Abstract

Independent productive businesses, which are usually called MSMEs, are businesses that are owned by individuals or business entities. MSMEs play an important role in the development of the Indonesian economy, but often face challenges in financial management and accounting records. This study investigates accounting record- keeping practices in MSMEs and focuses on the CAS Audio Store in Jakarta. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive method, through a case study approach and interview analysistechniques, this research seeks to find out how MSME accounting records are implemented atthe CAS Audio Store and explore the impact of accounting records practices on operational efficiency and financial performance. In addition, this study also evaluated the accounting software used, specifically Bee Accounting. The results show that CAS Audio has evolved frommanual record-keeping to the use of Excel and finally to paid accounting software such as Bee Accounting, strengthening their financial foundation for sustainable growth. This research provides valuable insights for other MSMEs to improve their accounting record-keeping and financial management practices.

Abstract

In this literature study research, it will produce preferences regarding the development of E-modules using the Research and Development (RnD) method by adopting the model from Borg and Gall, namely product design, product design, product evaluation development, web-based e-module online products, and conducting summative evaluation. This development produces an E-module for Computational Thinking Skills on Object-Oriented Programming material which is ready to be tested and can be accessed by students independently. This research is based on several educators who do not yet have the ability to provide learning media for visual or real material. The solution is to develop a learning model that requires real objects and compare previous research in e-module development with the same method. The research results show that the development of web- based e-modules with the PBL or Project Based Learning learning model shows an increase in computational thinking skills in object-oriented programming material in class X MIPA students at SMA Pradita Dirgantara located on Jl. Cendrawasih, Ngesrep, Ngemplak, Boyolali, Central Java.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the importance of school-community collaboration as an educational management approach in strengthening community-based schools. The method used in this research is a literature review involving a review of various scholarly sources, journals and documentation related to this topic. The results show that effective collaboration starts with the establishment of a representative committee and a good communication strategy to ensure the involvement of all parties. Specific programmes such as mentoring, extracurricular activities and community service are proven to enrich students' learning experience and shape their character and social awareness. In addition, continuous evaluation and development through regular evaluation sessions and the use of relevant evaluation tools showed positive results in identifying areas of improvement and new opportunities. Overall, this study confirms that school- community collaboration is a strategic and effective approach to creating a comprehensive and inclusive education ecosystem. This collaboration not only optimises students' potential but also strengthens social ties within the community, making the educational process an ever-evolving collective effort.

Abstract

One of the importance of oral traditions for human civilization is the formation of the character of a nation. The purpose of this writing is to look at Literary Studies: Oral Traditions as Cultural Values of Diversity in various regions of Indonesia. The research approach used is descriptive, analytical and critical. As a result, the author was able to thoroughly explain the value of oral traditions as cultural assets in various regions in Indonesia. The author made good use of two relevant data sources in this research, namely primary and secondary data sources. Books and scientific journals related to oral traditions are the main sources for this research. The results of this oral tradition research are part of the customs and culture that Indonesia has, namely relating to the habits of society towards other communities in establishing direct communication with their environment. This is considered the most important because this oral tradition contains many values embedded in it.

Abstract

Blockchain technology offers transformational potential in various fields, including tax administration. In the context of tax administration, blockchain introduces significant opportunities such as increased transparency, efficiency, and security of tax transactions. The technology enables an immutable decentralized ledger, reduces the risk of fraud, and speeds up the audit and verification process, thereby increasing public trust in the tax system. However, blockchain implementation is also faced with various challenges. The complexity of the technology requires specialized knowledge and skills that may not yet exist in many tax administration staff. This requires substantial investment in training and education to ensure successful implementation. Integration with existing tax systems can also be a costly and time-consuming process. Other challenges include issues of security and data privacy. While blockchain offers increased security, the technology remains vulnerable to cyberattacks, especially against connected applications and hardware. In addition, the government must ensure that the use of blockchain does not compromise the confidentiality of taxpayer data. Adjustments to existing regulations are also needed to accommodate this new technology and ensure adequate legal compliance. With a comprehensive implementation strategy, cross-sector collaboration, and adjustments to the regulatory framework, blockchain has great potential to revolutionize tax administration. The government needs to make careful planning and appropriate investments to overcome these challenges and fully capitalize on the opportunities offered by this technology. These efforts can make blockchain technology the foundation for a more modern, efficient, and reliable tax system in the future.

