Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of Islamic Banking In Indonesia with the IsIamicity Performance Index approach with the ratio of P.S.R., Z.P.R., E.D.R., and I.I.C. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of the annual report statements of Islamic banking for the 2016-2020 period. The samples in this study were three banks. The results show that the Profit Sharing Ratio (P.S.R.) of B.C.A. Syariah Bank and Bank MuamaIat Indonesia get a good predicate with a value of >30%. In the Zakat Performance Ratio (Z.P.R.), all samples get an insufficient predicate with a discount of <35% The EquitabIe Distribution Ratio (E.D.R.) Qardh and Donations, all models received a vague predicate with a value of <35%. The equitable Distribution Ratio (E.D.R.) of all samples of the workforce also received an unfordable predicate with a value of <35%. fair Distribution Ratio (E.D.R.) The net profit of all pieces received an insufficient predicate with a value <35%. In the ratio of Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income, all models get an excellent predicate with a value of >35% and an average of 99.98%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Service (X1) and Complaint Handling (X2) to Customer Loyalty (Y) with Satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods because it aims to confirm the data obtained in the field with existing theories. Samples were obtained as many as 100 respondents of BPRS Suriyah Salatiga with accidental sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire. Data analysis used statistical tests through t test test, f test, coefficient of determination (R 2), instrument test, classical assumption test and Path Analysis test with the help of SPSS version 20. The result of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction mediates service quality to customer loyalty, and satisfaction mediates complaint handling to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Digital application-based transportation services such as Go-Ride are increasingly in demand by the public, especially in Jember City which has a high level of mobility. This study examines the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction in using Go-Ride services in Jember. The main problem raised is whether promotion and service quality partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Go-Ride customers in three main sub-districts in Jember. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between promotion variables, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that both promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This finding emphasizes the importance of effective promotion strategies and improving service quality in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction in online transportation services. In conclusion, online transportation service providers such as Go-Ride need to continue to optimize aspects of promotion and service quality to maintain and improve customer satisfaction amidst increasingly fierce competition in the current digital era. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Go-Ride and Online Transportation Abstrak: Layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi digital seperti Go-Ride semakin diminati masyarakat, khususnya di Kota Jember yang memiliki tingkat mobilitas tinggi. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam penggunaan jasa Go-Ride di Jember. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah apakah promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan Go-Ride di tiga kecamatan utama di Jember. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel promosi, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik promosi maupun kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi promosi yang efektif dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan transportasi online. Kesimpulannya, perusahaan penyedia jasa transportasi online seperti Go-Ride perlu terus mengoptimalkan aspek promosi dan kualitas pelayanan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di era digital saat ini. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Go-Ride dan Transportasi Online.

Abstract

This paper the trends of buying and selling online through sites in terms of the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This research uses the method of library research (research literature) that is research whose source of information is from various library materials by reading and studying books and writings that have objects with discussion. The results showed that in Indonesia there are various online buying and selling sites, with a very rapid marketplace development in Indonesia. There are many marketplace sites such as Open Stalls, Pedia Stores, OLX, Lazada, Elevenia and others. But the most visited marketplace site today is the Shopee marketplace site. An overview of Islamic business ethics of buying and selling online is permissible as long as the items being traded are in accordance with the appearance of the goods and specifications in the description of the online store. In buying and selling online on the shopee site already meets the applicable requirements in accordance with the appearance and description (specifications of goods) on the storefronts that are extended in the online shop on the shopee site.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of collecting zakat funds at BAZNAS Bengkulu City and to find out how effective BAZNAS Bengkulu City's zakat fund collection is. This type of research is a mixed method which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches by calculating a number of ratios related to the collection of zakat funds in 2022 and using descriptive aims to describe the conditions of effectiveness of the collection of BAZNAS zakat funds in Bengkulu City. From the results of this research it can be concluded that: The effectiveness of BAZNAS City Bengkulu zakat fund collection is effective as seen from the effectiveness indicators of Duncan's theory, while from the calculation results of the formula 20 ratio measurement, zakat fund collection is quite effective with a result of 5.18% with an interpretation of 2% < R < 5% so there needs to be an evaluation of the collection of zakat funds so that it is effective and has a wide impact, especially for the people of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Abstract, Shariah audits in sharia banking is one of the most important requirement in order to maintain compliance of shariah compliance. sharia audits be well in need of good human resources also in conducting sharia audits. This research will discuss about the quality of human resources related to aspects owned by a sharia auditor. This study use theories about human resources, competence, independence. This research uses descriptive qualitative research by conducting interviews to the Sharia auditors in Yogyakarta province. The results of this study are human resources in sharia auditing in terms of competence owned by a sharia auditor there are still shortcomings and constraints, especially competence in the aspect of sharia. Related to the independence of the general shariah auditors have tried to apply independence as an auditor but still can not fully in because various aspects that can affect it such as position and reward for audit services provided.Keywords: Human Resources, Competence, Independence.

