Abstract

Usaha yang semakin berkembang menjadi satu alasan untuk memperoleh ramalan (forecasting) dalam rencana mewujudkan kegiatan bisnis skala kecil yang akan dibangun di tengah kota Surabaya, apakah investasi pada pendirian usaha ini layak untuk dilaksanakan dan dalam jangka waktu berapa lama usaha depot ini dapat mengembalikan investasinya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukannya suatu penelitian tentang studi kelayakan bisnis yang akan ditinjau dari berbagai aspek yang terkait. Usaha ini merupakan suatu konsep usaha perorangan yang berencana menjual makanan khas dengan menu khas Indonesia, dalam rencana pendirian proyek dengan pengembangan menu yang lebih spesifik dan bertujuan untuk memperkuat citra café dalam upaya memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dari para pesaing disekitar tengah kota.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaannya, membuat kualitas program memerlukan biaya sumber daya yang dibebankan pada biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, maupun biaya overhead pabrik sehingga sulit dideteksi secara langsung besar biaya pelaksanaan program ini. Karena itu, untuk mengevaluasi membuat kualitas program diperlukan suatu kegiatan pemantauan melalui suatu pelaporan dengan memanfaatkan laporan pembiayaan.

Abstract

Perkembangan percetakan di Indonesia khususnya saat mi mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Pangsa pasar blanko kartu undangan pernikahan tidak hanya untuk kalangan menengah keatas saja melainkan mulai dari menengah kebawah. Fenomena di atas menjadikan persaingan bisnis penjualan blanko kartu undangan pernikahan menjadi semakin tajam. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and individual characteristics on employee performance in a company. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 138 employee respondents at a company. The sample used in this study was 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Outer Model with the calculation of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with the calculation of T-statistic, f-square, and VIF using Smartpls 4.0. The results showed that all variables of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Individual Characteristics had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in a Company.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of health protocols began to be relaxed so that employee motivation and work discipline also began to be questioned. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used by researchers is quantitative research with the type of field research, data collection using instruments in the form of questionnaires and sampling using simple random sampling. The population in this study was 790 people and the sample taken was 266 respondents. The data processing technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 24 software. The results of this research show that work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic. The direct influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance after the Covid-19 pandemic is 41.8%. Abstract

This research aims to find out the previous study that the author made, namely "The Concept of Warranty for the Sale and Purchase of Mobile Phones in Minimizing the Occurrence of Disgrace in Sinar Ponsel II Environment IV Sibuhuan Market". This research was conducted at the Sinar Ponsel II Shop, Environment IV, Sibuhuan Market. The object of this research is the Head of the Shop and Employees. The research methodology uses qualitative research. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through library research and field research. The research study conducted was descriptive analysis. Indicates that the Concept of Buying and Selling Guarantee in Islamic Economics has been implemented at Sinar Ponsel II where in Islamic Economics when a buyer chooses to accept and carry out a buying and selling transaction, it means that he has also accepted and carried out the ijab qabul of the guarantee agreement and is happy with the provisions contained therein in the guarantee letter. The official guarantee is based on the guarantee letter, which is included in the category where a warranty can be claimed, only for internal cellphone problems, what is meant by internal cellphone is those related to the engine. This right of khiyār 'disgrace applies from the moment the buyer finds out about the defect after the contract has taken place, is willing or satisfied with it. goods purchased or vice versa. Abstract

Abstract. Village development had a significant tendency to be handled uniformly by the central government throughout the New Order era. Village development programs are more top-down in nature. Village development was increasingly delegated to the community itself throughout the reform era. Central and local governments take on facilitator positions and functions, offering financial support, mentoring and supervision. Many initiatives to reduce poverty have been undertaken, including the Assistance Program for Disadvantaged Communities and Education for Presidents of Disadvantaged Villages. Village development programs are more bottom-up or a mixture of bottom-up and top-down. This research is included in qualitative research, namely research that does not use mathematical calculations, statistics and so on, but uses scientific emphasis or findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or other methods of quantification. In spurring economic growth, economic policy must embrace a new paradigm where people's economic empowerment must be the main concern. Because most people in rural areas live in the agricultural sector and this sector still makes a large contribution to the regional economy, empowering the people's economy also means building a better rural economy. Industrial development must pay attention to backward linkages with the agricultural sector or primary sector, while forward linkages must pay attention to processing to increase added value and good marketing so that the products produced are not wasted.

Abstract

Companies with high performance can plan various policies. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. Humans as the wanting creature means that humans naturally have various desires and needs that will never run out. It is with this aim to fulfill the desires and needs that humans work. The purpose of this research is to find out whether motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether salary has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether job satisfaction has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya and to find out whether motivation, work environment, salary, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance . In this study, researchers used a type of quantitative research. The quantitative approach is an approach in research that uses numbers to analyze the relationship between variables (Sugiyono, 2014). The results in this study are that the significance value of X1 is 0.199 > 0.05, which means that X1 does not affect Y or motivation does not affect employee performance at PIA WIJAYA, the significance value of X2 is 0.530 > 0.05, which means that X2 does not affect Y or work environment has no effect on employee performance, the significance value of X3 is 0.793 > 0.05, which means that X3 has no effect on Y or salary has no effect on employee performance, the significance value of X4 is 0.275 > 0.05, which means that work discipline X4 has no effect on Y or work discipline has no effect on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction on employee Y performance, the significance value of X5 is 0.914 > 0.05, which means that X5 has no effect on Y or job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, a significance result of 0.735 which is greater than 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is no simultaneous influence of X1, X2, X3, X4 AND X5 on Y.
