Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to scientifically substantiate a model for developing the technical readiness of 12–13-year-old football players. The model seeks to enhance players’ physical coordination, dribbling, passing accuracy, striking power, endurance, and quick decision-making, which are fundamental in modern football training. Research methodology: A step-by-step model was designed, consisting of preparatory, basic, advanced, and special stages of technical training. An experimental study was conducted with young football players in the Bukhara region, divided into control and experimental groups. Data were collected using standardized physical and technical tests to measure dribbling speed, endurance, striking power, and other performance indicators. Statistical analysis was employed to evaluate differences and dynamics between the groups. Results: The experimental group demonstrated significant improvements across key indicators compared to the control group. Notably, enhancements were observed in dribbling speed, striking power, and decision-making under time constraints. Statistical analysis confirmed that the staged model effectively contributed to measurable growth in technical readiness. Conclusions: The study confirms that a structured, progressive training model fosters technical skill development in young football players. The proposed framework may serve as a guideline for sports schools and coaches in designing age-appropriate training programs. Limitations: The study was region-limited and short-term; broader contexts and longer monitoring are required for generalization. Contribution: The study contributes to youth sports training literature by presenting an evidence-based model that integrates physical, technical, and cognitive elements into a unified developmental framework.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the implementation of the distribution of inheritance in the form of land rights to heirs with foreign citizenship and to identify the factors that become obstacles/constraints and solutions in the distribution of inheritance in the form of land rights to heirs with foreign citizenship. Research methodology: This study uses sociological or empirical legal research, which mainly examines primary data, such as materials that bind legislation. Results: The results showed that inheritance can be distributed to heirs with foreign citizenship, but the foreign nationals must transfer the land to Indonesian citizens within one year or change their rights to use rights. Conclusion: Foreign nationals are permitted to inherit land rights in Indonesia; however, regulations require them to transfer ownership to Indonesian citizens or convert the rights into use rights within a year. This ensures the protection of national land sovereignty while providing limited options for foreign heirs. Limitation: This study is limited to an examination of Indonesia’s legal framework and empirical data, without a broader comparative analysis across regions or countries. These limitations may affect the generalizability of our findings. Contribution: This study provides a comprehensive overview of the legal framework governing the inheritance of land rights by foreign nationals in Indonesia. It also identifies and discusses the key challenges faced by foreign national heirs during the inheritance process.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the structural transformation of values in modern society by identifying the main socio-economic, political, and cultural factors that influence their change. It emphasizes how modernization and the complexity of social dynamics reshape collective priorities and individual orientations. Research methodology: The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach supported by content analysis of academic literature, policy documents, and sociological data. Comparative analysis is applied to highlight the interplay between traditional and modern value systems, while contextual interpretation helps to map the drivers of change in contemporary society. Results: Findings indicate that social and economic intensification, political reforms, and the diversification of cultural life have generated a multilayered value system. Values once dominant, such as collectivism and hierarchical conformity, are increasingly replaced or reinterpreted by individual responsibility, innovation, and cultural pluralism. The research also shows that the evolution of values follows a dynamic hierarchy, where some gain centrality while others decline in significance. Conclusions: The study concludes that structural change of values is not random but a response to broader systemic updates. Modern society demonstrates an adaptive capacity, ensuring continuity of ethical frameworks while integrating new norms required by globalization and technological development. Limitations: The research is primarily conceptual and relies on secondary sources; empirical field data from diverse societies are still limited. Contribution: This article contributes to the theoretical understanding of value transformation by linking social change with the evolving hierarchy of values in contemporary life.