Abstract

Legal risk management is the key to success for modern companies to continue their business journey. In a business environment that is increasingly complex and strictly regulated by various legal rules, companies need a proactive approach to identify, assess, and manage their legal risks. This research uses the literature review method as its basis. The results show that effective implementation of legal risk management can help companies comply with legal requirements, avoid unnecessary costs, and maintain a good business reputation. In addition, by integrating legal risk management strategies into the overall business strategy, companies are able to focus more on business innovation and growth. The conclusion is that by proactively managing legal risk, companies can not only prevent potential threats before they become serious problems, but also increase flexibility and adaptability in the face of ever-changing market dynamics. This strategy ultimately establishes a solid foundation for achieving long-term sustainability and growth.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies and traditional marketing strategies on enhancing competitiveness. The sample consisted of 100 individuals, with data collected through questionnaire distribution. A quantitative methodology was employed, utilizing primary data. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression after satisfying tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The collected data was inputted into SPSS V.29 software. The research findings revealed that partially, digital marketing strategies exerted a positive and significant impact on the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Similarly, marketing strategies also had a positive and significant effect on SME competitiveness. Simultaneously, both digital marketing strategy and marketing strategy demonstrated a positive and significant influence on SME competitiveness. The coefficient of determination indicated that 75.3% of the variance in competitiveness could be explained by digital marketing strategy and marketing strategy, while the remainder was influenced by other variables not accounted for in this research. These results align with previous studies emphasizing the importance of implementing effective digital marketing strategies and appropriate marketing strategies to improve SME competitive positioning in the current digital era. The managerial implication suggests that companies need to integrate digital marketing strategies and marketing strategies cohesively to enhance their competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of state administrative officers in carrying out their duties and functions. The research method in this study is literature. The results show that individual competencies and skills play a key role in improving administrative performance. Apparatus who have adequate competence are able to carry out tasks more effectively and efficiently. High work motivation, which is driven by satisfaction and a positive work environment, also has a significant effect on improving performance. In addition, good technological infrastructure support has been shown to facilitate more efficient administrative tasks. This study also found that clear regulations and policies as well as effective leadership and management are critical in directing the performance of state administrative apparatus. Clear regulations and policies provide the necessary guidance, while strong leadership ensures smooth administrative processes. A positive work culture and ongoing training programs also contribute to improving performance. The conclusion of this study is that improving the performance of state administrative apparatus requires improvements in these various aspects, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the quality of public services and public welfare.

Abstract

The government in Indonesia follows a presidential system that provides high executive stability. Elections are used to directly elect the nation's leaders and administration, ensuring consistency in national policy. However, political coalitions between the executive and legislative branches often lead to conflict especially when the two branches come from conflicting political parties. This can bring down the order of government. In contrast, the parliamentary model tends to prioritize harmony because the executive is elected from among the parliament and the two parties are always in line. However, Indonesia has devised a number of mechanisms that can minimize the shortcomings of the presidential model. The government coalition system and the checks and balances mechanism have effectively balanced the relationship between the branches of state. Constitutional provisions and regulations that are responsive to political dynamics also allow the presidential system to continue to adapt to various changes. Thanks to these efforts, the stability of governance in Indonesia has been maintained despite the challenges faced. In general, despite the fundamental differences between presidential and parliamentary systems, Indonesia has been able to effectively implement the presidential system through various adjustments in accordance with its socio-political context.

Abstract

Digital technologies have transformed the dynamics of social solidarity across the globe. This research examines this transformation in depth, taking into account the challenges and opportunities it creates. The literature review shows that cyberspace has a strong influence in strengthening the bonds of community across borders. Virtual communities of citizens have sprung up with ease, allowing cross-cultural interactions to take place more smoothly. Social networking sites facilitate collaboration and human connection on an unprecedented scale. However, digital porch technology has also created significant problems. One of the main issues relates to the risk of polarization due to automated filtration systems that tend to reinforce one-sided perspectives and "viewpoint overflow". Privacy of personal data and security of personal information are also serious issues, given the large volume of intimate data that users share on various online pages. Disparities in access to digital technology also remain a problem, leaving certain groups isolated from the times.
