Abstract

The construction of facilities originating from State Sharia Securities (SBSN) funds has made an important contribution to increasing access to services of public interest. Using a qualitative approach , this study shows that the SBSN Fund Management System at the Ministry of Religion has supported the implementation of infrastructure development programs for the provision of religious education services, hajj services, socio-religious services and other religious services. Although it has generally been declared successful in the construction of facilities originating from SBSN funds, the constraints faced remain so that continuous innovation is needed in the construction of SBSN facilities within the Ministry of Religion

Abstract

This article analyses marketing strategies to increase sales and income of duck farming business in Wada’an Hamlet, Kalipepe Village, Lumajang, by reviewing the application of Islamic marketing principles. The study aims to examine marketing strategies that can enhance sales and income of Mr. Abror’s duck farming business from the perspective of Islamic marketing, to explore the implementation of Islamic values in marketing practices, and to assess the effectiveness of these strategies in building consumer trust and improving business competitiveness. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with field methods, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that applying Islamic principles can increase consumer trust and loyalty, expand marketing networks, and positively impact sales and business income. However, limited market access and lack of promotional innovation remain major obstacles. Overall, the integration of Islamic marketing not only drives business economic growth but also strengthens business ethics values, though it needs to be supported by digital marketing innovations to enable the duck farming business in rural areas to develop well.

Abstract

In the order to achieve the objectives of regional economic development, development policies that are based on regional characteristics (endogenous development) are needed, using local resource potential. Identification of potential economic sectors is a necessity for the optimization of the process and the success of the intended economic development. From the calculation of the LQ method data, it was found that Ogan Komering Ulu District had six potential economic sectors which were supporting economic growth in Ogan Komering Ulu District of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in sharia compliance at sharia fintech institutions in Indonesia and identify the problems that occur. This research uses a library study method with a secondary data analysis approach from various sources such as articles, journals and previous research. The research results show that DPS has a significant role in ensuring sharia compliance through periodic supervision, implementation of DSN-MUI fatwas, and product and service development. However, various challenges were found such as weak special supervision mechanisms for sharia fintech and non-compliance with sharia principles in several institutions such as Investree, Dana Syariah, Peer to Peer Lending Syariah. This research recommends increasing DPS capacity, strengthening regulations, and better collaboration between DPS and relevant authorities to minimize sharia violations in the fintech sector. Thus, this research contributes to strengthening the sharia supervision system and supports the sustainable growth of sharia fintech.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by Tokopedia in increasing consumer loyalty, particularly from the B2C consumer perspective in Sukabumi. Using a qualitative approach, the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with 10 Tokopedia users in Sukabumi who frequently made purchases through the platform. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and documentation, then analyzed with a Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that Tokopedia’s digital marketing strategies—such as personalized promotions, social media engagement, user-friendly interface, and reward systems—have significantly influenced consumer loyalty. Respondents indicated satisfaction with the ease of access, perceived value, and emotional connection to the brand. The study concludes that effective digital marketing strategies play a crucial role in shaping positive consumer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to optimize waqf in Indonesia specifically to improve the economy in Indonesia. This research is a libraty research which focuses on qualitative data management with data analysis methods using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study are seven things that must be done, namely: (1). Carry out a thought approach based on the study of the school of fiqh which is mostly used by Indonesian Muslim communities. (2). Provide socialization regarding the importance of empowering waqf more productively for the acceleration of development of Indonesia. (3) giving an overview and simulation of the benefits and benefits to be obtained by managing waqf productively. (4) Encouraging the creation of qualified HR waqf managers. (5). Encourage the habitual creation of alternative and investment climate that is optimal for the utilization of waqf. (6). Synergize with all related parties. (7) Optimizing the role of the Indonesian Waqf Agency.

Abstract

ZIS funds are potential funds that can be used to build community welfare in the form of revolving (productive) funds. Management of ZIS funds is carried out through the Bengkulu Province National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). It is known that the management of ZIS funds must reach a distribution stage that is productive, empowering and seeks to optimize the potential of mustahik. Distribution of ZIS funds can be carried out through various forms of providing business capital and business equipment to mustahik. BAZNAS issued regulations regarding zakat management through the Republic of Indonesia National Zakat Amil Agency Regulation Number 4 of 2018 concerning Reporting on the Implementation of Zakat Management. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that: 1) The ZIS fund collection system by BAZNAS Bengkulu Province is carried out using social media and payment of ZIS funds is carried out using an inter-bank transfer system and directly. 2) The distribution of ZIS BAZNAS funds in Bengkulu Province is carried out productively through business program capital (3) Standard monitoring of ZIS funds is carried out by means of a sharia audit which is a report every 6 months. From the results of research by interviewing ten mustahik people, it was found that productive management of ZIS funds can increase mustahik income before and after receiving ZIS fund assistance.

Abstract

This article will illustrate about the electrical toys sale system (token) that occurred in society in modern times. Where it is found in the system of electricity toll transactions (token) today, after seen in practice there are aspects of tadlis on the transaction. Therefore, in this study will be described about the theory of the concept of the system of sale and purchase according to Islam and and aspects of tadlis in the sale and purchase transactions. Then do research through field observation. Analyzing the phenomenon that occurs in the field by referring to the theory that is loaded. As well as drawing conclusions by providing solutions of what has been studied. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative, population and sample determination in this research that is counter sales of electric pulse in Kota Cimahi kabupaten Bandung Barat Propinsi Jawa Barat. Data collection technique is done by observation, and data analysis technique is done through data reduction process, display data and verification. Abstract

This study aims to explore information about tips by philanthropists in maintaining their philanthropic motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic, conditions that are burdensome for philanthropy, the intensity of philanthropy, and how they invite others to philanthropy. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, open questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis was carried out using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that some of their main tips in maintaining their philanthropic motivation were: a strong commitment to sharing sustenance, believing that alms can keep away all problems, philanthropy has become a necessity and joining alms management groups. Conditions or things that have the potential to burden philanthropists: when there is an urgent need, when income is decreasing, the location is remote, and when the institution is no longer trustworthy. The majority of philanthropy levels remain even during the pandemic. As for how to invite others to do philanthropy, such as inviting them directly together, explaining the virtues of alms including through social media, giving examples of philanthropy, distributing brochures and orphanage calendars.

Abstract

Attitudes are important and often affect a person's behavior. Therefore understanding one's attitude can help understand and predict their behavior in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the attitude of muzakki towards the management of zakat by the BAZNAS. This is because knowing the attitude of muzakki in paying zakat is very important to make efforts so that the community will increasingly care for BAZ and want to use it in distributing their zakat. Based on the results of the study using proportion tests showed that the majority of muzakki in Bengkulu City were negative towards the management of zakat by the Baznas.
