA, and FDR have no significant effect on financial distress during the 2017-2022 period.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the effect of growth and equity financing murabahah about returns in the form of return on assets in the Bank's Credit Rakyar Sharia (SRB) in the island of Java in the period quartalan ie Balance Sheet reporting period March 2011 s / d in December 2012 were published The hypothesis testing using multiple linear test that examines the effect between murabaha and growth equity capital structure as an independent variable to variable yields as dipenden. Secondary Data collection method is by using quantitative analysis. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of providing solutions and the role of one the Islamic economic instruments, namely zakat, infaq, alms and waqf which can be applied in dealing with economic problems due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In conducting research, researchers used a library research approach and content analysis techniques. The results of the research that show that Ziswaf can be a solution and role to restore the economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic are as follows: (1) Make each village an UPZ to maximize zakat (2) maximize cash zakat and productive zakat (3) maximize zakat and infaq management (4) providing educational assistance for students affected by Covid-19, which is prioritized forstudents majoring in sharia economics so that in the future they can educate the public about Islamic economics.

Abstract

This research examines the relevance of Islamic banks' marketing ethics in the era of digital marketing, which is characterized by global connectivity, rapid information access, interactivity, and personalization. The development of digital technology has brought fundamental changes in the way banks interact with customers, with the adoption of social media, e-commerce, big data, and artificial intelligence for more interactive and personalized marketing. While offering efficiency and wide market reach, the digital era also presents ethical challenges, including issues of data privacy, information transparency, and potential manipulation of consumer behavior. This study analyzes how sharia marketing ethics, with its basic principles such as honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), justice (adl), and sharia compliance (ittiba' al-shariah), remains highly relevant and even crucial to maintain trust amidst the torrent of digital information that is often manipulative. The theoretical study includes the relevance of ethics in general, conventional marketing ethics, sharia marketing ethics in depth, as well as the concept of marketing digitalization and its weaknesses and advantages. The results show that sharia marketing in the digital era has high relevance because it is able to answer the challenges of the times without sacrificing the principles of sharia. Islamic ethical values become a strong foundation in dealing with potential ethical deviations in the digital space, such as misleading advertisements, data exploitation, and promos.

Abstract

Within the last five years PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Simpang Sekip Kota Bengkulu have difficulty in increasing the number of the customer  product ARRUM. Thus causing often do not achieve the sales target. This research attempt formulated product strategy, pricing, promotions, and location can be used as an attempt to increase the number of customer product ARRUM by using SWOT analysis. The results of research to formulate 6 (six) product strategy, namely, (1) maintaning corporate identity,(2) maintaining consistent product services, (3) consistenly maintaining value estimates are a product, (4) pay more attention to the comfort of the customer, (5) using a service-based information tecnology for ease of transactions, and (6) maintaining  the quality of product. The Four (4) pricing strategies, namely, (1) maintaining consistent estimates of the financing, (2) administration costs of maintaining a consistenly competitive, (3) extend the term of payment, (4) set the ujrah competitively. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the management of Rindu Hati Tourism Village from the perspective of Maqashid Syari’ah. The economic aspect of Islam is focused on the analysis of Maqashid Syari’ah, namely Hifdz Din (maintaining religion), Hifdz Aql (guarding reason), Hifdz Nasl (keeping offspring), Hifdz Nafs (guarding the soul), Hifdz Maal (keeping property). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the type of field research. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data analyzed by looking at the Maqashid Syari’ah aspect. The research results show that the management of Rindu Hati Tourism Village, from the perspective of Maqashid Syari’ah, has not met the five criteria of Maqashid Syari’ah as a whole. Still, only a few activities have been seen that lead to the maintenance of Maqashid Syari’ah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of the financial performance of Bank  Syariah Mandiri before (2013-2015) and after (2016-2018) the implementation of hedging using the common size method. This type of research is a quantitative study using a comparative approach method based on secondary data in the form of financial reports on Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period 2013-2018 obtained from the official website of Bank Syariah Mandiri. Hypothesis testing is the paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in bank financial performance before and after the application of hedging in terms of assets, there is no difference in bank financial performance before and after the application of hedging in terms of liabilities and there are differences in financial performance. banks before and after the implementation of hedging in terms of profit and loss
