Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran IPS yang diterapkan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 8 Metro Barat dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan modul ajar dari Kemendikdasmen yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa, serta menerapkan model pembelajaran aktif seperti Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL), Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL), dan diskusi. Sumber belajar yang digunakan bersifat variatif dan kontekstual, seperti artikel, berita terkini, dan video pembelajaran. Sekolah mendukung proses pembelajaran karakter melalui program nyata seperti bakti sosial dan kerja bakti. Penilaian karakter dilakukan secara holistik melalui observasi, refleksi, dan evaluasi proyek, serta didukung keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pembelajaran IPS yang aktif, kontekstual, dan kolaboratif dapat membentuk karakter siswa secara efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru dan sekolah dalam merancang pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan pendidikan karakter

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah rendahnya kemampuan berkolaborasi peserta didk di kelas II SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan pada penerapan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan non-equivalent control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 34 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument tes dan non tes. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh data nilai signifikan < ttabel (taraf signifikansi 5%, α = 0,05) dengan rincian 0,02 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap kemampuan berkolaborasi pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas II SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low thematic learning outcomes at grade v students of sd negeri 2 gedong air. This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of reading motivation and reading interest on students' thematic learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative with an ex-post facto correlation research method. The sample in this study was all students in grades VA, VB, and VC, totaling 82 people. Data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires, and documents. The data collection instrument used was a likert scale questionnaire, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is a multiple linear regression test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between reading motivation and reading interest on thematic learning outcomes of grade V students at SD Negeri 2 Gedong Air with a contribution of 61.77%. Reading motivation and interest in reading greatly impact thematic learning outcomes. High reading motivation will strengthen students' desire to acquire knowledge, high reading interest will have an impact on students' reading comprehension, thus impacting the learning outcomes obtained.

Abstract

School as an educational institution that organizes the teaching and learning process plays a very important role in the formation of good human character through education. One of the influential points in the process of forming the character of students in an educational institution is in the learning process carried out both in the classroom and outside the classroom. The purpose of this paper is to describe the implementation of curriculum management in character learning in elementary schools. The research method used in this study is a literature research method using Indonesian language journal articles for the past 5 years. Data collection techniques using descriptive qualitative techniques where researchers take data by drawing conclusions. The results of the literature review show that the influence of curriculum management can increase character strengthening in elementary schools.

Abstract

One of the vital components in the learning process in schools is facilities and infrastructure. The creation of quality and high-quality education cannot be separated from various things, one of which is the optimal utilization and management of facilities and infrastructure. The problem found in this study is the lack of utilization of facilities and infrastructure from schools so that the quality of education is low. The purpose of this research is to find out an application that can be made so that school quality can be achieved properly through school facilities and infrastructure. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with reference to literature sourced from articles in national journals published from 2015 to 2022 excluding from books, newspapers, or the results of conference proceedings. The research results obtained are in the use of infrastructure so that school quality can improve through the application of several principles, namely the principle of achieving goals, the principle of efficiency, the principle of clarity of responsibility, and the principle of cohesiveness.

Abstract

The formation of school committees in education units or city and district governments is part of the implementation of school-based management or SBM, which was definitely implemented before, according to the Minister of Education Decree number 044/2002. In school-based management, according to the Ministry of National Education 2001, it is basically a model. management that can provide greater autonomy to schools and can encourage participatory decision-making and directly involve all school members, both student teachers and school principals, employees or parents and the community, therefore to improve the quality of schools based on national education policies. As well as the school committee also in relation to education has many important roles as a supporter, of course, from these various roles that can have a lot of influence on the sustainability of education in Indonesia so far, including being able to improve the quality of education from the existence of this school community can generate a lot of opinion from the public public or the community and the teacher over the school in particular, therefore in writing this paper the writer will examine the role and influence of the school community which supports improving the quality of education from various opinions about school committees in Indonesia

Abstract

School culture or school organizational culture currently plays a very important role in school development, especially regarding the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on the quality of education in schools. The research method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review taken from Google Scholar for 2016-2022. The results obtained from this study indicate that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on the quality of education. The less leadership the school principal does and the lower the organizational culture, the lower the quality of education will be, and vice versa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pembahasan ini yaitu penulis ingin membahas tentang upaya mengembangkan karakter positif siswa dengan manajemen budaya sekolah. Melihat berbagai permasalahan yang timbul akibat dari karakter siswa selama ini, serta berkaitan dengan pembelajaran di sekolah, sebagai bentuk upaya pengembangan kepribadian, akhlaq, serta ilmu pengetahuan terhadap pelajar, maka dibutuhkan peranan lebih besar dari penyelenggaran pendidikan di sekolah, khususnya guru sebagai pimpinan dalam kelas, berhasil atau tidaknya pendidikan karakter yang ditanamkan dalam diri siswa sangat bergantung dari kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah SLR (Systematic Litherature Review) dengan merujuk kepada literature yang bersumber dari artikel pada jurnal nasional yang diterbitkan mulai dari tahun 2017 sampai 2022 dengan populasi 25 dan sampel 9 tidak termasuk dari buku dan koran. Hasil penelitian literature adalah pengembangan karakter siswa akan terbentuk sesuai dengan manajemen budaya sekolah masing-masing. Jika manajemen budaya sekolah baik maka karakter peserta didiknya akan berkembang secara baik.

Abstract

Financial management is one of the elements of school management which will also determine the running of educational activities in schools in efforts to achieve, control and ensure goals are met. This article aims to analyze the financial management of educational institutions/schools. The production of this article uses qualitative methods as a strategy to collect and utilize all information related to the issues discussed from various journal sources on the internet. From the research that has been done, the management of financial management and financing can work well by means of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. creative and effective from the principal and all parties involved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran serta hambatan komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dari 10 artikel jurnal. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Komite Sekolah terhadap prestasi siswa di sekolah dasar. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas komite sekolah, termasuk keterlibatan orang tua, komunikasi antara komite dan pihak sekolah, serta dukungan dari pemerintah. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh komite sekolah, seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang peran mereka dan keterbatasan sumber daya, juga diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui penguatan peran komite sekolah. Rekomendasi untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas komite sekolah juga disarankan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang ada dan memaksimalkan kontribusi mereka dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
