Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how price determination in Adam Smith's thinking compares with Karl Marx's thinking. The research method used in this research is a literature review by analyzing a number of articles and magazines related to the thoughts of Adam Smith and Karl Marx. We get all kinds of data through relevant assessments. The results of this research are that according to the thoughts of Adam Smith, one of the figures of Capitalism, determining prices in the free market, market prices are determined by the power of the market mechanism called the "law of supply and demand". Meanwhile, according to the thoughts of Karl Marx, who is a figure of Marxism, it is different from Adam Smith's thoughts that the price of a good or service is determined by the amount of labor needed to produce it.

The main source of information and data in this study involved interviews with homeroom teachers, school principals and students. The results show that every decision and strategy taken by teachers not only creates a physical space in the classroom, but more deeply, forms the basis of character and understanding. In a well-managed classroom, the expected conditions are created. The teacher serves not only as a leader, but also as a harmonizer who creates harmony among the diverse personalities and talents of students. Through wisdom and sensitivity to classroom dynamics, teachers are able to create an environment that fosters a sense of security, curiosity and passion for learning. Effective classroom management gives each student the opportunity to develop according to his or her potential. They are not only invited to participate, but also to collaborate and immerse themselves in the learning process. In a well-organized classroom setting, chaos can turn into cooperation, challenges into opportunities for growth, and uncertainty into confidence in one's abilities.

Abstract

Finished goods inventory management plays a vital role in maintaining production continuity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall operational efficiency. PT Integriya Dekorindo, a company engaged in the furniture manufacturing industry, continues to face challenges in aligning production output with fluctuating market demand, minimizing warehouse costs, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers. This study aims to analyze the company’s finished goods inventory management strategies, identify the key obstacles encountered, and provide practical recommendations to enhance distribution effectiveness. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through field observations, document analysis, and the author’s direct practical experience within the company. The findings reveal that the integration of an ERP (SAP) system, demand-driven production planning, and digital-based distribution tracking significantly improve data accuracy, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. However, persistent issues such as inconsistencies between physical and digital inventory records, risks of overstocking or understocking, and delivery delays still hinder optimal performance. Therefore, adopting an adaptive and collaborative inventory management model supported by digital transformation and continuous monitoring is essential to achieve distribution efficiency and maintain the company’s competitive advantage in the global furniture market.
