Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sharia business model in the development of interest-free land plots at PT Rezky Syariah Abadi, a sharia-based property developer that applies the principles of No Riba, No Penalty, No Seizure, and No Gharar throughout its transactional processes. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with management and consumers, direct observation of operational practices, and document analysis of contracts and company policies. The findings indicate that PT Rezky Syariah Abadi consistently applies sharia principles, particularly through the use of transparent ba’i (sale) contracts, fixed-price installment schemes without interest, and a humanistic approach in addressing payment delays through negotiation and rescheduling rather than penalties. This implementation aligns with the rules of fiqh muamalah and the objectives of sharia (maqasid al-shariah), especially in terms of justice, welfare, and the protection of consumer assets. However, challenges remain, including low public literacy regarding sharia-compliant property concepts and the absence of specific government regulations governing non-bank sharia developers. Therefore, enhancing consumer education and strengthening human resource capacity are essential to maintaining the quality and sustainability of the sharia business model. This study contributes theoretically to contemporary sharia business model literature and offers a practical framework for sustainable and ethically grounded sharia-based property development.

Abstract

Inflation is a macroeconomic phenomenon, making it a target of Bank Indonesia's monetary policy. Inflation is understood as a general and continuous increase in prices. Wadiah savings, a sharia banking product based on a deposit contract without a fixed return, tends to change when inflation increases. Inflation can erode the real value of money, thus affecting public interest in saving funds in banks. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of inflation on the amount of wadiah savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) using a case study for the 2021-2024 period. This study employed quantitative methods using secondary data obtained from publications by BSI, Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The analysis used was classical estimation analysis and partial hypothesis testing (T-test). This study concluded that there was no impact between inflation and the amount of wadiah savings at BSI, with a variable significance value of 0.097, which is greater than 0.05 (0.097>0.05).

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce has driven the increasing use of online shopping apps with various promotional and discount features as digital marketing strategies. While these features are effective in increasing purchase interest and transaction volume, their presence also has the potential to increase cybersecurity risks, especially during major promotional periods. Threats such as phishing, personal data theft, account hacking, and voucher manipulation often exploit users' impulsive behavior focused on price advantages. This study aims to explore users' experiences, perceptions, and responses to cybersecurity risks that arise when using promotional and discount features in online shopping apps, as well as to identify the types of threats and their triggers. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through case documentation, digital security incident reports, and a review of literature relevant to cybersecurity and e-commerce. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, grouping themes, and interpreting phenomena based on user experiences. The results show that cybersecurity risks increase significantly during major promotional periods due to high user traffic and low consumer vigilance. Promotional and discount features are often exploited by cybercriminals through fake links, fictitious pop-ups, and voucher redirects, resulting in losses such as lost account access and unauthorized transactions. This study concludes that cybersecurity in online shopping applications depends not only on technological systems but also on user behavior and security literacy. Therefore, an integrated mitigation strategy is needed through strengthening application security systems and improving digital security education for users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through optimizing digital marketing in Sinjai Regency. In the era of digital transformation, technological adaptability is a key determinant of MSMEs' survival in the face of increasingly competitive markets. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of MSMEs actively using digital platforms. The research findings indicate that although MSMEs have begun utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, their effectiveness is still hampered by low digital literacy, limited technological infrastructure, and a lack of consistency in content management. Optimization strategies identified include strengthening digital branding identity, systematic target market mapping, improving visual content quality, and measurable use of paid advertising. The analysis shows that optimal use of digital marketing strategies significantly impacts market reach expansion beyond the region and a gradual increase in sales volume. This study recommends the need for synergy between the local government and stakeholders in providing technical training and ongoing mentoring to build an inclusive digital ecosystem for MSMEs in Sinjai Regency.
