Abstract

Effective recruiting and training initiatives play a crucial role in facilitating the attainment of a company's predetermined goals and objectives. Hence, enhancing the skills and capabilities of every employee has significant importance. In order to establish the sample, a saturation sampling approach was used, consisting of 100 respondents. The data collecting method utilised for this study was the administration of a questionnaire. In order to address the issue statement and evaluate the presented hypothesis, statistical methods will be used using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 software. The assessment of research instruments via the use of validity, reliability, and descriptive data analytic examinations. The measurement of recruiting effectiveness encompasses three key indicators: basic recruitment, external sources, and the impact of recruitment techniques on work productivity is shown to be both positive and statistically significant. This assertion is supported by the findings of the first hypothesis test conducted on the impact of recruiting on work productivity, yielding a statistically significant result (X1) with a p-value of 0.000. Based on the available evidence, it may be inferred that the initial hypothesis has been validated and can be accepted. Training is assessed using six variables, specifically: teacher, participants, content, methods, objectives, and targets, and it has a substantial and favourable impact on job productivity. The findings of this study indicate that the second hypothesis, which examines the impact of training on work productivity, yielded a statistically significant result of 0.000. This suggests that the training intervention has a positive and substantial influence on work productivity. Consequently, the second hypothesis is verified and accepted. The statistical significance of the simultaneous test assessing the impact of X1.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is behavior outside the tasks specified by the company that has a positive impact on the company. Given the magnitude of the influence of compensation, organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, it is appropriate for companies to pay attention to this matter to run the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is path analysis. The sample used in this research is all employees of PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor, totaling 40 peoples. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, simultaneously compensation, organizational climate and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, partially compensation has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, partially organizational climate and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction is able to mediate compensation on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction is not able to mediate organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and work culture on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is SEM SmartPLS 3.0. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from a questionnaire created via Google Forms and distributed to employees of PT Erima Baja Jaya. The population in this study was 91 people with a sample of 40 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The tests carried out in this research were reliability, validity, t test and f test. The results of this research are: 1) Workload has no positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya and 2) Work culture has no positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of the utilization of assistance for recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Lembang Sereale. This research uses qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or actors who can be observed. Data collection procedures for observations were carried out using several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results that the researchers obtained were that some of the PKH beneficiaries were classified as economically well off, so this resulted in the assistance they received not being on target. This can be seen from the place of residence and economic conditions that can be categorized as decent. The construction of the houses used is also permanent, the lighting for PKH recipient houses uses electricity and gas is used for daily cooking. However, this inaccurate target is not entirely the fault of the community or local village officials, because at the time of the nomination of potential PKH beneficiaries they were still relatively poor, the time span for receiving aid was relatively long so the community had experienced economic development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of marketing strategy, product quality and selling price on purchasing decisions for building material products (case study of PT. Homesmart Medan). The type of research used in this research uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques used in this research include interviews, observation and questionnaires. The testing methods used in this research use exploratory instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research hypothesis are that the marketing strategy variable does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the product quality and selling price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, it was found that the decision to purchase construction products was influenced by marketing strategy variables, product quality and selling price (case study of PT. Homesmart Medan). ​

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at CV. Medan Promotions. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 61 respondents. The testing techniques used in research are research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that individual characteristic variables do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work environment variables have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at CV. Medan Promotions. Simultaneously, it can be seen that individual characteristic variables and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Abstract

This study departs from findings which show that communication in the company does not appear to be going well, this can be seen from the lack of employees being invited to discuss, and the absence of a forum to convey employee complaints, lack of contribution from each other and maximum work commitment. Apart from that, there is a Research Gap between Team Work on Employee Performance, and Team Communication on Employee Performance, and the phenomenon of Employee Labor Turnover Levels at PT. Victory International Futures Semarang which is based on company data.Departing from these problems, this research was prepared based on the role of loyalty as a mediator of team work and team communication on employee performance. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population used in this research were all employees, namely 105 employees at PT Victory International Futures Semarang. Testing was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) measurements.The test results show that the team work variable has a positive effect on loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.019), the team communication variable has a positive effect on loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.000), the loyalty variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a P-Value value amounting to (0.006), the team work variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.000), the team communication variable has less influence on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.135), the team work variable has no effect on employee performance through loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.144), while the team communication variable influences employee performance through loyalty with a P-Value value of (0.007). Abstract

The purpose of the written research is to find out the effect of capital intensity, risk of lawsuits, and management ownership on accounting conservatism in chemical and basic manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019–2021. The written research sample consists of 96 annual reports and is based on quantitative data with sampling criteria using a research approach involving 32 basic and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019–2021. Written research covers basic chemical and industrial manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. Descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicorrelation test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, F test, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing (t), namely analysis techniques in written research. These techniques are used in conjunction with IBM SPSS Statistics Version 21 software. Conservatism in accounting is a preventative approach to future corporate financial reporting. It takes a lot of fixed assets for a business to generate sales, and that requires capital. Inaccuracies in financial reporting that harm creditors and investors are considered a source of risk of lawsuits. The number of shares owned by the manager represents managerial ownership. Therefore, the results regarding capital intensity, risk of lawsuits, and managerial ownership of accounting conservatism have little effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in driving development and improving the welfare of the people of Deli Serdang Regency. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to evaluate the contribution of MSMEs to local economic growth and improving people’s living standards. The research results show that MSMEs not only act as drivers of the local economy, but also as significant empowerment agents for small business actors in the region. Through their contribution to the local economic sector, MSMEs not only create jobs, but also increase people’s income. By focusing on developing local products and empowering small businesses, MSMEs play a key role in strengthening the regional economic ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of fintech on the development of UMKM in Ke'Te Ke'Su, North Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method, with the population of all UMKM located in Ke'te Ke'su, North Toraja Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents with purposive sampling techniques.The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 measurement tool. The results of this study show that fintech has a positive and significant effect on the development of Ke'te Kesu UMKM, North Toraja Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study was 0.375 or 37.5%.