Abstract

In order to build an Islamic economic system in Islamic state, a state should manage its finance based on the principles of Sharia, both in the terms of earning or incomes and their allocations on the earnings side, a state should manage their incomes according to Islamic way. Than the result of their incomes should be allocated in order to achieve their goals, which is the prosperity of society. Tax is a policy which is settled by a government and decided according to the needs or necessities of state its self. For example, Malaysia has decided and managed their incomes sources such as tax, zakat, and awqaf. And they were allocated according to the needs or necessities of a state such as infrastructure, salaries, subsidies, and also to eight parts of zakat receiver.

Abstract

Zakat is an instrument that can be a blessing for the universe. Through Zakat, justice and social order are very possible to be realized. Zakat management through Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Daerah is one phenomenon that is always interesting to study continuously. Even the phenomenon of Zakat management also experiences various dynamics, both positive and negative. As one of the dynamics that occurs, among others, is the occurrence of fraud in the management of Zakat by certain officials of Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Daerah. Of course, this is a very serious blow to the sanctity of the noble values contained in Zakat. Therefore, it is necessary to find out why this can happen. Because even though Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Daerah is a non-profit institution, it does not mean that it is not a must to pay attention to its management. In fact, the management of Zakat funds should be supervised more optimally. Just as funds in the banking business can be supervised properly and correctly, it is not impossible that the same treatment can also be applied to Zakat Funds. Given that the existence of Zakat Funds is related to many interested parties who have the right to receive and are obliged to give.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper is the result of research on several literatures encountered to provide solutions how the strategy that can be applied by sharia banking that started developing in Indonesia in developing halal industry in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim majority in the world. Muslims are a potential market in developing the current halal industry. Because Islam regulates every aspect of human life especially from the consumption sector. Consumption is broadly defined as utilizing every product. There are four major sectors which are great opportunities in developing halal industry namely, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, fashion industry and tourism industry. Islamic banking can have a role in developing the four sectors, including Cooperation with companies that will issue products with halal labeling to financially use sharia banking, syariah banking can develop sharia debit card and sharia card to facilitate the tourists to access youth syariah tourism, sharah perbnakan can provide financing for entrepreneurs in the field of syariah tourism, fashion and pharmaceutical products to develop their business which ultimately helped improve the halal industry in Indonesia.Keywords:  Halal Industry, Sharia Bank

Abstract

The development of the Islamic finance industry has provided a variety of Islamic financial products. Islamic finance is not only limited to products in Islamic banks. Currently, Islamic financial products have developed, including the presence of Sukuk Investment products. The existing Sukuk consist of state Sukuk and corporate Sukuk. In the marketing process, state Sukuk is still dominated by conventional financial institutions, even though Sukuk itself is a product of Islamic finance. one of the Islamic financial institutions as a Sukuk agent can go through sharia fintech. The purpose of the study was to determine the development of state Sukuk and the development of sharia fintech institutions. and to find out the optimization of sharia fintech as a state Sukuk investment agent. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The data source used is secondary data. The data has been presented by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which describes the development of state Sukuk products, as well as the development of sharia fintech peer-to-peer lending (P2P) sharia, as well as forms of optimizing sharia fintech as a selling agent for state Sukuk products. The results of this study show that the development of state Sukuk of the SR type in 2019 reached 46.07 percent and ST type reached 8,436,570,000,000. As for the development of sharia fintech, sharia fintech assets amounted to 50,591,727,786 rupiahs or 1.4 percent of the total fintech assets as a whole. The number of fintech that has been registered and licensed at the OJK is 161 companies, and 7.5 percent are sharia fintech or 13 companies. Optimizing sharia fintech as a state Sukuk investment agent needs to be done, by involving sharia fintech as Sukuk. Reversing the essence of Sukuk as a sharia product can be obtained through sharia fintech, to be more convincing. The character of sharia fintech by utilizing technology can provide access to state Sukuk sharia investment.
