Abstract

In using virtual laboratory media, programming algorithms are needed, so that students can use the media well. In this research, researchers want to know whether the virtual laboratory learning media for the food digestive system used in the learning process contains programming algorithms that are easy to understand or not. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This virtual laboratory learning media contains programming algorithms that are easy to understand and use. Because it contains clear operating instructions in it. So that students can operate this virtual laboratory learning media well.

Abstract

To create a superior generation, every student must receive character education in order to become an individual who is not only intelligent but also has good character. This research aims to find out whether learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that can be adopted by students. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study type of research. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that students can apply in everyday life, where through this learning, students can be trained to think systematically, logically, creatively and also carefully. And of course, by learning programming algorithms, students are required to be able to solve the problems they face.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the inquiry learning model in science subjects regarding the movement of objects in elementary schools. This research used a literature study method which was carried out by reviewing 15 articles, consisting of 12 national journals and 3 international journals. The results obtained from this research are that science learning using the inquiry method on object movement material in elementary schools can be applied and based on the results of the review, science learning using the inquiry model will be more detailed and students will understand more easily, because students are directly involved in learning. the. So it can be concluded that 1) The inquiry learning model can be developed in all subjects, including science subjects which can involve children's ability to observe and research events. 2) The inquiry learning model in science (Natural Science) subjects can help make it easier for students to understand learning, especially regarding the movement of objects. 3) The inquiry learning model provides significant results on student learning outcomes in science subjects in elementary schools, so that in material on object movement, the inquiry learning model can be applied to achieve effective and efficient learning.

Abstract

This research is a data collection technique in this research using literature study. The library study collection technique is a study used to collect data and information with various assistance available in the library, for example books, magazines, documents, or reading various journals that are needed. Literature study also studies various reference books and previous research results so that it can be useful for obtaining a material basis regarding the matter to be researched which discusses issues regarding the solar system by providing concise basic concepts. The topics discussed are the characteristics and various members of the planets. solar system. The solar system is one of the materials contained in natural science. In the learning process, the solar system consists of a collection of celestial bodies centered around a star called the sun, and all celestial bodies are connected based on their gravity. There are eight known planets in the solar system, namely Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Based on the position of the planets, there are planets called inner planets and outer planets. The purpose of this article is to analyze the solar system, which includes the definition of the solar system, the characteristics of the members of the solar system, as well as the various planets and their characteristics which will be discussed in detail in the results and discussion sections.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about sound and light materials. Researchers use qualitative research and this type of research is a descriptive method that groups people, an object, a condition, and an event. The descriptive method is a method that describes or analyzes a problem. Qualitative research is divided into 2, namely primary data through interviews and documentation, while secondary data through the books studied. The aim of this research is to analyze sound and light material which includes its properties and application in life. daily. The results of this research show that sound is a vibration that propagates as a wave through solid, liquid or gas media and sound is also defined as a series of waves of changes in density and sound pressure, while light is a wave that passes through a vacuum.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of students' learning activities on the ability to understanding mathematical concepts through the STEAM Learning Approach Makerspace model based on PBL on SPLDV materials. As for the type of research Quasi-Experiments. The population in this study was 90 students who were distributed into 3 classes with 2 classes that sampled grades VIII A and VIII C. The sampling techniques in this study used randomized classes and data collection techniques in this study were tests and observations, while the research instruments used preliminary tests and final tests to measure the ability to understand mathematical concepts and observation sheets to see students' learning activities. Data analysis techniques using a two-way ANOVA test. The research showed that there is an influence of the PBL-based Makerspace STEAM Learning Approach model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts, there is no influence on students' learning activities on mathematical concept comprehension capabilities, and there is no interaction between the PBL-based Stem Learning Approach Makerspace model and student learning activities on the ability to understand mathematical concepts. Conclusion, there is a positive direct effect of cognitive structures on the ability to understanding mathematical concepts.

Abstract

In this study using the help of microsoft Excel 2013 as a medium to solve mathematical problems more easily and practically. This study also uses a programming algorithm with the help of microsoft Exel to sort certain data that analyzes a value and comparison with sorting procedures in the work of completing the Excel 2013 application programming algorithm in solving mathematical problems. The method used in this study uses a research and Development approach. From the research that has been done, it was concluded that Microsoft Excel 2013 can be used as an application that helps in solving math problems.

Abstract

Rocks are naturally formed solid objects which are a collection of minerals, both similar and dissimilar, in certain proportions. Minerals are the building blocks of each type of rock. In the beginning, rocks came from magma. The types of rock that exist include pyroclastic rocks. Pyroclastic rocks contain contents that are of economic value and useful for human life. The type of method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique in this method is the literature study method. The method in this research focuses on in-depth observations from various reading sources such as books and scientific journals. Pyroclastic rocks are rocks formed by the lithification process of loose materials thrown from volcanic centers in explosive eruptions, which are then transported through the media of gas, wind and then deposited on dry land or in bodies of water. In fact, pyroclastics are almost the same as sedimentary rocks, but the difference is that sedimentary rocks come from the weathering of previous rocks. Meanwhile, pyroclastic rocks come from volcanic eruptions, meaning there is no weathering process.

Abstract

Big data processing has become an important aspect of computer science and various industries in the digital age. Efficient and timely programming algorithms play a central role in addressing the challenges presented by big data. This journal focuses on various optimization methods and techniques that can be applied in the development of programming algorithms for processing big data. Supporting and relevant references are used to illustrate the concepts and techniques presented in this paper. Discussions include parallel methods, data compression, indexing, divide and conquer strategies, and greedy algorithm approaches. Case studies on the implementation of fast sorting algorithms in the context of big data processing are also presented. The understanding and application of these optimization methods are important in maximizing the efficiency and performance of programming algorithms in dealing with big data, and they play a key role in the development of relevant information technology solutions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the mathematical representation abilities of class X,this research is a qualitative descriptive type research. The subjects in this research were class XII students at SMAN. 2 Kerinci for the 2023/2024 academic year as many as 24 students. The focus of this research is the ability to visual representation, symbolic representation and verbal representation. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive where tests and documentation are the data collection techniques used. The conclusion of this research is that mathematical representation skills are very important for students to master in determining the right strategy to solve a mathematical problem. Mathematical problems in everyday life, visual, verbal and symbolic representation skills are used, because everyday life problems need to be represented in the form of symbols or images in order to make it easier to solve and face problems.
