Abstract

Organizational culture is an important element in the development and progress of organizations both in the business world, government, educational institutions and social religious organizations. This research aims to describe organizational culture through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The study is divided into three parts. First, an introduction which outlines issues related to culture. Second, the discussion describes the opinions of experts supported by empirical information. Third, the conclusion is a conclusion of the problems and discussions that have been described. The conclusion from this research is that the development and existence of an organization has a strong and significant relationship with organizational culture

Abstract

The formulation of the problem studied is whether there is a simultaneous or partial influence between service quality and promotion of volume sale at PT. Priority Rengat. Objective research namely for know the influence quality service And promotions on sales volume at PT. Rengat Priority.Method study that is Quantitative methods are descriptive research regarding service quality and promotion on sales volume at PT Prioritas Rengat. H results study that is Coefficient Correlation is known that (X 1 ) quality service and (X 2 ) promotion has a positive relationship with (Y) sales volume. This can seen from mark efficiency correlation multiple R is 0.420. And furthermore tested with The coefficient of multiple determination (R 2) is 0.176. this shows that (X 1 ) quality service and (X 2 ) promotion have a variation relationship with (Y) volume sale as big as 17.6 %. And the rest 82.4 % in influence by variable besides (X 1 ) and (X 2 ). Based on the significant value seen in the sig column, namely 0.009 means the probability of 0.009 is smaller than 0.05. This means it has a greater influence significant between quality service And promotions on sales volume

Abstract

Role government area in planning development area that is own authority and ability to manage, implementing regional development programs. Government _ area determine success process implementation government and development activities in the region. P rocess of regional development planning in the District Manatuto, Timor Leste plan started from community public, village, board village, subdistrict And stakeholders in the region. Reviewed policies from the central government to approve plan documents the area The community is not satisfied, because the regional development plan document was ratified by the central government is not based on the plan document submitted to the central government. The aim of this research is to: a) describe and analyze the role of regional government as Entrepreneur, Coordinator, facilitator And Stimulators in planning development in district Manatuto. b) describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the government's role areas in regional development planning in the Manatuto district. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Results study that is local government as Entrepreneur, Coordinator, facilitator and Stimulator to participate in the team Regional Development Commission to verify, evaluate and supervise the program priority planning development area

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Effectiveness Of Entrepreneurship Education and Demographic Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest Through Entrepreneurial Attitude as An Intervening Variable. It is time for the younger generation to change their perspective, do not just think about becoming an employee after graduating from college, let alone a public servant, becoming an entrepreneur needs to be considered as an option. The hope of being accepted into the world of work is certainly not a mistake, but it cannot be denied that job opportunities are very limited and not directly proportional. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to predict and confirm the hypothesis given. This study uses Google Forms to collect data on private vocational students in Mojokerto Regency. Respondents in this study were 319 respondents who were used as research objects. The results showed that entrepreneurship education cannot explain entrepreneurial attitudes. Likewise, the demographic environment variable cannot explain entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore, the demographic environment will have more influence on entrepreneurial interest, if reinforced by entrepreneurial attitude as a mediator variable. While entrepreneurship education will not have a greater influence on entrepreneurial interest, although strengthened by entrepreneurial attitude as a mediator variable.

Abstract

The study looked at effectiveness of public service Announcement in promoting social causes particularly among Eket residents, and this depends on several factors. PSAs often address a wide range of social issues, including public health, environment conservation, social justice, human rights, etc. PSAs typically leverage the persuasive power of mass media channels including television, radio, print and digital platforms. The messages sent across most times act as a persuasive means which push the people into action. The study has five objectives which guides it. The success of a PSA campaign is measured by its ability to increase public awareness, change attitudes and encourage individuals to take specific actions in support of the cause. There is a need to assess whether PSAs lead to sustained behaviour change and long-term social impact, here lies the thrust of the study. The survey method was adopted for the study and the questionnaire used as the major instrument. According to the National Bureau of statistics (NBS) in 2022 the population of Eket resident was 220,600.

Abstract

In Ho Chi Minh's ideological framework, his perspectives on social security were consistently evident throughout his revolutionary endeavors. Rooted in his philosophy of life and the principles of cherishing and respecting the people, Ho Chi Minh's stance on social security emerged as a product of his enduring commitment to revolutionary activities. In his collaborative efforts with the Party to guide the revolution, Ho Chi Minh consistently emphasized trust in the people, respect for their dignity, and reliance on the formidable strength of the populace. Consequently, his focus remained steadfastly on realizing tangible and justifiable benefits for the people. Drawing inspiration from Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint, the Communist Party of Vietnam has put forth and steered the implementation of social security policies aimed at ensuring the provision of sufficient sustenance, warm clothing, and rightful entitlements for the people. Within the scope of this discourse, the author concentrates on exploring Ho Chi Minh's fundamental perspectives on social security, as well as examining how the Communist Party of Vietnam applies these principles in formulating and executing social security policies in contemporary society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk memetakan distribusi apotek, ahli gizi, dan kasus stunting di Kabupaten Pati selama tahun 2020 dan 2021. Tujuannya adalah menggunakan analisis spasial untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang pola geografis dari komponen-komponen kesehatan ini. Dengan menerapkan teknologi SIG, berbagai dataset terkait lokasi apotek, distribusi ahli gizi, dan kasus stunting diintegrasikan, memungkinkan pemahaman komprehensif tentang dinamika spasial untuk pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti. Studi ini menggunakan teknik pemetaan geospasial untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan layanan kesehatan dan potensi korelasi dengan prevalensi stunting. Melalui perbandingan data tahun 2020 dan 2021, penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap perubahan temporal dalam distribusi, memberikan wawasan berharga untuk strategi kesehatan di masa depan. Integrasi teknologi SIG meningkatkan visualisasi pola spasial dan memfasilitasi pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang interaksi antara infrastruktur kesehatan, keahlian gizi, dan prevalensi stunting. Penelitian ini menjadi sumber daya krusial bagi pembuat kebijakan, praktisi kesehatan, dan peneliti untuk merumuskan intervensi yang ditargetkan, mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya, dan meningkatkan kesehatan keseluruhan populasi di Kabupaten Pati.
