Abstract

Sharia insurance was born on the basis of the concept of an insurance agreement (at- ta'min contract) which is a new type of contract that never existed at the beginning of the development of Islamic fiqh. The need for insurance services is increasingly felt by both individuals and the business world in Indonesia. Insurance is a financial means in household life, both in dealing with basic risks or in dealing with risks to assets owned. Insurance in Islam is part of the principle of life based on monotheism. Every human being realizes that in fact each person does not have any power when a disaster comes from Allah SWT, whether it is in the form of an accident, death, or other disaster beyond our predictions as humans.

Abstract

Sufism is a way to heal the human heart from worldly desires in order to know and get closer to Allah SWT. Sufism is an important thing for humans who want to reach the level of ma'rifatullah. The history of the development of Sufism goes through five periods: 1) the formation period 2) the development period 3) the consolidation period 4) the philosophical period 5) the purification period. The steps towards a life of tasawwuf are tazkiyatun nafsi, mujahadah and riyadloh through several stages, namely: Repentance, Wara', Zuhud, Kefaqiran, Patience, Tawakkal, ridlo.

Abstract

Islam requires its followers to seek knowledge. In connection with this obligation, there are many Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, both implicit and explicit, that motivate Muslims to always learn and seek knowledge without distinguishing between religious knowledge and general knowledge. This motivation can be extrinsic or intrinsic. Extrinsic motivation by stating several virtues of learning or seeking knowledge, such as those who study, will have an easier path to heaven, their rank will be elevated and so on. Meanwhile, intrinsic motivation means that learning must be based on a sincere intention to gain Allah's approval. Learning motivation according to this hadith also differentiates learning motivation according to Islam from learning theories according to Western learning theories which are secular and anthropocentric. The concept of learning motivation in Islam is transcendental and theocentric which places humans in a position of balance, that learning is not only for the benefit of the world, but knowledge that increases faith and obedience to Allah and His Messenger, as well as being beneficial not only for worldly life, but also for the afterlife.

Abstract

In this era, technological development is very rapid. The development of artificial intelligence has an impact on economic activities. Web-based applications are also experiencing rapid development, especially in the field of e-commerce which makes business competition stronger and more competitive. The development of information technology helps reach customers and provide the best service, whether for large or small companies, currently requires a digital presence. The massive growth in digital entrepreneurship has been made possible by the availability of a plethora of digital tools and services. The growth of new start-ups in the field of technology makes it easier to find information spread across various channels. The growth of new start-ups has customers waiting and looking for the next best thing so this opens up a lot of room for A new company to be born. Startups need initial financing, such as overhead costs that can be minimized in several ways. Co-working spaces, for example, are becoming common nowadays because they allow you to open your own office without having to own a home.

Abstract

Discussion on how to teach using the demonstration method for children with Down syndrome in class A Kindergarten Ya Buyanayya, Sambas district. The method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data source consisted of 1 teacher, 4 children with special needs (Down Syndrome) in class A. The results of the study described how children with Down syndrome learn to do individually according to the child's level of ability and development. The teacher's way of teaching children with Down syndrome is by giving direct assignments and inviting children to imitate the teacher's words. The tasks given include the activity of writing letters and numbers using the demonstration method, then for learning to memorize surahs and hadiths the teacher uses the murroja'ah method for children with special needs (Down Syndrome). This learning can be known by parents through good cooperation between teachers and parents.

Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) are pivotal considerations in the global pursuit of sustainable energy transitions. This study delves into the multifaceted dynamics of GEDSI integration in the context of Indonesia's energy transition. The research explores the ethical and strategic imperatives of GEDSI, examining how it addresses historical gender disparities and social inequities while enhancing the energy sector's efficiency and competitiveness. Identifying formidable challenges, including entrenched gender disparities, socio-cultural norms, economic inequalities, and technological disparities, the study emphasizes the need for comprehensive strategies to overcome these barriers. It highlights the opportunities and enablers that can drive GEDSI integration, such as the business case for diversity, technological advancements, capacity building, advocacy, and multisectoral collaboration. Abstract

Tanjung Pandan Customs Office as a state institution has the opportunity to compete with other customs offices in Indonesia, as an added value for the assessment of the Tanjung Pandan Customs office in its assessment in the Customs Institution. SIMPORA as an information system for Budget Absorption and Realization or budgeting is made to meet these needs. In the design of this budgeting application built with the Unified Software Development Process framework as well as in making this software application using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. In its creation, the search for Software Requirements Specifications (SKPL) is based on the interview method, then proceeds with the creation of a Software Design Design (DPPL), then followed by application creation and closed with testing. And in this study also displayed the final results of the software. The result of this project is software that is also equipped with design and application documentation whose ultimate goal is to give the Tanjung Pandan Customs office a winner in the competition between customs offices throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the development of computational thinking-based modules based on Quantum Teaching and Learning (QTL) in improving students' computational thinking skills in terms of literature study. This research is development research using the RnD and 4D Model approaches as well as the Quantum Teaching and Learning (QTL) approach as the basis for module development. QTL is a learning approach model that emphasizes that learning must be fun and take place in a happy environment. This model assumes that the entry of information will be more comprehensive and well recorded. The sample for this research was 69 grade 4 students at SDICT Al Abidin Surakarta. Consisting of class 4A Ibnu Majah 25 students, class 4B Ibnu Nafis 20 students, and class 4C Ibnu Abbas 24 students. The results of this research are that the computational thinking teaching module developed through the QTL approach can improve students' computational thinking skills optimally and the results of the literature study show that the four research journals used in this research produce the feasibility of using the module both for teaching in the classroom for teachers and as a guide or Student guidelines in computational thinking subjects in improving critical thinking skills, especially for SDICT Al Abidin Surakarta.
